After I got my nails done I looked across the parking lot and saw a big sign that said Paris Baguette and I was just drawn to it. I had to go in and see what they had. It was reminiscent of a panaderia where you pick up a try, grab tongs and choose your pan dulce. There are so many lovely pastries to choose from. I was craving something savory so I reached for a curry croquet and a crab croquet. Both were fluffy and delicious. I took my time looking around and snapping pics. The staff even waiting for me while I snap a photo of these delectable delights. It was a lot to take in just seeing all the options for to-go food, drinks, desserts, etc. it was so nice to be in a new place seeing all they have to offer as opposed to the regular burgers, burritos or wraps. It seemed like this food was in part elevated because of the fresh ingredients and care put into the display and packaging. I brought my tray to the front and checked out. They offered to heat up the croquets and I was much obliged. Snapped a few pics while I waited, which, wasn't long at all. Got my name called and got to my car to eat. Very delicious. The crab croquet tasted like a crab casserole wrapped in a fluffy warm blanket. The curry croquette tasted very aromatic and a bit sweet. Both were delicious and I would definitely get them again. The croissants are super flaky & so buttery!! They have ready made cake selection that are heavenly, you can get a slice or whole cake! I've been waiting so long for Paris Baguette to finally open in Fresno, and the wait was absolutely worth it! I used to visit their locations in Texas when I lived there, so having one here feels like a little taste of home. I love Korean bakeries, especially their cakes, and Paris Baguette never disappoints. My favorites are the blueberry chiffon, the rainbow cake, and the strawberry shortcake, all incredibly soft, fluffy, and perfectly balanced without being too sweet. Truly the best kind of Asian compliment! Their other baked goods are just as impressive. The croissants are wonderfully flaky and buttery, my daughter can't get enough of their mochi donuts, and my husband is obsessed with their butter cream bread. This was our first time ever visiting any Paris Baguette (I didn't know there was more than one in Fresno) and we loved it! Unique setup with the self-serve trays and tongs but we loved it, being able to move at our own pace and look at the variety of sandwiches, pastries, breads and more. Service was very friendly and I noticed they were quick to help those that weren't familiar with their setup. We absolutely will be back and we can't wait to try one of their cakes as well! SUGGESTION: Maybe adding a sign that says "Start Here" would help direct people. We had no idea and thankfully we walked to the left and saw the tongs but quite a few people (just while we were there) couldn't figure it out and I believe business could be lost due to that simple detail. read more

I finally had a chance to try this place out and what drew me in was that it said Paris on the building! A part of me has forever been left in France, since 2017 and I love their food. The second thing that drew me in was a free dessert of I downloaded the app, which I did as I anticipate coming back. I love it when people greet you when you come into any establishment and ask if you have any questions, especially for first timers like myself. It's important to do so because some people get overwhelmed or have anxiety along questions. I went early in the morning and there was only 1 other person waiting for their drink, and the workers, plus what appeared to be a manager. I walked around to observe and quickly gathered it's basically a serve yourself type of establishment, unless you're ordering a drink. I took home a few items and warmed them up at home. The cashier was very nice and answered all my questions once I went up to pay. My favorite was the bread with condensed milk, so yummy. I'll definitely be coming back. read more

I love Paris Baguette. I'm so happy they opened one on my side of town. I use to have to drive across town over there across from Woodward Park to get my coffee croissant donut fix. Everything that I've tried so far is so good but of course my favorite is the coffee croissant donut. When I stopped in this morning, there were lots of people inside and families sitting outside. This location has the cutest outside sitting area, it's nice and roomy. The inside of the shop is a little smaller than the other location, but it still has all of the wonderful treats. All the employees were smiling and super nice. The inside was immaculate, super clean. I love that you can see into the kitchen and see what they're making. Everything in the front display case looked so perfect that the items on display didn't even look real, even though everything on display is ready to eat. I will definitely be going several times a week just because I love their treats that much. If you haven't been you definitely need to go. The food was pretty gross. We got 3 different kinds. They all tasted like they were sitting there all day. The only thing sort of good was a chocolate croissant. Sadly I don't think I will ever come back especially for the price. Each pastry was 5-10 dollars. Most of them just donut style. What a beautiful place, it's so pretty inside. It's very open and inviting and it's brand new. When you walk in grab a tray and tongs so you can grab what desserts and pastries you want before you head to the counter. They sell cakes, breakfast items that can be warmed up if you want to eat there. They have a wide variety of coffee you can order as well. I had a breakfast sandwich and a specialty drink. The girl in the front seemed nice, can't really judge on service when they don't have people serving tables. This is a really good bakery for certain items. This bakery has a hash brown bread items that has hashbrowns ham cheese everything inside of a bun. It's really tasty. I noticed that everybody that worked here at this location is very nice. Bakery also has a thing called the king donut and man that is really a good donut. It's about time Fresno got a cool bakery with some style. We went to the grand opening today, and it was very crowded. They had some delicious samples of different types of cakes and deserts. The only thing wrong with this place was the DJ playing some really terrible music that was really distorted and way too loud - otherwise, we would have sat at a table on the patio and eaten the delicious pastries we bought. The sticky milk bun is my favorite from here. The cashier V was so welcoming and was so kind to all the customers. The barista Andrew, i think, was so nice and easy to talk to and drew a cute leaf on my latte. The service was so fast i was in and out within 5 minutes. All the store was clean and spotless.
