I also ordered a blue lavender drink and was disappointed. The lavender was too strong and the drink did not taste balanced. Overall, I like the idea of this place, but the food, drinks, and atmosphere need improvement. It was also expensive for what we got -- almost $64 with tip for two orders of bread, two drinks, and one açaí bowl. We likely won't be returning.

Before I could let them know that I was fine with the mistake, the drink was dumped and remade, adding even more to the wait time. Unfortunately, the remake was also incorrect--this time missing the powder flavoring I had originally requested--resulting in a plain shake. Given the extended wait, the lack of customer service, and the price point, I cannot justify returning. I value supporting small businesses, but this experience demonstrated why many customers turn to chain establishments that have the staffing and systems to provide consistent service.
