The cold brew coffee is hands down the BEST you can get. I am so impressed with the culture they seemed to have with their team. Way to go! After a 12 hour day of Touring the Grand Canyon and a few other landmarks we decided to stop at Dutch for a drink to cool us down. I'd never been to this location since we live down in The Phoenix valley, but we love Dutch so went to check it out before stopping for dinner. We saw their new Sumset mixers and ordered three. We drove away and by the time we tasted them were nearly at dinner. They were awful. The lemonade was missing and were basically water and some fruit. I turned us around and did what I'd never had to do before, ask for them to be thrown out and we ordered something different because now they didn't sound so great. I was always told you could exchange for something different and the girl taking the new order even offered to upsize. Everyone was apologetic, yet one guy came to the window stating next time we'd have to pay the difference of not the same drink. Totally fine, but not sure if this is a new policy. The new drinks were good, but it was frustrating to have to backtrack and be told that I'd have to order the same drink next time. read more

Im actually very surprised that this place doesn't have 5 stars. Besides the extremely long lines, i have never had a single bad thing to say about this place. Their customer service is superb, their drinks are always delicious, theres even been a time where I was running late for work and forgot my wallet and was given the drink free. They have recently also added a double line that doesn't block the road so there really is little to no reason to not give this place 5 stars. OK, really I needed this drink, myself and a friend had came up from the valley and hiked all day. We were really looking forward to a nice drink before heading down the 17. Anyway. My friend ordered a milkshake... it was straight garbage!!! I ordered an iced white cookie brava... however what I got... No joke... i got whole milk on ice!! Unbelievable. It was exactly 12 o'clock on March 1st and they absolutely refused to give us stickers and the employee was so rude. The girl at the counter offered to give us them but the girl behind her shook her head with the rudest expression and didn't let us have them, told us we could pull to the side and they would bring us stickers but they didn't do that either. Out of all the Dutch Brothers we have been to, so far only one has been negative. Like all this others, they live up to their business motto, generally you will have young adults inside the building making your drinks, with a person outside taking orders to keep the line moving. No matter how busy they are, you can always be assured you wont be waiting long for your drink! Jacob from the graveyard shift is seriously the best barista in Flagstaff! His cold brew is perfect! When you need maximum caffeine in the middle of night, but also hope to enjoy the experience- Jacob is who you look for. Taking a short break from studying or working, Jacob makes working through the night possible. Not sure my son would have passed his classes without Jacobs cold brew concoctions of caffeine. In our family, making a great cup of coffee is worthy of great praise; and Jacob earns the highest from me! Dutch Bros is my go to coffee shop. I will always love their coffee options and teas and that's clearly not why I gave this stand 2 stars. This is because for a new and only stand in Flagstaff, they have children running it and the system is completely unorganized. I have always admired Dutch workers for being social with customers and being personal. But sometimes it goes on to long and the line is backed into the road and that's not ok. I'm also disappointed that the girl taking my order didn't even hear what i ordered and put down "hot breve" which breve never came out of my mouth.. along with that, there were drinks ready to be given out from 5 orders before mine that she just let sit there and kept taking in more orders! So much so that finally another employee came over and started taking the orders of the people in line so she could give those drinks out. Luckily she noticed her mistake before handing me my drink but then I had to wait even longer for them to finish it. I'd love to come here every time I visit flag but I hope next time they have their ducks in order. read more

I never knew or heard about Dutch Bros Coffee. But now I do. And it has been really good. Went twice within 3 days. I love how all the employees are with customers. Teens that are open minded and can begin and keep a conversation going in a matter of seconds by pulling up to their window. That also was a cool feature about them, they are drive-through shop only. Both locations I have been too, I do not know if they have an actual walk-in place though. They have a secret menu. We tried the White Zombie and the Golden Eagle. Pretty good. I would go for it again. I enjoyed their drinks. Make sure to tell them that you are a first timer!! Next visit gets you a free drink! Can't miss out on a great deal like that. We are visiting from Texas and decided to give Dutch Bros - Flagstaff a try. It was amazing! We tried the Cocomo (hot version). Although the line was about 7 cars deep, it moved rather quickly. I love Dutch Bros, but not this location. They don't know how to organize traffic in this tiny parking lot. The worker let 4 cars that got there after us go ahead of us and said "Well, they went in the right way. You can circle back around." Heard so much about this place I had to try it. Ordered a hot cocomo. I was expecting to have a great choco coconut experience but was disappointed. It was pretty bland in my mind. Just a coffee. The drive thru was packed and the ordering can be confusing at this location. It's a stressful purchase, for me anyway. On a long Western road trip of hiking and sight seeing, my husband and I began to notice a lot of "West coast" things on offer that we hadn't really expected in Arizona. I suddenly remembered seeing a recent mention of Dutch Bros. Coffee (in Vogue magazine of all places!) so I looked it up and sure enough, there was one in Flagstaff. We headed there and I was initially disappointed to find it was more of a drive thru kiosk location rather than a store you can sit inside to enjoy your beverage. My husband had just gotten a bad migraine and I knew that sitting through this huge line of cars at a coffee kiosk wasn't his idea of fun, but he was willing to do it for me because he's awesome. Anyway, this young guy came out and took my order (Kicker), I apologized for taking awhile to order but explained I hadn't been there previously. The line moved very swiftly and next thing we knew, at the window the girl asked us a million questions about our travels and was super perky and friendly. My husband was by then feeling sick and exhausted but did not let on as such. I was trying to get the girl to get to the point and tell us our total as she had already handed out the drink. She says "no charge!" and on the top of my cup she had written Welcome with a smiley face. It totally made my day and made the whole experience so much brighter. I didn't need a free drink, and I felt horrible that I didn't have cash on me to stick into their tip jar. But it was an awesome little kindness and I'll have such good vibes about Dutch Bros. and definitely visit ANY future locations I encounter of this chain. Oh, and the coffee was delicious...like Starbucks on their best day with their best barista working, is how I'd describe it. Went here to just purchase gift cards and ended up trying Freeze Tuxedo with whipped cream, caramel & fudge on top and then when going back the second time, tried the same only hot. The smell of their roast and the taste is so amazing, plus the people working there give some of the best service I've ever seen. Both times we went to the walk up window as the drive through is so full always and I can see why they are more swamped than SixBucks! read more
