The Human Bean offers an app that gives rewards semi-frequently, and recently I received a BOGO on any drink. I thought that was a really good deal! I love the flavor of their snowy mocha (white chocolate) which you can get hot, iced, or blended. The employees are efficient, the coffee is great quality, and I especially love the deals on the app. We'll keep coming back!

I came to this location nearly everyday on the way to work and on two occasions they double charged me, claiming my first payment method declined and charging me once on both the "declined" card and new card. When reaching out to customer service they denied crediting my account and began ignoring me. Luckily I was able to file a dispute through my credit card company but I am absolutely disappointed in the customer service of this location. I have never been to a Dutch Bros location where duplicate charges has been a problem nor would I ever expect the company to be so difficult to deal with. I would not attend this Dutch Bros anymore due to their repeated charges and refusing to resolve their mistakes.

We arrived at the airport, got through TSA and headed to our gate. Located at the bottom of our gate area is Harvest and Grounds. There was a sweet lady working. She was prepping breakfast sandwiches. The store front did look like they were open. I looked through the display case and menu to see what they all had. It wasn't quite opening time yet. But the sweet lady behind the counter went ahead and opened early for me. I thought that was sweet of her knowing that she still had prep work to do. I got myself an iced vanilla oat milk latte, yogurt with fresh strawberries I also got my husband an apple juice and a fresh orange juice for my father in law. My vanilla latte was really good! It was balanced with coffee and vanilla. You can also taste the oat milk. The strawberries were so fresh in my yogurt cup. It also came with a little packet of honey. Everything all together was so good! I appreciate the employee opening early for me. She didn't have to but she did. I enjoyed my drink and breakfast very much. She started my day off on such a great foot!

It was perfect cause this shop has been on my to go list and today we finally get to. This shop is hidden behind some business. I would have never known it was secretly tucked back here. You wouldn't see it if you're driving down the street. Despite it being so close to Franklin Rd, it was actually really quiet. We walked in and were instantly greeted. My daughter ordered her energy drink first. I asked the sweet barista what kind of sugar free syrups they had and they actually have quite a few. I appreciate that they had more than just the basic 3 that you can pretty much get anywhere. So today I got an iced americano with sugar free chocolate and peppermint with room for cream. I haven't had sugar free peppermint as an option anywhere so I'm very excited to try out my drink today! The gals had finished my drink and had a little metal creamer of half and half ready for me to pour into my drink. It was later in the afternoon when we came in so I assumed they had put the communal creamer pitcher away. But I appreciate that they gave me a little pitcher of it! I did ask the barista for a straw that wasn't communal that everyone had access to. Just trying to stay safe from germs with my new kidney. The sweet gal headed to the back and opened up a new box for me. No hesitation, no faces made, no push back. She opened that box with a smile and let me grab a new straw. Little gestures like that goes a long ways and I adore her for going the extra step for me. My drink was fantastic! The espresso was present. It was perfectly sweet from the sugar free chocolate and peppermint syrup. I didn't have to add any extra sweetner. The half and half was a great addition to my drink. It was just what I needed and it was fabulously made. I swear all the cool coffee joints are so far away from me. I'm only in this area a handful of times every couple months. But now that I know where this shop is, I most definitely will be stopping in for a caffeinated beverage if I'm in the area! The staff was friendly. The venue was welcoming and cozy.
