Wanted to start 2025 off right so I decided to start with a three day juice cleanse. I visited Raw Earth Juicery to pick up my juices. The store was cute inside, the two young ladies that were working were really nice. I loved that the juice was already ready to go and in glass bottles. You don't really see businesses giving you glass bottles anymore because everyone is in love with their plastic now. I love a good glass bottle. Something about juice being in glass and then sitting on glass in my refrigerator, just makes it nice and icy cold. I bought four different kinds of juice, tasted all of them today, they were yummy and super fresh tasting. I love that cold pressed juice always taste sweet, so I'm getting my sugar fix without having juice with white sugar or high fructose corn syrup. Employees seem to be carrying a lot of kale around and measuring fruit, but the customer service aspect is little to none. I come for the juice, there's usually only one or two options available out of the entire menu but I'm assuming it's because it's the first thing in the morning? Not sure why you can't juice by 8am but I ran out of celery in my own home so came here in a pinch. Over the half a dozen times I've been there has only ever been one girl who greeted me, she even recognized I had been there often and struck up a conversation. Whoever that girl is needs a raise. Worst customer service ever. Empty store with 6 employees working and they could not take the time out to care that we were in there. Had to wait a couple of minutes to be acknowledged. Then, when my card wouldn't work the girl rudely told me my card was denied. She took a call in the middle of helping me only to discover herself that the system was down. This is my second time trying out their smoothie bowls, and it didn't disappoint. The first time I had one of their bowls I really really enjoyed it, and was really hoping to have the same experience the second time. The cashier was really sweet and helped me figure out which bowl I had the first time. I'm a huge fruit fan and not so much super sweet smoothies, and these bowls are the perfect amount of sweetness. The inside is clean, however I have only been to the cedar and nees location, and I've gone about 5 times, maybe 6 total, and every time the place smells like bleach (of course no one really stays in there to dine so it doesn't really bother me). What did bother me was the extra people I assume they are friends or relatives of the owner or workers hanging out in the lobby and once in the back whispering and snickering like grade school kids for no apparent reason as soon as I walked into the door, very disrespectful and unprofessional, twice the owner even walked in and didn't acknowledge his customers, no hello, nothing. I really wanted to support, but why should I spend my hard earned money where I am not welcomed with kindness; I have had some pleasant experiences there, but I felt after the whispers and laughs like I had to watch the girls make my stuff, because I felt uncomfortable somewhat. Please do not allow a few friends or family members to drive your business away, because of rude behavior! Prices- the items are a little on the pricier side, but I don't mind paying a little more for good quality food items, especially when I enjoy them and service is good. She asked if I enjoyed berries and she suggested the Raw Earth Bowl. The employee also mentioned that she enjoys almond butter with her Raw Earth Juicery Bowl, and I chose to have that in my bowl as well. The Cedar/Nees Avenue REJ location never ceases to amaze me! The presentation of the bowl was enticing and flawlessly constructed by the young lady! The toppings on that bowl included fresh banana, strawberries, granola, chia, and coconut flakes. I could not wait to get home to try my Raw Earth Bowl, and I ripped into it in my car in the parking lot. It was incredibly refreshing! All of the ingredients in the bowl combine to make it a treat for your palate! It was tasty, smooth, and creamy!
