The coffee was decent, more of a milkshake and specialty drink place. The drive up window was packed and a young lady took orders curbside. Baked goods, but no sandwiches. Being from here what I saw was a production issue. When the drive up is 10 deep, how do the orders get out quickly? The young people inside were polite and working hard. read more

We love Dutch Bros and we've been super excited that middle TN got the first Dutch Bros coffeeshops east of the Mississippi. We stopped here last month shortly after it opened and this is a really good location. The service was good and our coffees were very tasty, which is typical of Dutch Bros. It takes a bit to get used to ordering the coffees since they're a bit different that other shops, but it goes smoothly once you know what you're doing. I highly recommend downloading their app to earn points for free drinks and you can get a sticker if you visit on the 1st day in the month! read more

The coffee at my hotel was disgusting so I took a chance on Dutch Bros. Sadly, I won't be back. Went to the drive thru and ordered a medium dark roast coffee with a shot of espresso. When I got to the window, the lady confirmed my order by saying "Americano with an extra shot?" I said that was NOT what I ordered. I ordered a dark roast coffee with a shot of espresso. She gave me a weird look and said "Correct". What I got, in fact, was an americano, which I really do not like. This particular one was quite watery with absolutely zero body or mouthfeel, and was weak in flavor. Tasted exactly like an americano. Why would I pay $4.50 for the wrong cup of coffee again? First time coming to Dutch Bros. - The coffee was watery and tasteless... 100% not worth the 40 plus minutes that I spent waiting in their "drive-thru". I paid for my order at 2:34...I didn't get to the window until 3:15. I asked if they were short staffed, the girl casually said yes and with a big smile on her face said there were only 2 people inside and that she was "sorry for our wait". I told her that just spent 40min waiting to get to the window and she just smiled...it's safe to say that I have ZERO interest of coming back to Dutch Bros ever again. I hate writing a mediocre review for a place I would like to love- so far nothing spectacular - today I had a coffee I would have thrown out, except it was wet and cold .... I literally took it home and made peets coffee and poured it into the cup and added cinnamon .... I ordered a Cubana with extra cinnamon - it had hardly any taste , definitely not flavorful and strangely enough, no cinnamon whatsoever .... I had my wife taste it , just to be sure and she remarked how bland it was .... The parking lot is actually dangerous. I've seen two near wrecks as I try to pull in the lot. It seems designed backwards. And then there is nothing to tell you that you are to form two lanes. So people who are in the main line are easily cut in front of. The coffee is decent but not worth the line. read more

Came here today and drive thru was not efficient. One of the girls working had about a 5 minute conversation with a car before actually taking the order. After that they skipped me about 7 times before realizing they hadn't taken my order. At that point they had taken the orders of 4 cars behind me in each lane. First and last trip to Dutch Bros. Would have given one star but the drinks are ok. The customer service was horrible. The longer haired boy taking orders stood and talked to the girl in front of me (who would not move up) for over 13 minutes while people who got there well after me in other line has received their drinks and left. The girl who took my order was great. She looked back at one point to see what the guy was doing, because she was taking all the orders in both lines while he sat and flirted. I had never been to Gallatin, TN and probably wouldn't have gone except that my daughter went to a cheer camp (shout out to Nashcamp!) in this town. It's located outside of Nashville so we decided to make a girls trip out of it and had my sister drive up from ATL to join us. The last morning of camp we dropped my daughter off bright and early and needed a little pick-me-up. This is when Dutch Bros entered the picture. Neither of us had ever been to DB and we were excited to try it! The person taking orders guided us to delicious drink choices (he called them "sic picks"!). My sister got an iced latte and I had an iced tea. Boy howdy did those drinks turn our morning right around! But what lasted even longer than the drinks was the magical experience we had chatting with the employees. This cheer mama and cheer auntie needed cheerleaders ourselves and Dutch Bros Gallatin had us hype! Loved the vibe and now I wish we had this in VA (and ATL). read more
