I placed a mobile order for a White Chocolate Mocha with four extra pumps of White Chocolate. My husband picked it up for me, and when I went to drink it, I could barely taste any white chocolate--just milk--and it didn't have any whipped cream. This is the third time I've ordered from this location recently, and the quality has been disappointing each time. Has a policy that was only being enforced on me. They said it nicely, but only to me. I will never come back here. I've bought 1000's of drinks at this store. Stopped in to knock out a few minutes of work on my laptop before the gym at 6am. The lobby is massive and it only has 5 people in it. Plenty of space. I was told I needed to buy a drink to stay. I went to get coffee the drive thru line was 10 cars deep. So I went inside and ordered wait fifteen min all the cars in thru were served and then as I complained my ticket was pulled. The manager Megan kept saying good job team but it looks like she only cares about the drive thru line. People inside don't matter. read more

One could say I am what people consider a Starbucks addict. Through all of the Starbucks in town, this location is one of my FAVORITES!!! Drinks are always top tier. Great place to study and just wine down. I've studied at this location through all of my undergraduate and now graduate program. Leaving this review now as I finish my last assignment of my graduate program. I'll miss studying here, but I'm done with school. Lol!! Service is always fast & love how the staff always come to check in on you if you need anything. Location is always clean and tidy as well. I've had my drink incorrectly made once compared to the 10000000 other times I've been here. It was easily fixed. I remember someone even once stole my drink from the mobile pick up, and they were so sweet about it and quickly fixed me up a new one. Staff here are clearly professionally trained to provide great customer service. Will miss studying here, but I'll still come through the drive thru! read more

Poor customer service. We have a large family, and it's expensive, so when we go, it's really a special treat that we all look forward to! Today, my excitement turned to absolute disappointment when I was treated so poorly by the lady with glasses at the drive through window. She opened the glass window, without so much as a "hello" or "how are you?" and spouted off my total. No smile, no welcoming words, I felt like a complete bother to her. One of the things I had ordered was a chocolate cream Frappuccino for my eight-year-old son, but was handed a Java Chip Frappuccino. No worries there, I maybe I ordered incorrectly or in a confusing way, so I apologized and let her know that it was the wrong beverage (I'm not giving my young son a coffee beverage). It's important to add that after she tossed this drink at me, she disappeared for a couple of minutes, so I sat there with this drink in my hand, not able to correct it more quickly. She seems so bothered by my request, as if I was a huge inconvenience to her. She snatched the Java Chip Frap back (historically, most Starbucks team members would've said go ahead and keep it while they made the new one because who are they going to give this drink to? Such a waste!) They remade my drink with the cream base, and I went inside to get it so I didn't hold up the drive through line. I will say, there was a very nice young person who was kind and listened to my complaint, but I ended leaving in tears. That woman's one job is to serve customers. If it's such an inconvenience to her, she needs to find a new job. I will not being going back to this location for fear that I run into a nightmare of a person again. read more

I was looking for WiFi with a place to plug in my laptop for about 2 hours to kill time while on this part of town. I came on a Saturday afternoon, there were about 6 seats with outlets available for charging your gear and there was one seat open when I arrived. Within 30 min, 2 more spots opened up. I did order one of the new almond protein blended cold brew drinks and it was pretty good. The staff was friendly and my drink was made within 5 min (a new girl had to ask another coworker how to make the drink) and then she realized after blending that it was short of a grande size and had to remake it again. Which is ok, I don't mind that she was learning how to do it. All in all, I would comeback here again if I needed a place to study or get some work done. read more

Ordered my usual Grande Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso but first time ordering at this location. I've had this coffee drink plenty of times.. but the taste was off. I went to the counter and let them know that it didn't taste right. The barista said it's a "blonde that it's alway made that way". Again I mentioned it doesn't taste right. Never did they offer to make me another drink. We spent over $45 for drinks and breakfast. I had already given a tip when I ordered and they don't even bother to help. Super disappointed today. I spend a fortune here and today the cast of characters really lacked greatly in EVERYTHING! I tried placing a mobile order but the item I wanted showed it was unavailable so I decided to go in person to see if they had it. I walked in and no one would even acknowledge my existence. I waited about five minutes as 5-6 different baristas walked past me and not one acknowledged my presence. I finally leaned forward and started waving my arms asking if anyone could see me or hear me. Finally one guy asked if there was something I wanted. I asked if they had my item and he condescendingly told me they have that item year round. I explained that the mobile site showed it unavailable. I then told him I would like to order two drinks. He told me someone would be right with me. I couldn't believe the lack of service. We finally got our items and it didn't taste right. I went back and again no one would help me. This is my favorite place to go and work when baby is too noisy at home. There is ample seating (more than at most locations), and plenty of electrical outlets to share. Of course, because of these facts, I'm not the only one who's a fan of this place. Staff is consistently friendly, and food/beverages made to order are just right. There is a barista that literally SCREAMS your name when your order is ready. She also screams when people come in. It is so high-pitched and obnoxious that I no longer go there to work, read or study. The staff are friendly; however, they are always laughing and joking and it is just a little too much. Just got off my busy shift and made my way over to Starbucks to get my usual. Good Customer service is alive and it's at this Starbucks. A had a worker named Car help me and they were amazing!!! They chat with me a bit while I was waiting on my drink and just showing me some real human emotions. Nothing robotic about this interaction whatsoever. It is interactions like this this that make me want to continue coming to this location because everyone is so friendly. The baristas here were super friendly and really seemed to know a lot of the regulars that frequent this location. Love this Starbucks! Staff has gotten friendlier over the past year or so and quality has definitely improved. I recently had an experience where I was a real "Karen" and they were extremely patient with me and handled everything extremely professionally. Shows that they have good leadership! They are handling the COVID situation in stride. There is limited outdoor seating, but they still offer some. They have some of the longest hours in the area... staff takes time to get to know you unless it is extremely busy. read more

I usually have a great time at this place, but there have been way too many awful experiences to make up for going to this location again. A few months back there was a new hire who, instead of giving me my change, put it in the tip jar, gave me no receipt, and gave me a caramel-covered lidded drink. I know there are bad days, and I was so shocked at the level of rudeness, so I didn't call her out and decided to go at different times. A few weeks later, there were 2 employees working, 4 customers inside already chilling with their drinks, no one else was in line - I waited 40 minutes for my drink while the employees were chatting and making each other drinks. I went to the counter twice to ask for my drink and got my venti refresher 3/4 full of mostly warm water. I asked for more - got some more warm water. Okay. Another bad time to go, it's fine. Today I had gone through drive through and the barista was snapping at me asking for my order 3 times after I told her, tried clarifying and got a few things off, so I said my order again. I go to the counter (it's the same barista who took my change as a tip - dark/black hair, white complexion, skull tattoo on her left arm) and she's leaning out - much less snappy - and asks for my payment. I gave her the cash, and after she takes it, she turns to another employee and starts chatting. She points behind her and the employee looks at me, and they continue chatting longer, blatantly talking about me. My drink came with extra ice when I asked for none, and was mostly water again. There have been great employees here and I've been going to this location for years, but Temperance has never let me down like this so I'll be taking the longer route to get my orders correct, WITH my change. read more

It's not a very clean tho. They could mob the floor more frequently I guess. But there much worse places out there so it looks great compared to others. read more

All I have to say is during the day time, it's busy but usually the service is fast. During the evening, there's 3 people and service is very slow. Literally takes about 25 minutes waiting behind a line of only 3 cars. Try comparing it and I assure you will be able to tell the difference. The other Starbucks on Herndon and Clovis intersection has a more attentive and quick evening crew. read more

I truly think this is the best Starbucks location in town and trust me, I've been to a lot lol. They are quick and friendly. This location is usually pretty busy, both inside and in the drive thru but I've never waited more than 10 minutes for my order. I highly suggest taking advantage of their mobile ordering. It's super convenient when I'm not feeling like waiting in line. I suggest placing it 10 minutes before you arrive at the store (or 15 if it's during rush hour) so it's ready when you get there! read more
