My boyfriend and I were staying at an Airbnb nearby all week and visited this location at least once a day and it was perfect every single time. We got lucky & this location was less than three minutes from us and the staff were very quick and friendly. I tried different coffees and different rebels each time we went and honestly loved everything. My favorites were probably the iced strawberry Trixie rebel, golden Eagle coffee iced, & the iced cookie butter latte. Will definitely be returning! read more

we got in line behind 2 other cars once we get to the employee taking orders and she tells us you guys cut the line the line goes the opposite way (that line only had 1 car which is why we chose the line w more cars) , we didn't understand because she took the two cars order directly in front of us who were also going the same way we were so we thought we were in the correct line which again is why we chose that line, not only was she was very rude but she told us she would not take our order and we had to leave and get back into line. Not only were we stuck in line without a way out, but she also refused to help us by moving cones or asking the people behind us to back up. so we had to continue to wait in line until we could fit out while she skipped us to take the other cars orders. Again we assumed we were in the correct line because she was taking the customer's order who were in front of us and not the one car in the other line we were more than willing to leave and not get Dutch at all due to us not wanting to get in line again but the fact she wouldn't help us get out of line was a bit rude and uncalled for. She was a young gal with a low bun and dark brown hair. Again, a simple "hey for next time our line goes the opposite way "would have been the way to go especially after taking 2 cars orders who made the same simple mistake we did. Or another way to solve this issue could have been to take the person behind us order first then come back to our window. That's what you do for a customer. The drinks and the flavors are great!! My husband loves the Raspberry Rebel, my daughter love the non energized drinks! They are on the sweet side. I used to love the coffee but now it seems too sweet for me. I am going to ask for a coffee with out any sugar to see if they have it like that. Because the quality of coffee is pretty good. The only down side of this place is the long lines. Also there is no ordering ahead either. Customer service is very good! They have the people where you order when you are waiting and then the one it gives your drink. They are very helpful and kind. We always comeback no matter what. read more

This is the worst location I have been to and unfortunately it's the closest one to me. They get our drinks wrong pretty much every other visit it seems like and then your only option is to either go back and wait 20+ minutes in the drive through line for a remake that may be even worse, or just take the loss. It would be nice if they actually followed the measurements and recipes they were taught so our drinks taste the same each time like they are meant to. Wait times over 30 minutes for drinks while they all stand in their booth just talking. Not friendly to first responders at all. They try to get drinks from the window since EMS by policy can't be in a drive through line and would not be accommodated by manager today. They had to leave before they got drinks since they were told to wait behind 20 other orders. Other customers in the long line who overheard this interaction tried sticking up for EMS but manger wasn't having it. The other Dutch brothers locations accommodate EMS all the time and this particular location always seems to be burdened by those serving the community. read more

The dude and I come to Dutch Bro's every now and then as sometimes we need a break from Starbucks. Any who, we have came here a few times before the Pandemic and recently about two weeks ago. The line was not pretty long and I feel like the lines are longer as a lot of people don't have much to do anyways due to everything being closed at the time. I feel each time I come my drink get disappointing each time which sucks! My drink always taste so water down not like a good milkshake consistency at all of what. Milkshake should be. The wait time EACH time is never worth it. A few times I had to have them remake my drink as it taste like nothing. The most recent time I came I could taste the flavor. I think they need to revamp up their milkshakes. I am not a coffee drinker or fond of the blended coffee drinks so I rather go to a place where I know it's gonna be bomb! My drink looks delicious but looks can be deceiving!! The dude loved his drink. However he agrees that the long lines can get ridiculous which turned us off a few times from getting drinks which I have no problem getting other business my hard earned money that have reasonable lines. I am no longer a fan of Dutch Bro's due to the poor drink quality I have received several times! Wow, we waited 25 minutes in line for a drink. We really love this place. I wish they had a walk up window. But with the way it is set up, it could be dangerous for pedestrians... I did like that they had their employees out getting orders and payments on the tablets. So it made the line and process faster and more smooth. Employees are always nice here and very hyped. They all look like they love their job. Drinks here are always on point. My daughter is addicted to their drinks and if she could she would get a drink from here every day. I recommend this place, but just be aware of the long wait. There are other locations that have walk up windows and walk-ins. read more

Was in line for 40 minutes & eventually left!!!!! Nobody was outside taking orders, so it took longer by ordering at the window. Mind u, it's 100 degrees outside, I get it! But other DB have cold pack vests for the employees, keep hydrated & they rotate often. I don't go to DB often because it gets expensive, but I treat myself every now & and again, which i couldn't do today. 4 other cars ended up leaving before me. Dutch bros is a great way to go for coffee, for me at least! I love their iced americanos with cream, no sweetener/flavor. Nothing fancy, and $2 for a 16oz, which is their small size. Well, now they are $2.15. Still, I'm not breaking the bank for this cup of coffee. I've never had an issue with the taste of my coffee. Now, if I didn't have to make a mission out of getting this cup of coffee, and wake up at the crack of dawn just to know I'd make it through the line before work, then it would be even better!! I know each employee likes to spend time chatting with customers at the window, and even though I like to keep my pre-caffeine conversation to a minimum, I appreciate that they are nice, and I'm sure there are others who love the conversation! Because of these interactions, you get a line. It's just a fact of life, like the sky is blue. Although, as a customer, who has places to be-this is something they can improve at. Even the biggest fans don't like spending 30+ minutes in line. With that said...this time around (last Saturday), I noticed they not only had 2 employees taking orders on the tablets, but they had 1 employee helping specifically with Traffic. (Both of these things help to get the line through.) This parking lot is a horrible place for a long line, and those folks trying to visit the other businesses could have a hard time, because someone is insisting on blocking the intersection so no one else steals their spot in line....anyways, it's good to know the employees at Dutch Bros on Ashlan/Willow are aware of this and are doing their part to help out. When I was here on Tuesday morning, when I first got in line, there was no one taking orders on the tablet then about 10 minutes into my wait someone came out took about 4 cars, went back inside, and came back out. The line was pretty long and I think I would have had someone stationed out there the whole time (especially before work), however it was the 6am-7am hour, so I could see why maybe they didn't want to have too many people working. My total time spent there that morning was from 6:27am to 6:50am. Luckily, I work 6 minutes away from here, so making it to work on time was no problem this day (I start at 7.) I cut it very close though!!! Bottom line, if you want to get some of this coffee action, make sure you plan anywhere from 30-45 minutes ahead, so you know you have time for the line. read more

Very unacceptable and they honestly should be ashamed to call themselves a drive thru. I love Dutch Bros, but spending the majority of your lunch break in line is awful and they should work on this. If it wasn't for my love's request i wouldn't be sitting in line for over an hour. If you have an hour- an hour and 30 minutes to spare by all means. Have a go. Just not my cup of coffee. I wasn't even excited when i received my cup but after the first drop "I'm tryna sip my pain away, can't kick the habit so i drink about a pint a day" (Philthy Rich) lol the wait was dreadful. I have been to this location several times... We usually try to come in our family car not in my Fiancé personal truck (which is lifted pretty high and wide). Other times before we have gotten the drinks ran out to us because making the turn to the drive thru is very tight.. (mind you only reason we didn't go all the way home to get our other car was bc our daughter was napping in the back and we chose not to wake her) My Fiancé expressed his concern to make the turn and asked politely if they could run it out or if I could get down and grab the drinks at the window they have to be able to get drinks at.. She said, " No honestly we have had a huge ass semi make this turn so you can do it.." we are kinda short staffed After making the hard turn to the window to get what we had already paid for... He expressed his concern again to the lady at the window who handed us our drinks. He expressed it would be hard to get out because there was cars behind us and also there wait line of cars is maybe 8ft away from the window to get your order. Well the lady at the window dismissed us right away and was extremely rude. Small she said was no we can't do that for our safety and as soon as he would say something else she would dismiss him.. Very uncomfortable situation to go through honestly. I understand it is a drag working and making orders and being short staffed but there is no need to be so rude.. I love dutch bros! They have really good coffee the portions for the price is unbeatable. The workers are very nice and helpful they always greet people with such positive and cheerful attitudes. They have stamp cards, after 10 stamps (1 stamp per drink). They have certain days where they give 2 or 3 stamps per drink. My go to drink is the white chocolate mocha, the texture is different alittle on the thicker side. The only downfall to this place is the wait. The lines can be ridiculously long and I've waited about 20mins to 45mins to get my drink. But Dutch bros is so worth it I can't even get mad about the wait. Every 1st of the month they also give out stickers. I would highly recommend this place if you haven't tried dutch bros coffee, fair warning it can be highly addicting. read more

Man this place never fails to make you feel like you're more than just a customer to them. I don't know who recruits the people who works here but I've had nothing but always a cheerful experience every time I come here and it's mostly due to the amazing staff. So welcoming and so sweet. It's a great time here and on top of that, great coffee. I am crazy about Dutch bro's. I usually go 5-6 days a week. I will drive clear across town just to avoid this location which is much, much closer to me. I always get the same thing but for some reason it always tastes different at this one. Whenever I try to customize my drink it's either done wrong or my requests are completely ignored. This location takes forever even when the line isn't that long. The workers are friendly otherwise I would never go back. I like my coffee drinks to taste like coffee not milkshakes and it was hard to figure out how to order something I like from here but I found something. 911 with have the sweetener. I preferred Starbucks before because they offer some strong drinks but I've always disliked the over roasted all most burnt taste of some of the coffees. Dutch doesn't have that burnt taste. The baristas are always sweet and upbeat. Even when the line is like waiting to board a Disneyland ride they try really hard to keep it moving as fast as possible. There a lot of great reviews and its highly spoke about so I said why not let me try my luck. I was very pleasantly surprised at the quality of coffee products. They were quick and they offered a variety of hot and cold beverages. Plus the biggest bonus of them all you can drive thru in your car. The bartistas are very happy with their job and they take it serious. I enjoy getting my iced chai tea. It was really flavorful not watered down. They paid attention to detail which is something that a lot of the other main line coffee sellers have lost. I love this place I will be going again in the morning! Suuuuuuh good. A gal I follow on insta drives 30+ minutes on weekends to go to Dutch brothers in Washington. When I found out Fresno had one, I HAD to try it. Line was about 10 deep but they set up the parking lot to accommodate this and I was there for roughly 8 minutes. I gave myself extra time anticipating a line. They took orders while in line with an iPad type device. - check the menu and know what you want before you go. I had not been there before so I scoped the menu in advance. I learned that their white mochas have both white and regular mocha in it, which isn't my jam, but was able to make it all white when I was there. I also added caramel. It was soooooooooooooo good. I've only had one other place this good in Utah. I likely will be there every day before work when I'm back in Fresno for 5 weeks and I could not be more excited about it! Entering my 4th year at college in the Bay Area and coming home to vacation, I think it's about time to order me a few. This location had little to no cars as I got there (1:50PM-2:00PM), definitely during the low peak hours, so as I pulled up my order was taken almost immediately! The Dutch Bros employee, Taylor, was so patient with my order, being it was my first time and I was ordering over 6+ drinks. We had time for small, casual conversation as there was no cars behind us. Very kind and helpful woman, thanks for the awesome first experience Taylor! As I pulled up all of my drinks were ready immediately. I had ordered: * (L) Iced Black Tea, Extra Sweet, Double Rainbow * (M) Dutch Frost Birthday Cake + whip stick * (M) Dutch Frost Dinosaur Egg + whip stick * (M) Dutch Frost Double Rainbro + whip stick * (M) Blended Rebel Aftershock * (M) Caramelizer Freeze Totaling up to $29.50 for everything. To my surprise, Dutch Bros Coffee doesn't tax on their drinks, wow. I only got a chance to try the frosts and some things to point out: * I got a whip stick on all three frosts and to my knowledge I NOW know that the whip sticks are NOT flavored lollipop 'whip cream' straws, which was silly of me to think haha! * Double Rainbro was by far the most fruitiest and tastiest Frost of that order. It consisted of strawberry, peach and coconut. Which was the best blend, by far. * Dinosaur Egg had some very interesting flavors. Mixed with blue raspberry, strawberry, white chocolate with an almond drizzle. * Birthday Cake was the epitome of sweet. Almond Roca, white chocolate with confetti sprinkles was in the frost. And though I would've given this location a 5/5, it was unfortunate that the birthday cake frost tasted exactly like blended slush ice with a syrup, while being completely watered down. This place is popular. I first tried Dutch Bros in Oregon and was hooked. Since there aren't nearly as many in Fresno area (we live in Lemoore) you can tell people go out of their way to come here. The line wrapped around the parking lot. It took about 30 minutes to get one coffee. The workers said it's always like that on Sunday's so maybe they need to hire more people or build another location. The drink was delicious though. read more

I cannot believe I just waited 30 minutes in line for a medium coffee. The line here is usually awful but past that at first the line was going quick for the amount of cars but once the crew saw someone had a dog the girl taking orders too her sweet time petting and talking. Other members literally stoping what they were doing just to go out and pet a dog, not sure how I feel about them making my drink. Then from there at window they spent 5 minutes on the car with a dog, got the two drinks out in the first two minutes, then talked until giving them a pup cup. This is not the first time i've had a horrid experience there. Once I got a drink with hair in it and the workers were pissed i asked them to remake it which they wouldn't take back from me to throw away, then the new one came back sloppily made. read more

Absolutely one of the worst experiences I've had at Dutch Bros. It was such a disgusting sales tactic to force customers to download an app on our phones. They didn't have a menu to show me, begging me to download the app on the spot, which I refused. They removed the flip menu from their ipad. She said "Do you know what you want?" This is one of the most raved about coffee places!!! Everyone says to go here if you're ever in central California, so of course I wanted to go check it out. This particular location is only drive through, with the building itself just a tiny little building in a parking lot. What you need to know: THE LINE IS INSANELY LONG. I know there are usually coffee runners- people who are outside taking your order in the middle of the line and will possibly deliver your drinks to your car so you don't have to wait in line. But if it's one of the super hot days during the summer, there are obviously no runners. When we got to the window, the worker there was super helpful in figuring out what you'd like! Just because they have so many drinks with funky names! So I asked for a cold brew with their classic vanilla creamer. Once you order, the whole process of getting your drinks is so fast! We ordered 7 drinks and they came out in minutes, it was super impressive. My cold brew was delicious, not to bitter and not too sweet!
