Gravity Coffee is strictly a drive-through operation in the parking lot of Vancouver Mall. It doesn't have a drive-up window, it has a drive-up door on both sides of the building. There is no signage indicating whether one, both, or neither is open, it's pretty much a crap shoot. If the first door isn't open, it's a longish driver around the full length of the parking lot to get to the other side (which I had to do and found the second drive-up door open. I ordered a mango smoothie, which was delivered in record short time. The solitary employee was helpful and friendly, but the smoothie itself was really not good. It tasted like frozen and almost thawed mango nectar as opposed to pureed fruit and ice. I wasn't impressed at all. Gravity offers many varieties of "energy drinks", which I've not really seen at other such establishments. If you're at Vancouver Mall anyway, are dying of thirst, and see that the door closest to where you're driving is open, it is a suitable place to get a beverage. I'd not make an effort to go visit there specifically. read more

Started coming to the van mall location and was greeted with the most friendly staff. Jess and Jay amongst a few others always have a cheerful disposition and remember my name. They go above and beyond each time I visit which is why I continue to make the drive although it isn't close to me. They suggest drinks to try and their recommendations have become some of my favorite. Looking for a new coffee place to try this is it you won't be disappointed! read more

This is my fiance's favorite place! He got me some of their drinks, and honestly, you can never go wrong with a drink from gravity! They have a nice selection, and their portions are gracious! I find the drinks to be relatively affordable. The service is pretty good, they talk to you, but sadly, I have only noticed 1-2 people max, and if it's busy, it can take a while to get your drink. I genuinely like the taste of gravity coffee BUT the wait times are ridiculous. There is never more than 1 person working the stands lately and they are always out do something. Today, I waited in line behind a person on foot for 8 minutes before deciding to just drive away. I came back 20 minutes later to try again and was first in line but still didn't have a person say anything to me for 7 minutes. I left again. Two days ago I visited and waited 22 minutes in line behind one car before I was even able to order and then waited an additional 9 minutes for my drinks because there was only one person working two drive thrus, taking orders, and making drinks. They were out of whipped cream ( they literally make their own,) drink carriers, and stoppers for the drinks. Not to mention the app fiasco and how it was down for an eternity. I never was able to sign up and just use my cousins number. I'm going to have to start going somewhere else if this is the path gravity is going to continue on. It's not worth $10/coffee to have to wait 20+ minutes in a line with 1 person ahead of me. read more

Tried three different drinks today for the first time, I love how their passion fruit taste like tea and not headache giving energy drinks. Their lattes were spot on perfect! Huge sizes too! A medium looks like a large, and I recommend asking for low ice because they fill ice to the top. read more

We stopped here hopping to get a good coffee fix on our way back to California. My younger brother was looking to try a Raspberry Smoothie from them. There was only one girl working and she was visibly stressed. She hasn't smiled, heard half of the order and started making it without asking if we wanted anything else. When she was done with the half, she was about to send us away to move on to next clients and we had to tell her that there were more drinks we wanted. She listened to the rest of the order with a very discontent face. She then continued yo say that there was no raspberry syrup for the smoothie and asked if she could do strawberry. After that she said that strawberry is also running out so she will do part mango. She ended up making a mostly mango smoothie for my brother. For our blended coffee drinks, she did not do them properly. She just mixed vanilla ice cream with the syrups and didn't add the whip cream. No coffee for us. We initially felt bad for her cause she looked busy and stressed. We left dissatisfied and had to reorder at another location. First time I went to gravity i ordered the Intersteller and it was so yum! I decided togo again and I got it another day and it didn't taste the same! It is so annoying when you pay $7 for a drink and it's tastes gross. I honestly didn't drink it because it tasted like a sugar free syrup or something of the sort!! And I can't do sugar free energy drinks they don't taste the same! So disappointed and don't want to get it again to have it taste different. They do get really busy at times but that's because they're very good. They are super friendly they work with you they try to help you need a ride if you're not sure you got it just let them and for those peoples that can't sit in line for 10 minutes. Well sometimes you know there's 15 people ahead of you. Maybe there's only three cars but there might be five people in each car have patience that's what's wrong with the world nowadays people don't have patience come on give them a break. The drinks are very good - the staff are very friendly- great tewards program(free drink on 13th), and they have promotions throughout the year for 1/2 price gift cards(great deal!!).. The only issue sometimes is the company only staffs 1 person to handle 2 windows- so I am hoping they will change that..otherwise, its worth the wait. read more
