Well finally tried Dutch Bros. This is a drive thru location in a shopping strip. No lines! They have a couple of tables outside, but mostly is for a drive thru stop. Super fast service. Great options for the person that has a sweet tooth for iced drinks mainly. My daughter ordered a Blue Lagoon Icee type with Lemonade. She gave it a 9.5 of 10. read more

I ordered two drinks and they overcharged me for one as they selected a freeze when I ordered a hot drink. I pointed that out (they were hoping I wouldn't notice it seems), were rude when I asked for the difference to be refunded and then refused when I said i paid with the app and the employee Cameron loudly said "not my problem" to me. The other employees seemed to think it was hilarious. This isn't my first bad experience with this location, a few of the staff are really nice, but many have serious attitude issues. You'll notice they have the lowest rating of any Dutch Bros in the area, and employees like Cameron are EXACTLY why. read more

Okay this is my summer go to place a jolt of caffeine. For whatever reason I show up when the suns out and the weather is nice. Dutch bros has a real summer vibe. Primarily staffed by young people, teenagers and young adult with hip hop music playing on all decibels. They I'll be ordering their marmalade rebel cold pour. Quick story, my favorite breakfast dishes is a grapefruit, sliced in half sprinkle sugar. The marmalade taste like liquid breakfast! Nice and fruity. The drink is strong, and has a grapefruit forward taste, with of course the rebel punch. large, in a medium cup. Exactly what you need to get your day started. read more

Stopped in to get a drink for my nail tech as I was on my way to my appt. Staff was nice and service was quick! I've been here a few times before and have never had an issue with the service or drinks. Location is over in a busy area but the actual drive thru part of this area is tight and does not move that quick. read more

The employee working the drive thru on 7/28, was so friendly and funny. Unique drinks with creative names. First time here; my niece said I have to try it and I'm glad I did. Worth any wait in line. If someone gets mad for waiting in a line for coffee, leave earlier and assess your caffeine addiction that is making you irritable while waiting for your fix. :) Oh, and I love the building! read more

This is one of the best Dutch Bros locations I have been to. They operate with two lines to try to keep cars from blocking the street which is nice. I also used the Dutch Bros rewards app for the first time which gives you a free drink just for signing up, I thought this was a nice new addition to the very popular coffee stand. They did have only one person operating both order lines which seemed to slow the speed of the line rather than help it, she also seemed very stressed and wasn't as patient as most Dutch baristas are. Fantastic coffee, good service and competitive prices makes Dutch Bros a wonderful place for coffee. The location is only a coffee stand vs dine in location but there is a small outdoor patio and the drive through lines have 2 sides to move cars faster. Dutch Bros is the only drive-through establishment I know of that serves such consistent high quality coffee, teas, and ALTERNATIVE milks! (almond, coconut, soy). Not a big coffee drinker but I did inquire about what kind of tea they use-- they use Harvey & Sons for their hot and iced teas and Oregon Chai. They have FANTASTIC customer service, even when they're super busy. The guys in there always look like they're having a ball. The drinks are generally too sweet for me-- I'd order at 1/4th sweetness or half. read more

I like Dutch bro however when your in a hurry waiting 5 min for a 2 drinks is a little much. I know it gets busy but needs to be a better system. Prices are good 2 for 10 is alright. No parking as it is a drive thru but you would have to park somewhere and walk up if you have the time. The staff was friendly so that was good. I suppose this review is long over-due given how frequently I stop by this establishment. I must commend the folks that work here because regardless of how early I go by (sometimes as early as 5:30-5:45am) they are always very happy, upbeat, and at least act like they are glad to see you. I stop by at least 3-times a week typically in the early hours of the morning. Over the last month or so I have become a bit of a "regular". Now, why the 5-stars??? Regardless of how long the line is, and now regardless of what team seems to be working they always know my drink! When I pull up they have already started on my drink, and when the line is long they save me time (something that in the morning is super important) and have my drink ready in hand when I pull up. Thank you to the team of people working at the break of dawn for being so happy and energetic. It helps a lot to get me in the right mind set as I get to work, and thank you for being mindful of my order and saving me the thing I find most valuable... TIME! read more

Love the cheap coffee treats here and the fact that there are so many sugar free syrups! The one thing I find hilarious is that the kids at the Windows desperately try to remember your order my memory and have to repeat it 4 or 5 times. Not sure when writing things down for accuracy became so uncool. Don't even think of going here if your in a rush. I got behind a women that clearly had nothing to do that day and talked with the girl at the window for 7+ minutes AFTER she received her drink. The girl at the window just kept chatting her up. I would have left if there wasn't someone behind me. When I pulled up the girl was absolutely obnoxious and nosy and I was already in a foul mood after waiting for her to finish her conversation with the women before me. Tip? yeah, not on your life, and normally I always tip...even for small coffees because I know servers don't get paid well. I'm going to skip this place for sure in the future. read more

Do not order a gift card unless you can wait 2 weeks for them to ship it. 2 weeks! Then add 5 days for delivery so you're close to 3 weeks. There is no warning on the site that they sit on your order for a fortnight before doing anything. Rest assured though, your card will be charged the second you place the order. read more

I get that their business model is the experience and it makes sense. What doesn't make sense is listening to an inane five minute conversation from the car in front of you where they're showing each other pictures on their phones --when you're late. What truly is worse is the drink being so overheated (when you specifically say "please don't overheat it") and then subsequently dropping it on your thigh and burning yourself because you're flustered because your quick stop at Dutch made you late. If there is a line, guys, stop with the chit chat. Just stop. Time and a place. I'm livid. And by drunk tastes like burnt crap. read more

Overall, I really enjoy going to Dutch Bros. I'm glad it was built on Mill Plain in the SE 192nd area. Very accessible and near everything in this area. I always enjoy the drinks I order. I have had an iced Caramelizer, an iced White Chocolate Mocha, an iced blue raspberry coconut Rebel, and a Dutch Cocoa. I loved all of them! Highly recommend these drinks. The only issue with this specific Dutch Bros location is that the wait usually ends up being around 10-15 minutes. Maybe it's the time that I go to get a drink but every time I go, I almost always end up being slightly disgruntled. Usually when there is a long line, an employee comes out and gets the orders from the people waiting in line so the wait will be shortened. But that still doesn't seem to help. Also, I understand that coffee places are supposed to be social and fun but sometimes the employees socialize a bit too much. I think they should figure out a system to make things move a bit faster. Other than that, this Dutch Bros location is great! I come here all the time. read more

Good coffee and friendly service, it's busy which is always good, but OH MY GOD I almost got sick to my stomach, there is a female working here with long dreadlocks and extremely greasy hair with actual chunks of dandruff on the top of her head. She kept touching her hair and then making peoples drinks without washing her hands. Absolutely disgusting! I watched her like a hawk to make sure she didn't touch my drink but if she would have I would've sent it back. This behavior is against health code and needs to be rectified immediately. read more

I love Dutch brothers but this location has got to be the worst location in the Portland metro area. The first time I visited I waited 20 minutes and I only had 3 cars in front of me. The next time same time of the day I waited 20 minutes again with 3 cars in front. So glad it is now summer break and I don't have to deal with the long lines.
