This Dutch Bros Coffee location can be found across the street from Applebee's. Being on the road, my husband, our little girl and I made a stop here so that he could pick up a cup of coffee. When we arrived, there was already a line but it looks like there were 2 lines so waiting in line wasn't too bad. We waited about 10 minutes in the car before pulling up to a friendly cashier. He greeted us with a smile and asked what he could get for us. My husband ended up ordering: Double Torture, 20 oz, $6.65- This drink is a vanilla mocha with an extra double shot of espresso. This drink comes hot, blended, iced. My husband ordered this hot. I didn't have any since I am not a coffee fan but my husband thought it was good and it definitely helped him to wake up. Puppuccino- Complementary. For those that are unaware what a puppuccino is, it is a small cup of whipped cream. The employee who made the puppuccino for our little girl had a nice presentation with a Milk Bone cut in half, so that 2 pieces are topping the whipped cream. And then a little bit of the crumbs topping the whipped cream just to give it a little something extra (according to the employee). We complimented him on it actually and he said that dogs deserve the best so he wanted to give to do that (love that). ------------------------ (Total= $6.65, no sales tax in Oregon) Love the friendly service and the vibe of the employee who helped us. I didn't get his name but he definitely made us feel welcomed. He had a nice easy going, relaxed personality, which is nice. After we had ordered, we only waited about 2 minutes for my husband's drink (our little girl's puppuccino took less than a minute to get, as the employee made that right away) and then we were back on the road. If I lived in this area, I think my husband would probably be a regular (again I'm not much of a coffee drink so I would just tag along) and our little girl would be a regular for those puppuccinos. read more

Just came through was craving Dutch got a candy cane hot coco and I got no candy canes ! So disappointed!

All Dutch Bros coffee shops are mediocre at best and they try to impress customers by asking personal questions. Although this may be good for some people, I find this type of fake engagement irritating. Moreover, when we got to the window to order, the music they had playing was so incredibly loud that the attendant could not hear what we ordered and had to ask multiple times to get an accurate order. We typically try to find small, independent owned, coffee shops to patronize, this time we were in a hurry and wanted something quick and convenient. My bad. All that being said, if you like this type of thing this place is right up your alley. If you like a place that offers great service, and a great product, without the fake conversation and extremely loud thumping of music that interferes with your order, find another place. Suggestion: this location could be just as average as all other Dutch Bros if they would simply turn the music down to a reasonable level - to cater to all types of customers (those that like their order to be heard the first time and those that don't mind repeating themselves) read more

Passing through Oregon we saw a lot of Dutch Bros coffee! They were literally everywhere!!!!!! So here I thought, "why not try it out and see why there's one on every corner?!" It could of been because we had a long drive ahead of us or it was our barista BUT dammm that coffee was good! I did have to change mine a bit because looking at the nutritional info i was in shock how many calories were in these?! Granted we got flavored coffees but sheeeesh!!!! My husband and I fell in love with Dutch Bros Coffee during our trip to Oregon. We went to this location twice. It was conveniently near the freeway and open 24 hours. I tried the Iced White Chocolate Mocha (4 stars) and the Iced Annihilator (5 stars). Both are very sweet lattes with espresso that gives you a caffeine and sugar kick, which helped us stay awake when we had an early flight. I preferred the taste of the Annihilator, which was chocolate macadamia nut. It was my go to order when I went to other locations. Service (5 stars) was great. They were very friendly whether we were here at 4:30 am or 11:00 am. They moved fast too so we never waited too long in our car for our drinks. I wish there was a location in Los Angeles. read more

Pay it forward Friday. Long line but young crew moved quickly and we were at the window. Crew member says the lady in the car in front of us paid for our coffees and would we like to pay it forward? Sure we reply and pick up the tab for 3 large drinks for truck behind us. Most expensive visit for 2 coffees but we can't put on a price on the good feeling we had for doing something good for unsuspecting strangers. Great coffee, great staff, great business. We visited on July 4th in desperate need of coffee to keep us going on our 7 hour trip which turned into 10 because of a dog that wasn't traveling well. Mega points for the delicious drinks. They almost made up for the 5 minute wait so the barrista could chat it up with the patron/friend ahead of us (who'd already received their order) and the rather lackluster reception when we pulled up (here at home we have nothing but effusive barristas who always ALWAYS brighten our day). I went shortly after Christmas as I had been given a gift card to go here. I bought hot chocolate as I am not a coffee drinker. The service was alright. dutch bros. coffee is an institution in southern oregon. well, as it turns out, not only southern oregon, but also northern oregon, and even parts of cali and one in arizona. but it's the pac nw, and coffee is a big deal. and if you want to avoid scary conglomerate coffee chains like places that rhyme with blarstucks, dutch bros is the best thing you'll find. not only do they have probably the best coffee i've ever had, but the folks at every location of dutch bros. have an air about them that makes you just smile. super friendly, super laid back, super duper. super. duper. i chose to yelp about this location (which i think is the right address- it's the one inside the fred meyer) because of a few reasons. a) it was the site of my first experience of a dutch bros 2) the guy recommended the best drink and q) both the guy and the coffee were worth a second glimpse. :) ok, all joking about the boy of my dreams aside, the coffee is darn tootin' good, and you can order things like a snickers or an almond joy, an annihilator (first time? get that!) or a plain ol' coffee. if you're in the pac nw, go to a dutch bros. you won't regret it. and you can't miss them. they're everywhere. and thank goodness for that. read more

I used to work at Applebee's across the street and would regularly stop by before work/during my breaks at work to bring my coworkers and myself some coffee. The employees here were always cheerful and did their best to be upbeat and happy. Which was very impressive because most of their employees had been there all day or working long shifts. They were also very grateful for their tips no matter how small. Whenever I could I would leave a $10+ tip just so they would know they were appreciated!
