The barista was friendly and completed my order in a timely fashion. The pumpkin chai tea was watery and needed more flavor. The pumpkin streusel bread was delicious and paired well with the drink. She was great to recommend drinks and knows her way around the coffee/tea world. She might be the owner too? I had Chai and it was really tasty. There are some global beats playing in the background and it makes for a nice ambiance. Internet was fast, there were comfy seats available, and also some nice local art for sale (pottery). I believe for weekday lunchtime they offer a lunch/drink combo which it awesome. I've been to the ftw location too and both cafes are super busy. This location has plenty of parking. I haven't done the wine portion but I know my friends love wine and charcuterie. So it's a perfect get together for ppl who love wine and others who don't. They have plenty of tables/chairs downstairs and some upstairs and great outdoor patio for those with dogs. I come here often and bring visiting friends here too.

Other seating includes table with benches (beware you can't move the benches to get in & out, if I'm wrong I apologize), then some a few tables with chairs by the windows, on the other side they do have benches facing each other with tables in between (great for groups!), & beautiful outdoor patio seating. They have a small upstairs with chairs & use wine barrels as tables. Clever! Customer service is okay, let me say that every person there has been extremely pleasant but out of the four times I've been there, only once I didn't have an issue. They seem to enough their jobs & working together, which is a green flag for any place, but sometimes they get distracted. One time I stood there & staff was chatting in the corner, a good amount of time passed before anyone noticed me. Another time, they just forgot my drink (it was the only thing in my order) & there were no other order left... the group was again chatting away with with each other, then during another visit they forgot my croissant. Each time they did apologize, but three out of four times aren't good odds. I probably won't frequent this location as much, but I will stop by once in awhile because their drinks are worth it.
