I am pretty consistently underwhelmed by the coffee at this shop, probably not coming back anymore. I often order an iced flavored latte. Always too milky; faint coffee flavor and faint syrup flavor. I don't want to pay $6+ for iced milk. I recognize that is what iced lattes kind of are, but a good coffee shop should have better ratios which allow espresso, syrup, and milk to all shine together. Their non-coffee drinks are great, exactly what you would want in an energy drink, milk shake, etc. But for a place called Dutch Brothers Coffee, I wish I could taste the coffee. read more

This is the SLOWEST Dutch bros I've ever been to. If you see more than 3 cars in the drive thru get ready to wait 20+ minutes. Even when I order online I have to wait over 20+ minutes when I get there. This is the worst customer service I've ever had the displeasure of being around. It's a Sunday at 7pm there are 4 cars in line and we are waiting 30 minutes for a coffee. This is completely unacceptable, too many coffee shops nearby and other options to have a big chain like Dutch Brothers run this way. Once you're in the drive through you are committed which sucks for customers. Id rather go to In and Out burger across the highway wait less time and get a whole meal for the time it takes here to get a coffee. Consistently Disappointing Experience I've given this Dutch Bros location multiple chances, but unfortunately, every single visit has been a letdown. The order accuracy is a major problem - I regularly receive duplicates of items I only ordered one of, or end up with drinks I never even requested. It's frustrating to pay for something and consistently get it wrong. What's even more concerning is the lack of attention from the staff. There always seems to be a crowd of high school-aged kids hanging around, even when they're off the clock, and the employees on duty get caught up in conversations about school, classes, and their personal lives. I've been completely ignored at the drive-through window and even when walking inside - no acknowledgment, no greeting, nothing. It's like I'm invisible while they're absorbed in their social conversations. I understand that many coffee shops hire younger staff, and that's totally fine, but there needs to be better management and training to ensure customers are actually being served. The basics - getting orders right and acknowledging customers - shouldn't be this difficult. I really want to support this location, but until they address these consistent issues with order accuracy and customer service, I'll be looking for other options. read more

Only stopped by this location one time. So this review is based on a one time visit. I happened to be in the area and drove by this coffee shop. This was last year when almost all the establishment were drive through or drive up, no walk ins. I thought I'd give it a try being that I've heard great things. They had specialty coffees for the holiday and what I could recall it was a peppermint mocha. They had it set up similar to chick fil a. Where you give your order to someone and they put your order in their tablet. He gave me the totally and you could put how much tip you want to leave. I asked if I could do cash tip and because corona he said "no". They really should have both options available because sometimes I'd rather give cash but I digress. Pulled up to the window and was greeted by a friendly young lady. Asked them about the reward program and apparently you have to load the app. So for the first time visit there are a few kinks to work out but for now only four stars. read more
