I've stopped by here twice before and we've always had good experiences. I had a birthday drink to redeem and this location is the closest. I got the Mistletoe Rebel with no ice and the kind employee asked if I wanted them to top off the drink with lemonade or something else which I appreciate. The employee also noticed our dogs (though they are hard to miss as they love staring at drive-thru employees) and gave treats for them too. It took the perfect amount of time to get my drink. It was made to perfection, it was actually the right amount of sweetness. One thing I also appreciate how light the drive-thru is as their signs aren't on digital screens so it's difficult for customers who arrive during darker times. read more

I realize I'm super late to the Dutch Bros coffee stands, so glad I finally made the effort to stop by. We had the Aftershock rebels. Added blue raspberry boba and one added strawberry boba... both were delicious and not too sweet. The line went fast and the gal in the pink vest was very friendly. 1st time trying Dutch Bros this past Wednesday. Got the Golden Eagle and it was awesome. Plus they were giving away Dutch Pup bandanas...awesome. My puppy loves it. Thursday, I had the Caramelizer and it was bomb, loved it. Yesterday, I got the Annihilator and loved it as well. And today, I got the Iced Green Tea with Passion Fruit. Four days and you guys hit it out of the park each time! Customer service was excellent. Today, there was a line 4 deep and an employee came out to my car to take my order. Once I pulled up to the window, all employees were great. Dutch Bros. is now my coffee shop stop. Prices much lower than Starbucks. Kudos Dutch Bros! read more

The person who took my order was very nice and was by far the best part of the experience. Im giving it 2 instead of 1 star cause 1 star would mean I did not like my coffee and service was bad. So that's the good part. The bad is the fact that I have had mocha fraps at a million different places and never have I had one taste just like the horrible am pm mocha frap they serve in the spinning machine that I was crazy enough to give a try one night and literally threw up my drink about 15 minutes after taking a cpl drinks and then was sick for rest of night. So I had a zebra mocha frapp. Oh my lord was it gross and then since I never been here before and I absolutely love milkshakes so I said hey I will try a chocolate shake. Wow it taste almost identical to my frap but even more disgusting. How do u mess up a shake? I don't think there's any ice cream in it. Taste like someone blended ice and put some imitation Hershey powder mix in put whip cream on top and called this a shake. I cannot tell u how shocked I was I never met a shake I did not at least thing was decent and most I love but to make me want to puke and to top it off with a tip I am out over 20 for two drinks that I will throw away. The Dutch can keep there coffee I'm sticking with Bigfoot Java or Mercury coffee all day. Fast friendly and delicious! The ambiance is fun, the employees have all smiles and music playing on the background. I ordered a golden eagle which is vanilla and caramel at its finest. No stars. First they have a merging drive through and if people don't want to be nice you have to struggle to merge. We were waiting to merge and someone pulled in behind the car we should merge behind and wouldn't let us in. Didn't help that DB had someone walking line to take orders who also wasn't paying attention and after asking who was next went to that car anyways. Used to love DB. Won't be going out of my way to visit them anymore. Horrible drive through design and horrible non service. read more

Unfortunately they don't have any near home, so I had to wait to try it until I visited the Pacific North West. I love how precious all their tiny little stalls are, focusing on drive-thru with only outdoor seating; it's definitely different from what we have back at home. We tried their cold brew coffees and their energy drink the Rebel. It was decent, but definitely not my absolute favorite, must have again. The Rebels were nifty though, reminding me a lot like a Red Bull. The customer service was amazing; they were so friendly and helpful, as it was obviously our first time visiting. Great service! When the line was particularly long, they took our orders from the car - which was super awesome and efficient. The employees working there were very friendly, and there were good vibes all around. I always tip atleast $1 when asked about tipping but today 2/23 around 8:10am the girl who took my order didn't ask if I wanted to tip which even my husband said 'wow she didn't ask for a tip like the other workers do' and I thought it was weird right? Well I'm checking my bank account right now... my large iced golden eagle extra sweet with whip is always $6.88 and tell me why I was charged $7.88 on my card? She auto tipped herself ?! One of the few Dutch bros in the area. It's weird that there's no Dutch in seattle at all, but you can find them scattered in the area here and there. This is my main Dutch location. Apparently it's a huge franchise in Arizona, comparable to starbucks. I usually get the kicker with caramel or the tropical green tea. Sometimes I try the Christmas morning. read more
