I have doordashed from here a handful of times. I really like the horchata latte. The first time I got that with the ham and cheddar and the sandwich was great. Second time I tried the mediterranean frittata and that was also great! This last time I accidentally ordered the horchata cold brew latte and omg I thought I was going to have a heart attack from too much caffeine definitely read what you are ordering lol they were out of the frittata so I tried the pesto danish and it was surprisingly good too! After having Amici's pizza across the way, I decided that coffee at 3pm sounded good. I walked in and it wasn't very busy, there were a few people sitting at tables and chatting - the inside isn't very big and it was fairly clean too. My husband wanted a Mocha, but I was unsure about what I wanted - I asked the barista what the Sparkling Peppermint Vanilla Cold Brew was he stated that it was a cold brew with sparkling water and that it was an acquired taste. He recommended I do the Peppermint Vanilla Cold Brew - without the sparkly-ness. It was a great recommendation because it was not overly sweet and I could still taste the coffee which I loved. Overall, the location is nice because it is at the Nut Tree so you can walk around and explore while enjoying your coffee. Staff were friendly, but the coffee took a bit to come out which I chalk up as them just making sure my order was correct and perfect! It might have been more of an issue if they were a lot busier, but I will definitely be back next time we are in the area! read more

I ordered a vanilla honey latte, which was very good. The reason for the 2 star is I order a ham chiabata sandwich & that was VERY salty & just not worth the cost. So I met with an old buddy for coffee. I cannot drink caffeine due to medical condition. I specifically ordered Decaffeinated. I ordered a medium Latte via their App. As soon as I left the place I started feeling light-headed. I had several errands to run but went back home as my condition worsened and I was concerned I'd pass out and hit someone with my vehicle. When I got home I took my blood pressure and it was through the roof! I was alone at the time otherwise I would have had my Wife or Son transport me to the ER! About 5 hours went by before I started feeling better! The next day I went to get blood work per Doctor's recommendation and everything was OK - proving it was their SUPER HIGH DOSAGE CAFFEINE! Really good coffee...especially if you like it a bit stronger than Starbucks' dark roast. Cashier staff seem friendly and greet you when you approach the counter. The last several times I've gone they are very low or out of raw sugar where the condiments are located. On my recent visit I (again) advised the barista there was no raw sugar. After a minute or 2 (instead of refilling the empty canister show in the pic below) she brought me some for my coffee. This has happened on each of my visits this year. Its a small location with indoor/outdoor seating. The store and outdoor seating areas are clean. Parking can sometimes be a challenge since they are at the Outlets and share spaces with other businesses. It is possible though if you aren't in a hurry or don't mind walking a bit. Overall I really like it but don't like having to wait additional time for raw sugar each visit. read more

I feel like Richie Aprile when it comes to big box coffee shops. I'm old school. I can't get busy with the evil mermaid, unless it's absolutely the only option on a road trip or something like that. But, Pedro's, that's the choice every single time if I have to choose between those two. When I lived in the bay area, my buddy and I would always get the same drink. Just like a couple of old boys. Havanna Cap, extra shot, wet. Got that same drink here, with nostalgia on the brain, and it was heavenly. Espresso was strong and rich, creamy, sweet goodness. Absolutely perfect. They had a special release that I decided to try and it is so good!! The Ethopian Super Natural is so sweet and crisp. Makes for both a great espresso shot, as well as a bubbly, strong pour over. I stopped by Peet's to pick up my breakfast I ordered on the app, before heading off to work in the pouring rain. The main door was locked, but, the side door was unlocked. I ordered the Everything Plant Based Breakfast Sandwich and Horchata Cold Brew Oatmilk Latte. That is my favorite order everytime I went to Peet's Coffee. It's been over a year and I needed to make up for lost time! This Peet's Coffee s located at the Nut Tree. It was surprisingly busy for it to be almost 6:30 on a Saturday morning. My sandwich and drink were ready and waiting for me. I was so happy to see that! I grabbed them and was out the door quickly! The plant based breakfast sandwich was as good as I remembered, and perfectly warm. The Horchata Cold brew oatmilk latte was made to perfection and also tasted just how I remembered it! In my opinion, Peet's reigns supreme in coffee. The other store with the green straws that I shall leave unnamed, although convenient in location like McDonald's, it lacks in quality at times. Compared to other Peet's locations, you'd think this store was staffed by brand new employees. Super slow, terrible drinks, the employees are dull and lack personality, manners, and customer service skills. They can't ever be bothered to update items for mobile orders. What they do seem to have plenty of time for is chatting with each other and seem really annoyed when they have to do their jobs. Bathroom is usually gross. Avoid this location. read more

I'm a long time customer of Peet's in Vacaville but will no longer be a customer. Yesterday, we stopped for coffee and a bathroom break and that was the last straw. The bathroom was dirty and had no toilet paper. When I nicely told the lady behind the counter, she was rude and had a bad attitude. Peet's has two bathrooms. One used to be a women's and the other a men's. Quite awhile ago they switched the bathrooms to one employees only and one for customers. There were approximately 4 employees and maybe 8 -10 customers in the store. The employees were not busy working but were enjoying chatting with each other. The employee said that they don't have time to service the customer bathroom because it is used too much. So skip this Peet's location and use the newer Starbucks right down the street. The employees there are pleasant and the bathrooms are clean. read more

My friends and I go to Peet's frequently and have coffee and pastries sometimes I have friends that like to share the food well Peet's can't cut your sandwiches or pastries in half because they don't have knives. My pit stop for coffee when traveling to Reno/Tahoe/Sacramento and on the way back home. When Wifey is shopping at the outlet stores, this is the place I hang out. Located in the same area as Fenton's Creamery and Fuji Sushi Buffet at the Nut Tree Plaza in Vacaville, I find it very convenient and the perfect pit stop during our travel. It's very spacious with plenty of seating inside and outside if the weather permits. Although their patio tables have umbrellas to shade you from the heat should you choose to stay outside. It's a chill place for good coffee regardless and their coffee is consistent...same as the service. Consistency is what one pretty much asks for when it comes to Peet's. Today around 10:30am I went to get a drink with my friends and was threatened and cursed out by a barista. They got our order wrong, and gave my drink to someone else. Then when they went to give me my drink they downsized and gave me a medium when I ordered a large. I let them know that I ordered a large and the very rude barista told me that I didnt pay for a large and that if I want a large I need to pay for one. Yet the first drink that they gave to the wrong person was infact a large. Anyways her tone and face was very hostile. So I just said okay and as I was walking away to leave the shop she said in a rude tone "Yea have a good day" I then replied with "Dont be treating your customers like that and don't make me embarrassed you at your job". Then I walked out and before I left I decided to take pictures of her so that I can show who I'm reporting when I speak to the manager. As I'm walking away she then comes out of the shop screaming at me about take her pictures. I tell her I took them because she has bad costumer service. She then tells me I'm rude and calls me a "Bitch" while slamming her fist into her hand trying to threaten and intimate me. Me and my 3 witnesses watch her scream and act a mess then she walks back inside. AND my 2nd drink still wasn't made correctly. Why have I never been to peets??! Wow I was pleasantly surprised. Too bad I didn't take any pictures. Hubby and I had a nice time here one morning before starting work. This is such a cute coffee shop. It was a weekday morning around 8am ish and it was pretty packed. Most seats were already taken but we managed to find a spot by the window. I've always heard peets had strong coffee so I stayed away since I don't like my coffee strong. However, I decided to try a carmel macchiato with only 1 shot instead of 2 and it was perfect! I had it with oat milk and really enjoyed it! Hubby had the chorizo breakfast flatbread that was yummy and enjoyed his golden caffe latte with oat milk. Now I can definitely say peets coffee is legit and will add it to the list of coffee shops o frequently visit. I just wish it was closer to my house =) read more
