The folks at this location are seriously friendly and quick with your order. I'm visiting my sister from way out of town and she doesn't drink coffee (how do these people exist!?). She took me to Dutch Bros and the coffee is great! I don't typically go for Americanos but it seems they've got the balance perfect; rich and tasty without any bitter notes and never too much water. I ordered an iced pumpkin caramel Brûlée Breve, pretty sure they gave me just a regular latte versus the breve because it is very runny, the texture and flavor of this coffee is completely off, I even asked for extra shots of espresso and you can barely taste the coffee! I have been to this location several times when the customer service is not very good. They're just cold and rude there sometimes. It's already morning and people are trying to get to work. They need people that work there that have compassion. Today I had spilled my coffee so I stopped by there to get one to replace it. I was running late so I was a little frazzled, but my whole cupholder was full of coffee. I asked for napkins and the girl brought me like three squares of the brown paper towels. It barely absorbed any of the coffee so I told her could you please bring me more And she brought me three more that barely absorbed any. I said these paper towels just aren't absorbing it could you please get me more and she said that there was a line of cars behind me. I just needed a bunch of the paper towels not just a few. She acted like she was getting annoyed with me instead of helping me out I mean there's coffee all over where I need to stick my new coffee so where am I supposed to put that? She got me more paper towels I soaked up the rest took my coffee and left. I had a five dollar bill in my hand to give her for helping me too but because she was so rude to me I didn't give it to her. Pros: Drive up service, cute boys who are super nice, flavored Red Bull Cons: Same old coffee you could get a million other places. Dutch Bros. is like all the other coffee places you'd go to, except they hire the GQ type frat boys that are nice to look at and void 'twixt their ears. I am shocked with how bad the service here is. I rolled up to the window and ask for a kicker, before I could say anything else, he moved to bar and started making my drink. However, I wanted my kicker with a scoop of Irish cream and a scoop of egg nog. He was too busy talking to his coworker and they both ignored me. Had to yell "Hey! I also have a mug and would like a scoop of Irish cream and a scoop of eggnog please." Another guy came to the window and said sure and I also mentioned that I wanted to order another drink. Instead of the first guy taking my full drink order and asking if I wanted anything else, they were too busy having a conversation with one another. I was so disappointed at the service. Not only did they substitute my milk for eggnog instead of just giving me one scoop, but I had to yell and get their attention for me having a Dutch mug and for my second drink order. Stopped in on a Saturday morning to grab some coffees for the road. Service gets 5 stars. Friendly, smiley, and followed instructions perfectly. Coffee, maybe 2 stars. Mine tasted like over burned cigarettes. Like it was sitting too long too hot. It was a little tough to swallow. I love little, local coffee places, especially quaint drive thrus, but they have to wow me. Otherwise there's a Starbucks close by that serves consistency that I can count on. I really like the 911, it's got enough caffeine in it to pep up your step for awhile or keep you awake through the most boring of meetings. But the one thing I like most about Dutch Bros is the consistently great service, no matter what time of day or who it is, they are always friendly, happy and efficient. (except once and I've never seen her again) My son really digs the hot chocolate with whip cream on the straw. This particular Dutch Bros always seems to have a line when i drive up. It's never a problem though because I'm always on my way, coffee in hand, within a few minutes. How are they so dang fast? The only drawback is I can't chat with them as there always seems to be a car behind me. Very friendly even when providing fast service though! I'm in love with their Dutch Freeze with Almond flavoring this summer, it always tastes great at this location and the one that's on SE 3rd. Sometimes the pull is way too fast and tastes awful. I know the coffee is not going to be great anyway, but still, bad practice. 50% of the time there is miscommunication and I do not get what I order. So there Coffee is actually tasty! Mocha's as well. Not to heavy on the sweet factor and whipped cream does not stick to the roof of your mouth like *bucks. They have these free Chocolate malt deal's. So while your waiting to get your change you can snack on them. Compliments the coffee real well. Service is great and the system they have of having someone come to your car and take your order. However I don't know all the drinks and they don't have a menu so I just kind of chose what I know. I really can't tell the difference in taste between their drinks. Sometimes it's really bitter when it was a supposed to be a sweet drink. Prices are to high but so are Starbucks. The coffee at DB's is great, but I keep going back again and again for the quality service. They are always so nice, they'll ask about your day and you feel like a valued customer. Plus the drink prices are fair, going to starbucks you feel like you're paying for a little coffee with two thirds percent ice. It's not worth it.
