Zero stars? They couldn't have been more rude and condescending and im not sure if they are delusional or blind like Stevie Wonder. They hassled me about making a purchase when I just needed to charge my phone for a minute. I was treated like some crackhead weirdo while wearing thousands in jewelry. You can't be blind and work at Starbucks right? I even sat there on the phone to prove a point and had my Starbucks account recovered. I had money to spend on this account but decided I didn't want to give them the satisfaction of bullying me. Ill never return and you can kick rocks Starbucks. I ordered the same drink every morning. A triple venti white chocolate mocha and I had to wait about 5 mins at the drive thru and when I got to work it's hot tea. I have visited literally hundreds of Starbucks' location since they've come into existence and although they all seem to be pretty consistence with the quality of the products they offer; the service, quality of the product, wait-time, cleanliness and accessibility of the location are the five things that are important to me. My usual drink tasted the same, and the baristas were efficient and pleasant. The low stars come from all the chairs here filled with non-paying people, some who had brought food in from another place. Strange! I've been to other Starbucks where non-paying customers were hanging out and using the free wi-fi or the electricity but here there were just too many taking up the space. It was raining out, so maybe that contributed to the situation. If I'm in this neighborhood again and need a caffeine fix, I'll be looking elsewhere. read more

The baristas were incredibly friendly and helpful at this location. I have developed numerous food intolerances over the last little while and can no longer enjoy many of my favourite beverages. The barista at the register was very helpful in modifying my drink until it was close to what I used to love but without anything in it that would make me sick! They were also very sweet to my kiddos which is always a good way to win my approval. I'm not in this area very much, but I would certainly stop in again. read more

This location was briefly closed for remodeling in October 2018. Since reopening, they have all new staff and they are unbearably SLOW. My biggest complaint is that they run out of bakery items by 10am now. I've been getting Chonga bagels and breakfast sandwiches here on my lunch break for YEARS, and never had a problem. They've been 100% out of bagels and breakfast sandwiches by at least 12pm everyday since they reopened 2 weeks ago. When I've tried to talk to the staff about this they've been rude and dismissive. The baristas here make my morning better every time. They provide wonderful, friendly customer service and I leave smiling. A typical chain not much different than the other up the road. Drive through gets busy and staff is friendly and prompt with good customer service. This fall day it is not busy and my coffee was freshly made. Most locations brew a limited amount of Blonde roast but here they were just finishing the brew. WOW I have been sitting still in this drive thru for TEN minutes and there are still four cars ahead of me to pick up my drink. Hell, I have time to sit and post this review! Cars are turning off their engines in between picking up their drinks at the window. Seems like it takes an average of about 4 minutes per car. Hmmm. Yay! Just went up a car space! Only a few more to go and then I can get my fix. I suppose I did this to myself. Needing a coffee at 2 pm on a Saturday? Good job, Steph. Whoodathunk? Here we are in Tacoma and closing on a refinance of our home in Mt. Pleasant so we can put solar panels on our roof. And why not? Starbucks is as good a place as any. My caramel macherena is up to their usual standards and piping hot! My wife's Iced white mocha is tasty as well. I had to try a sip. we're thankful for the air conditioned environment inside and it's a beautiful day outside. The place is clean and the staff extra friendly these days. The only downside is a "homeless?" Dude outside, very dirty, barefoot with toes only Dr. Scholls could appreciate. But he seems to think he's doing everyone a big favor by sitting right in the middle of the outdoor umbrella covered tables and trimming those green nasties like it's a competition. I'm a retired Marine and have seen some disgusting things in my time, but this guy wins the contest of disgusting behavior. I'm tempted to go buy him a hedge trimmer. Yikes. read more

Everytime I go to Starbucks at the Fife location.... the quality is not great. My mocha tasted horrible and the last time I ordered a chai tea latte... its not difficult to make, their yogurt parfaits taste old. Sorry starbucks, but I don't think I want to go here anymore. I'd rather drive an extra 15 minutes for the little coffee stand for decent chai tea with flavor and food that doesnt taste old. I like when starbucks was actually good a couple years ago, it just seems like a lot of starbucks now just hires attractive people who have no actual espresso talent. I needed some coffee on my traffic-heavy, Friday afternoon drive up from Portland to Anacortes. Everything looked fine from the outside. No one in line on Friday around 3pm. I was helped right away and ordered a latte. Restroom break while waiting. Toilet paper on the floor. Seemed clean enough except for whoever was in there before me. Then I waited. Waited and waited and waited. After 12 minutes I thought to myself 'hmm...maybe they forgot' and I asked "Is there a vanilla latte coming?". Wasn't angry, just wanted to know. Barista answer: "Yes! We have a drive through so we're REALLY busy!" As if I was an idiot and somehow didn't know they had a drive-through. So much sass. No apology that my drink was taking so long. She made me feel as though I was being rude for simply asking about my drink. Again...I was the ONLY person waiting for a drink at that point. Final time: 15 minutes. A quarter of an hour for a vanilla latte with no one else in line. I've picked up elaborate Vietnamese take out that takes less time to prepare than that. My $5 was NOT worth a typical latte, waiting 15 minutes, and rude service. Next time I'll pick somewhere else in the area for my caffeine fix. read more

I asked for extra foam on my drink, they messed it up with cream which is fine! I asked for a new drink easy easy. But the girl on the bar took it so personal and felt the need to come to the window and asked what i meant by extra foam even tho she already re made the drink. Yvonne (or is it Vonnie?) working the drive-thru in the mornings is awesome. She's friendly and bubbly but not in an annoying way. She knows the regulars (I'm not one of them) and my hot beverage is always in a sleeve and she hands me my straw with a smile. I can usually tell when someone else is working the drive thru because although they're friendly...it's not the same. I usually go inside and the small parking lot can be a challenge. The folks inside are pretty friendly and I have to agree with Michelle...they don't have a big selection of mugs and cups. I got here around 5pm expecting a lot of people coming from but the place was pretty empty. The few people that were in there look to be charging their devices. I asked for a couple drinks for my friend and I so we can just relax and talk for a bit. My friend asked me to get them some tea drink which I wasn't sure of and I let the guy know. He was very nice and helpful. Even told me that if they didn't like it to just bring it back up and we can get it right. Overall this place was nice. They only have 1 bathroom that unisex and could use some extra care. The parking is a little tight when you have more than a car going through. I decided to go inside since the drive thru look a bit too tight . ( Let me explain ) after you get your drink at the window you come out right behind some parked cars on a tight corner. So if the person doesn't really watch they could back right into you. But the Starbucks place was clean and the staff really nice. So I'd say it's still a good place to go. read more

Got a protein box with chicken wrap in drive through. After I opened it I noticed it was made 3 days ago. Apples are brown and super soft, cucumber is so soft it bends in half and the wrap is so soggy I had to spit out my first bite. I drove back to exchange my box and asked for a more recently packaged box and the barista went into the back and handed me a "fresh box"... it was made on the same date as mine and the state of the food was worse. Perhaps they should be taken off the shelves after 2 days ? Just some food for thought. read more

As others have said, service is friendly but INCREDIBLY slow. At most drive through Starbucks locations I'll go inside as it's almost always considerably faster. That isn't the case at this location. I've waited in line for far more than 10 minutes inside and almost always spend less time in the drive through. In all fairness they've always been very busy when I've gone in but I can't honestly tell if that's because they're busy or if it's simply because it takes so long to get any one customer served. For those who need a place to work or sit, the seating here is almost always full. read more

I struggle with this review, I love the baristas at this Starbucks, I pick up my mobile order almost every week day and they greet me by name and always friendly. Drinks are usually consistent and good no issues but they can be extremely inconsistent with food. Most mornings I get a bacon Gouda and it is often icy cold, they remodeled and reopened recently and every visit since my sandwich is barely warmed, worse then previous issues. I have a long commute and like to eat my sandwich on the way but it is inedible unless you are big on cold eggs. Sadly I started going to a new location when they were closed for two weeks and the toasted the sandwich perfect every visit. I also sometimes grab a bagel that I have for lunch but I prefer to toast it before I eat it so I order it not warmed. It clearly says not warmed on the label but this location NEVER gets it right. read more
