Jury is still out... I think walk-in shops are new to Dutch Bros, but they really need to clean up their prep area. The Work area inside was very messy (dirty), prep area not clean, ice and water all over floor. They are very busy so somewhat understandable, but they also serve some food items so gross. I'll go back in and check it out and change my review if the clean it up, but around drinks and food hands and surfaces need to be clean. Person that took our order was very nice. Went here for the first time through the drive thru and it was awful, there's no menu but they have a worker taking the order on a tablet, for someone that has never been here how do I know what they have if there's NO menu. I always go to this location because they are 24 hours. Some friends and I will go later in the night because we're night owls and are awake a lot during the early mornings. Tonight 3/20/2021 I had a bad experience with an employee. The friend I was with ordered a large drink, was charged for it, but got a medium. When I expressed to the girl that I ordered a large, she turned around to her friend and made snarky comments about me (I'm assuming) and they stared at me while whispering and laughed in my face. I was so frustrated because I've worked in customer service for years and I know the body language of another employee complaining about a customer. She offered to make me a drink while the other employee said more things in her ear and they both continued to laugh at me. My friend looked back at her bank statement and saw she was charged for a large beverage. So I don't understand what the hassle was. The girl (that made the comments ) had a short bob with highlights and the other had long brown hair. I'm not completely sure what was said, but from the way they looked at me it wasn't nice and definitely didn't make me and my friends feel good. Probably won't be going back for a while. read more

For over 20 years I have purchased and greatly enjoyed coffee at Dutch Bros Coffee shops in various cities in Oregon and California. Yesterday I saw an advertisement about a hot breakfast food being served. So.....this morning I was excited to take my wife to try it. It was awful! We had different sandwiches...both were pathetic, small, imitations of what we get elsewhere for two-thirds of the cost. Some people taking orders will stall the line for minutes talking or downright flirting with customers, while the other order taker on the line has taken the order of three cars and is essentially shouldering the work herself. stopped by this location this afternoon and am absolutely disgusted by the customer service. i was running some errands and was feeling a bit parched. i went through the drive thru and order a LARGE ice water, the young woman taking my order said, "alright it'll be ready at the window!" as i pull up to the window the woman working with a spilt-dye haircut asks if i had the SMALL water. i replied with "no, i had ordered a large water" she informs me that since i didn't purchase anything i can't have a large water. i offered to pay for it as it's not really that big of a deal, and before i could even finish what i was asking, she closed the window and stomped to the back. she returns to the window with the large ice water and says very rudely, "for future reference we can't give out large ice waters." at this point i was a bit frustrated and asked, "even if you pay for it?" to which she didn't have a response to. im just wondering when dutch bros made this policy, as ive NEVER been expected to pay for water, let alone be told i can't order it. im really disappointed as dutch bros is known for their stellar customer service. unfortunately my experience wasn't very pleasant, and ill be going to the cherokee ln location from now on. read more

Waited in line for literally an HOUR!!!! Didn't want to stay in the line, but I was blocked in and no one would back up to let me out. I love Dutch Bros, but I'm sooo disappointed in the service I received. They didn't offer anything to compensate for my time or even acknowledged that I was upset. I'm not one to complain, but I now wish I would've said something when I finally got up to the window. So I decided to write a review instead. When purchasing a gift card here, they had run out of sleeves to put the gift card in (which is completely okay) what was not okay was the boy handing out the drinks made a sexual innuendo and told me he was "going to have to give it to me bare". I came and ordered a $2 tea. I waited in line for a good 30 minutes And I thought I had money on my gift card but I guess I didn't which is weird because I swear I just got that gift card. And all I had left was cash and the guy just said sorry. WOW there's a Dutch Bros in Lodi and it's right across the street from Starbucks so you can change up your coffee routine. Dutch Bros is pretty good. The iced Classic Breve is sweet, creamy, and does not have a strong coffee taste. The price is OK and you can get a stamp card (10 stamps for a free drink.) There's seating indoor (if you like the blasted loud music) and outdoor. Great that Lodi has expanded a lot for coffee places. read more

I do not live near Lodi anymore, but we still have all my family there. So for easter we stopped at the new Dutch bro's in lodi! I LOVE DUTCH BROS!!i spend A LOT of money here BUT this location hired a girl ( brown hair, working drive through at 11am easter, Sunday) she was so rude, and seemed to be very miserable! I understand it was a holiday and she probably didn't want to be working, but I've ALWAYS had amazing customer service and they always seem to love their job! I'd actually love to work here! I'm just sad that my first experience at this location was poor.. I always leave Dutch with a smile and today me and my husband left discussing how we wish we would have got the gals name she was so rude! Went to buy a gift card for a family member and we decided to get a blended drink. One Carmel and one birthday cake. Neither one tasted like Carmel or birthday cake. Just coffee flavored. Neither had whip cream or sprinkles like photo on menu showed. Not a good first visit experience. I've been to other Dutch Bros, one in Oregon and one in Rocklin. They were both amazing. First time going to this coffee shop, and I have to say it was better than Starbucks or any other coffee shop I have ever been to. The bathroom was very clean and so was everything else. The service was amazing and the employees were extremely nice. The employee taking our order was very nice and waited for us. The service was very quick, while we were finishing our order they were already getting started with our drinks. They were very fast, and the drinks are wonderful. I got the Coral reef which is a orange and vanilla frost drink with blue raspberry drizzle, it is so good it taste like an orange dreamsicle with a lit bit of blue raspberry and it isn't super strong its tastes light and fluffy in your mouth and is just hard to explain. All around an amazing place definitely going to go there again. read more

I don't know what's in the water but OMG why can't I ever get what I ordered!! I order the same thing every time, peach, green tea, lemonade extra sweet but what I get is green tea no peach, peach green tea no lemonade, either too sweet or not enough! It's crazy!! I am so tired of going through the drive thru and having to go back again because they can't get one drink order right!! I keep telling myself not to go back but y'all know I need my pick me up lol i have had this problem since the day they opened this store and have been going to others since I can't stand this one! I was hoping to be a faithful customer since Lodi is (was) a small town but especially since they never seem to care they are inconveniencing me I will take my business elsewhere Ps they served my drink on a carrier tray as to have no contact but took the drink I had just put my lips on because "people have been coming through and getting multiple drinks for free stating there's a problem with the one they have".
