They have two drive thru lines. Sometimes the wait is long, it just depends on the time of the day. There is someone who will go up to your car and take your order. Right now, they have there holiday menu up. If you just want the full menu, then you have to look at the website. I tried the hot hazelnut truffle mocha with oat milk. It was good. Not too sweet. Usually their drinks are on the sweeter side, but I liked this one. I also tried iced sugar n spice oat milk latte. I usually make my own hot/iced lattes at home because it's cheaper, so this was a treat yo self kinda day. Lol read more

Shout out to Sisco and his crew! You know when you can tell someone is a leader but they are also such a team player you have to ask? That's exactly the kind of leader Sisco is. He is always uplifting the guests and his crew, getting involved however he needs in order to make sure everyone is cared for. I love how he and his team remember us by name (maybe we come too much). My Mom is diabetic and Sisco has gone above and beyond to make recommendations so that she doesn't get stuck in a cycle of "usual" flavors. Keep it up team! read more

2 drive-throughs too slow. I love Dutch Bros but this location is unbearable. You would think with to windows that this place would be twice as fast as the single window locations. You'd be wrong! This is the second time I tried this location and both times I was waiting for 20 minutes after ordering. I've been to single window locations and they move 3x as fast. There are 2 locations in Vacaville and you can drive there get your drink in less time than going to this location. Even if you live in Suisun. I don't recommend this location at all. read more

Love love love their drinks here. I ordered thr horchata chai, peach smoothie and wild berry smoothie and all were delicious. They also have kid sizes too for my toddler. I tried their pastries and i didnt care for it but so far their drink selections are delicious with those three. At first the line looked like it was going to take some time but they actually had two drive through lines & it moved pretty quick! The wait line was way too long other locations are done within a few minutes. The kicker was way too sweet filled with nothing but ice and milk. My mom's Americano was watery and sweet. Also, I just saw a video that there's a bad twist on how they measure their coffee. So apparently don't order a medium Coz they'll give u the same amount as a small and full it up with milk and sugar. Go figure right? Please train your employees better. read more

Dutch Bros Coffee is always really good when you're on the go and want a caffeine fix and more of a to go kind of coffee. The lines are pretty long but they move pretty quickly. If you don't drink coffee they have some pretty good teas too. The white annihilator is a popular drink and it's a white macadamia nut drink. I usually get it hot, but this specific time around I got it iced and sugar free as recommended by some friends but I'm not really a sugar free fan. The original is pretty good and a strong taste of coffee, some locations have in person ordering but this specific location is drive thru and they usually have workers take your order while waiting j. The drive thru and it goes by pretty quickly. They have some types of snacks for purchase. But if you're looking for to go coffee with different flavors and not as mainstream but not a coffee shop, try out dutch bros! read more

Whenever I stop at a Dutch Bros Coffee location, I always wish, hope, and pray that they will someday open up a store in Oakland. I'd go there every damn day if they did. Every. Damn. Day. But then I often think; if that were the case, I'd probably turn into a huge bowling ball. One... okay, maybe two or three employees would have to roll my ass out of there on the daily. So, maybe I WOULDN'T go there every day, but I'd still go there frequently. Luckily, there's this location in Fairfield that can still help to appease my cravings. I love Dutch Bros. I love what they stand for. I love their drinks and consistently great service. I just love them point blank period. Dutch Bros has quickly become one of my favorite coffee shop chains and for a number of reasons. For one thing, Dutch Bros really caters to the NON-coffee drinkers. I'm one of those non-coffee drinkers and I truly appreciate their variety of other drinks. I particularly LOVE their flavored chai lattes. There's just simply no other coffee shop chain that has such a wide variety of chai lattes on deck. Not only are the flavors versatile, but you can get your lattes prepped just about any way that you please. You want it hot? Sure. You want it iced? Why not. Oh, you want it blended? Don't worry... they gotchu! You can practically have your drinks any way that you want! And those FLAVORS! So damn many that s sista can't even keep up. Their French toast chai goes so hard. I love 'em blended but I can get down with the ice every once in while. Their hours are so convenient, and when the line gets long, they have someone outside who will come up to your window and take your order. You can even pay them right there if you have a card. I always receive the best service too. I mean, this chain in general is truly 5 stars for me. They consistently knock it out of the park for me, and this is why I crave them so damn much. Hopefully they'll open a location that's closer to me one day. But until then, I'll just enjoy my stops here when I find myself on the other side of the bridge. read more

The Orangesicle frost was too much of a sugar buzz that my little sister couldn't handle, my older sister's drink got messed up, and worse, I tried to get the Blueberry Pomegranate Smoothie, only for the guy to say "We actually don't carry that." The drinks here are amazing! Be warned: there is ALWAYS a line for this place and the reason I gave it four stars is because I wish there was an option to go in to order instead of waiting at the drive thru. To their credit, they have two lines and usually have someone come out to take orders. However, it's still at least a 15-20 minute wait to drive up to the window so just be prepared to hang out in your car! The annihilator is my go to drink which has a sweet nuttiness to it. They also have non coffee drinks for those not wanting that caffeine high as well as a few pastries, however I have not had either and can't leave a review for that. Wish they had more locations further down in the South Bay, but until then I'll be driving up to Fairfield to quench my thirst! read more

I would pick Dutch Bros over any other coffee spot whenever I'm in the area! Although it's completely drive thru, the lines move by pretty quick since they have employees outside taking orders on iPads. When you pay with card, sometimes they bring your drinks out to your car and you can just drive past the window! BUT with that said, give yourself some time because lines can get pretty long. The workers here have great customer service and are always down to make conversation with you about anything. No matter what time of the day, they always talk to you with a smile on their face (props to those that work the early morning shift)! DRINKS: LOVE THEM and I've never had a bad experience! Definitely check out their website for their full menu since they only have their monthly selections displayed. You'll find that they have A LOT more options than you think! My favorites are a Kicker (irish cream), a white chocolate Annihilator (chocolate macadamia nut), and an Islander (chocolate macadamia nut, vanilla, coconut) all as breves. Every Dutch Bros location I go to is always busy and for good reason! Their drinks are always so good. I usually get something off of their secret menu (found on google). I love their cold brew coffees because they don't taste bitter like Starbucks' cold brews. Their rebel drinks don't even taste like they have red bull in them. I will admit their coffee drinks are pretty sweet, but definitely worth it. Also, I love their app because you can earn points but I think it does take longer to earn a free drink than the stamp cards they used to do. read more

I don't get why people love the coffee here so much, it tastes like pretty bad coffee covered in syrup and cream, like a cheaper version of Starbucks mashed with McDonalds and as much processed crap as possible. I come to Fairfield once in a while and every time I go, I always come visit this Dutch bros. The seasonal iced hazelnut truffle mocha is soooo good. It is on the sweeter and creamier side so be mindful of that. It's creamy, hazulnutty and the mocha flavor is not over powering. I highly recommend! I didn't really enjoy the sugar and spice oatmilk latte and the seasonal chai but the hazelnut truffle mocha makes up for that. I also think the staff are always nice! Yes, they are busy yet they still manage to give excellent customer service, great drinks, and even with the long line move you through the line quickly. This morning it was about 40 degrees and someone was outside taking my drink order. I must say my coffee was perfect and it really has me going today! Lately it takes me about 10 minutes to get my coffee other time taken me 20-30 depending on the time. Obsessed with the kicker cold brew with extra cream and soft top. I feel like it's a little cheaper than any other coffee shop. They have very different drinks from other coffee shops and it's a always gets me in a good mood when I get my coffee here. I can't believe I haven't been to Dutch Bros in over a year! I truly wish there was one in the Bay Area then i would be able to enjoy myself a nice Kicker occasionally. I was out in the area for a meeting and decided to grab a kicker on the way and kicked me right into beast mode. The amount of energy I got was insane and I believe it was because of the excessive sugar the drink contains. I just love the drinks here I can literally finish a large in less than 5 minutes because it's so delicious! You can't taste the coffee just the sweetness and cream. I never add sugar to my coffee but this drink is the only exception I make. Personally I feel that this drink is mainly for youngsters and college students. I did miss this drink but I can't drink this everyday because of the high calorie and enormous amount of sugar added. It's addicting for sure which is why at times I'm grateful it's not close to me because I'd probably have it everyday. The layout of this is mainly drive thru but I believe you can also walk up and place an order. I'm not too sure with this particular shop but I've seen at other several ones. The drive thru lines can be long at times (mornings, lunch) but definitely worth it. I love their Italian sodas...pick a flavor, any flavor and add cream. Staff is always, I'm mean always NICE! You can never go wrong with Dutch Bro's. I love the variety of drinks here. I stick to my OG Iced Kicker w/ light ice and it's never disappointed me. Keep in mind these drinks are realllly sweet but not an artificial sweet, so it tastes like pure sugar cane instead of fructose lol but if that's not really your thing you can ask for half or 3/4 sweet to get more of the espresso or coffee flavor. read more
