I got golden eagle and it was good, not too sweet, a bit of a salty taste together with sweet which is my go to taste and I enjoyed it. I got the blended one which made a good rich lather but next time I'll probably get the non blended. Just went during my break for my coworkers and I. I suppose girl didn't get the classic Dutch Bros training because she made fun of my order and the fact that I added syrup to my drink. Well the window was open so she tried to laugh it off and said "Oh I've been caught!". Yes, you did but it's okay because it was towards the end of your shift. I knew this because she kept making comments about it and wanting to go home. The quality of the drinks at this location isn't to my local Dutch standards- lacking syrup and flavor. Additionally, there is no need to correct someone when they say they would like their drink blended and remark "So then a freeze". How is a customer supposed to respond after that. This is one of our fave ramen restaurant. We took a friend here tonight bc we wanted him to try it. Somehow the noodles were not done the right way! It was so starchy and as a home chef, I already knew what went wrong! The noodles were stuck together and was almost RAW! Someone in the Kitchen screwed up and did not use proper soup TEMP. The broth was warm and not hot, in spite of our additional request to make sure broth is boiling hot! Did not finish my meal. We mentioned it to our server and she said "oh they probably didn't mix it well" So we just spent all this money for yucky food and it's ok? So disappointed and embarrassed that we even brought a friend! And our friends wanted to go to Artisan Shang OMG! We should've listened to him! Damn! This isn't necessarily about the coffee. I do love Dutch Bros and the baristas here... even though this one is often out of the protein for the protein latte. This is about the setup/drive thru and the two lines. This was the absolute worst idea ever. There is no organization or direction with this. I'm only complaining because the few times I go to the second line, I just get ignored. Whenever I wait patiently in the standard left drive thru line... which does get long... other people start going to the right lane and the baristas start going to them lol. I know it's not an I'm being ignored thing. They just need a sign to let people know utilize both lines and baristas will be going back and forth. My rant for the day lol. read more

It is a great location, two drive through lanes. When it's busy there is an employee taking order on a tablet and friendly service. I ordered the SMALLEST coffee with oat milk, a shot of espresso, and sugar free hazelnut syrup. It was a little over $6 (VERY EXPENSIVE). They do seem to have an app with a reward system. The coffee was VERY delicious I must say. Did not have a bitter taste and was extremely smooth. Much better tasting than Starbucks and I order the same thing at Starbucks for half the price.
