Her name was Tuesday and she made my friend and I feel so special when we came in this morning for a birthday coffee drink! She was so patient and thoughtful and kind and really made our day! I had a really disappointing experience at Dutch Bros. When my drink wasn't extra thick, I politely asked if they could remake it, but the workers refused and were quite rude about it. Customer service should be about helping customers, not making them feel unwelcome. Definitely not going back. read more

Tired of getting a cup packed to the very top with ice every time I come here. You pay $5 for sparkling water and some flavor, and within 10 sips your large drink is gone. They make plenty of $ off these Dutch sodas with a normal amount of ice so to do this is just a pure rip off. Happens every time i forget to say light ice. This was the first Dutch Bros I'd ever been too, and when I told them as much, they gave me my coffee for free. Talk about a great first impression! it only got better from there. The coffee itself was very fresh and flavorful, and their menu is extensive and impressive. Beyond just a ton of flavored syrups, they have different coffee blends you don't always see everywhere. The staff was incredibly friendly and enthusiastic. Each time I went, each location I visited, the experience was the same. Friendly smiles, knowledgeable staff, and unbelievable energy. I'm assuming they drink their own coffee, of course, but still, that's so refreshing to see. I really wish they were out here on the East Coast. I think they would rapidly become my coffee shop of choice. I miss you already, awesome folks and amazing coffee at Dutch Bros! read more

We travel from Washington for our week vacation in Sunriver. That being said we have a trailer full off bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, golf equipment and more. This location is not a good location if traveling. No walk up window availability and too tight for truck and trailer. read more

Coming from someone who works at a Dutch bros in northern Oregon, I just got the worst service. My family and I walked to the walk up window and the girl named Caroline there was taking our order and then walked away from us in the middle of our order, after she came back she started paying attention to her coworkers and didn't even finish our order. She didn't repeat our order and a different girl had to come over to read back the order and cleared up all her mistakes. We got our drinks and they weren't even all the way full... disappointed and upset to say the least. read more

Always loved dutch bros and been to this stand many times without any complaints but tonight 7/26 at 8pm there was a very rude girl working, she rudely denied me my free drink when buying a 50$ gift card which i have gotten at EVERY stand for as long as i can remember, she made me feel stupid like i was lying or something, even this stand specifically has done it for me before!!! also she didnt ask if i wanted straws or not with my drinks and just gave them to me even tho i didnt need them... what was the point of the sip lids if broistas dont even ask anymore and just give straws out anyways. read more

I was staying at the La Quinta motel in Bend recently and while walking the dogs early in the morning I spied a cute little drive-up coffee shop across the road doing a booming business. Luckily they also had a walk-up window. And my dogs were amazed and thrilled to find that walk-up window was also a magic cookie dispensing window! I scored too! What happened? This used to be my favorite go-to place; it's not anymore :( I've been overcharged---as though they give themselves a tip without asking, and I don't realize it until I check my bank statement! I have to keep saying 'light ice please' because there is so much ice and so little drink anymore. I don't know what, but it's not the same fun and delicious drink at all. I came here for the first time with my friend. We were visiting her family in Bend, Oregon from California and I told the girl who took my order that we were tourists and wanted whatever was popular. She asked what we liked and I said, "anything coffee." She hit us with a kicker and a mocha flavored blended drink. She said since it was our first time at a Dutch Brothers...our drinks were on her! She was so friendly and energetic and that was icing on the cake. I would've gladly paid for the drinks. Our first visit to a Dutch Bros Coffee during our Oregon trip. The baristas obviously knew we were first timers since we drove up to the pick up window to order! They graciously gave us our order for free! The adults enjoyed the recommended Breve Annihilator and our kids loved their hot chocolates (regular and white chocolate) with whipped cream on the straws. Great beverages and excellent customer service. We will definitely visit another Dutch Bros before we head home. read more

Coffee is just like any other DB. This one gets 1 star due to watching guy employee sitting hanging out of there window having a conversation with a lady. No biggie watch them hand over drinks. She didn't leave I watch him give me eye contact. For an additional 7 minutes he continued to talk to her I'm bored in at this point. The other side is moving 3 cars. Then all of sudden she leaves. The employee guy runs to hide in the back and sends a different girl to take my order. I asked why would you make me wait so long after a order is complete? She looks confused. I told her what just happened she was still acting oblivious. Come on your all in a 10 by 20 room don't act like you all don't know what is happening. I didn't even get an apology not even acknowledge. She ran off and left a 3rd guy to finish he was nice. Too many DB to choose from I will not give this one my business anymore. read more
