I just left the drive thru after giving my order. I had to repeat my order 2 times to the girl after she asked me "what was that?" Then, the guy making the coffee was coughing with flem into his sleeve over the coffee maker. They didn't tell us nor try to up-sell us about the stamp deal (9 stamps) either. This place isn't what it used to be. I'm from Reno and drive 30 minutes just to go here. Hopefully the Reno stores are better than this. Also, the turnover rate of the employees is insane. The coffee here is banging and so is their chocolate milk! I was sad that they don't sell their chocolate milk by the bottle, only by the cup. It's kind of a dick tease because they have a huge fridge behind the counter stocked with like a hundred half gallon jugs of Dutch Bros Chocolate Milk. Either way. Always busy, that being said, they have someone outside taking orders to keep the line of cars moving. Friendly service, great coffee, tea, cocoa. I am lactose free and they have coconut milk, and soy milk options. Granola bars are yummy too. Longest wait time was 10 minutes in the morning around 7:45am, in comparison to other places to get coffee, not a bad wait for a quality cup of joe. read more

Ahhh Dutch Bros. I've only had great experiences at this drive thru, whether morning or late night. I really love their brewed coffee compared to that other shop. They also have some tasty specialty concoctions (google the "secret" menu). They have a nice menu for the kiddos, including many different flavored smoothies complete in their own special Dutch Bros cup and always topped off (on the end of the straw!) with a dollop of whipped cream. Just watch the kiddos eyes light up! What sets this coffee shop apart from the rest is the speed of service and the outstanding service at that. The young men and gals who work there are ALWAYS extremely friendly, chatty, and accommodating, making any drink to your specifications. read more

Very friendly and very personable love going there and seeing there friendly faces! Except the blonde with the aviator sunglasses.. She's not so friendly and personable.. Smile honey! This place and its staff makes Starbucks look like, well, I think you know. Their drinks are better, their coffee more flavorful and - the staff - I can't say enough about them. I finally had it with that corporate coffee machine when I paid over $7 for my iced drink. Dutch Bros - at most - is half that and the servers are allowed to be themselves. read more

I was excited to see a Dutch Bros in Nevada. Never had a bad drink from Dutch Bros until today. Dutch Soda was totally flat. Threw it away.

The location on Carson st kindof went downhill really quickly after opening the second location in town on Williams st. It makes me sad because I used to love the Carson location so much. But now any time I go there, my orders are messed up, they have consistently forgotten or avoided giving me my stamps, and it takes forever for them to serve a couple of cars. read more

If you're looking for burnt coffee taste(like Star Bucks)then this is not the place to go. However, if you're looking for consistently superior customer service and a never second best espresso/coffee type beverage this is the place to go. So many people complain about this place being a "drive up only" establishment, this is an outright lie, your just too lazy to get out of your vehicle and go to the walk up window!! With this said, the lines of cars willing to wait for one of their delicious beverages are a testament of their product. I personally desire the consistency in customer service/beverage made no matter what time of day I go through or who is making it. read more

This place was great. We're from Los Angeles and came up to Carson City to visit. Everytime we drove by it it had a long line, so we had to try it. The line can look intimidating but it moves very quickly. The service was great and they have an extensive menu. I got the cinnamon dolce, which was good but not too sweet, and hubby got the kicker which was great. Will definitely make it a regular stop when we visit. read more
