I have had multiple instances where my order was messed up or I'm charged incorrectly. Went for coffee this morning for instance as my power was out and asked for a large kicker with an extra shot and by the time I got to work to enjoy my drink I saw that it was only a medium. Would not recommend this location unless your double checking your order and what you are being charged. read more

This is the location I visit regularly and have never had any customer service issues until recently. I have placed online orders for my husband to pick up and he has been given a lot of attitude by the workers at the pick up window, and this morning the woman at the drive up window was extremely rude to me. I know on sticker drop days everyone is a little stressed however when I arrived there was one car in front of me and while getting my drinks only one behind me, so not very busy. I specifically asked the person taking my order if the cold brew cans would count towards the stickers (I know some stands do not allow it, but I have never had this one say no) and was told yes, and upon picking up my drinks the woman said they do not count. I informed her of the situation that I had just asked and the tone in her voice was extremely unprofessional. While the drinks are great, far better than Starbucks the customer service and professionalism has gone downhill at this location. read more

I've been coming to this Dutch for awhile now and haven't had a bad experience until tonight when I went around 8. Most of the employees are young and nice, but some are the complete opposite to the point of unprofessional.The lady in the drive through skipped taking our order from the car which wasn't a big deal to me so we ended up ordering at the drive up window. I ordered two large drinks, one frozen and one iced. At the window, two of the employees were talking loud enough for me to hear that they made my drink a small on accident (no biggie, just do your job and make it right the second time and all is good). Instead, the young girl at the window tells her coworker with red hair to just fill up the rest of the large cup with milk instead... of making it with coffee. Doesn't really make sense since the window was open and I could hear everything being said between the two girls. So not only did the girl with red hair listen to her coworker with black hair to give me a cup of foamed up milk, but they still served it to me after they noticed I listened to their entire encounter. I was already annoyed that neither of these two young girls had decency to do the right thing in front of a customer and I had to get somewhere, so I left. The cherry on top of this experience was after I got handed my cup of milk, I pulled away without saying anything, and the girl with black hair yelled at my car "your welcome" with a passive aggressive attitude, as if i was supposed to say thank you for having the skill to screw up a cup of coffee? I live in lathrop but if im going to get dutch it will definitely be the one in Manteca from now on as this experience has ruined my perspective on this location. The manager or supervisor should definitely do some rethinking about the message that some of their employees are spreading, and those employees also know exactly who they are. If you want a $7 cup of milk, this is the perfect place to go and if not I would simply go somewhere else. read more

Sometimes it will come out just like advertised and perfectly blended, today watered down and a little cough of chamoy . Not worth the $7 this time. This Dutch Bros is definitely a hit or miss. I've been coming here since they first opened the very first day and I guess it depends on who's working that day or night. Sometimes my drinks are so good and exactly how I order them, others times it seems like whoever made the drink didn't even try. The crew who are inside are always usually bumping loud music, very talkative, fooling around. You can enjoy doing your job while also remembering customer service and satisfaction come first. My ultimate favorite is the Nutty Irishman freeze. So amazingly good. But the sugar content is too high. Unfortunately the sugar free nutty Irishman is not close to the same. And even if they double blend it it's still clumpy. So on special occasions or on a "cheat day" I'll still love the nutty Irishman. read more
