The staff here were fantastic--super kind, friendly, and really quick with the order. As for the drink itself, it was definitely on the sweeter side, but it was incredibly cold and hit the spot perfectly on a humid morning. First time visiting Dutch Bros Coffee. I have to say the coffee was very good. We ordered a golden eagle which had Expresó, Carmel and vanilla and caramel drizzle. For dessert, I ordered the Belgian waffle which was very good. This coffee shop you can go through the drive thru and there is a pick up window. Overall the experience was good. read more

We have Dutch Bros very so often when we visit family but this place was so nice. I got my birthday drink which was the chai breve and they upgraded it and added confetti sprinkles on top which was so cute. The drink was really good, perfect as a holiday drink as well. The person who took our order was so nice. And we came during the time they also gave out their holiday sticker collection. read more

I gave Dutch Bros another chance after thinking it was ok the first time. It's now become my #1 coffee choice now. The coffee is consistently good and customer service is always great. I also love the modifications you can make, especially making the drink more sweet and adding the soft top to almost every drink i get is top tier! Once I placed a mobile order to the wrong location by mistake and I wasn't able to retrieve the drink, I emailed Corporate to see about a refund and they displayed excellent customer service and gave me a credit for two drinks. Needless to say, they'll always have a customer in me. read more

Stopped here after having breakfast in the area as I have heard good things about their coffee but we do not have any near where I live. Did walk up as I knew we would be looking over the menu forever and didn't want to clog up the drive through line. They were not super busy at the drive through or walk up but it was close to 11am so I assume that is not unusual. They still had many seasonal drinks. The location looks super new. Ended up getting a peppermint (aka candy cane) coffee drink and a hot cocoa. The hot cocoa was very good. Their lids took some getting used to as it is a circular hole that comes up instead of the flat flip top or slim hole. Drank our coffees as we drove to the Video game museum in Plano and enjoyed them. Would come back if in the area or they build one close to where I live. read more

When yelp ask if I recommend this restaurant the answer is capitalized. Yes, I 100% recommend Dutch Bros coffee. It's a fraction of the price of Starbucks but I would say it is even better than Starbucks. It has not only your coffee espresso drinks, but it also has clear energy drinks and things for the kids while there is no real food options or at least hot options they do have flat top muffin options, andgranola bars I go there for coffee so I'm not worried about the food. I've been to many Dutch Bros across Texas. Each and every of them are consistent with their drinks and their service too! I enjoy their cold brew, blended golden eagle, holiday drinks, and their snacks are great too! I kept trying to get my friend to try it, but she's not into coffee. I told her their were many options, so she ended up getting the sour apple slush and she loved it! I just completed my first visit and i'm glad i did! Riley was AMAZING! She was upbeat and sooo helpful as I'm a Starbucks and Dunkin kinda gal. The personality and customer service was spot on. She helped me decide what to get based off my regular elsewhere, perfection! I am not one to jump on to a trend or fad, but this place is just incredible. All of the staff is so kind, the coffee is premium, and the service is so fast!! Price vs. size and quality is so great. They have a lot of younger staff and they are all great! So nice and easy to chat with. They remembered us (we have been in probably 6 days in a row now) which felt really great.
