I came to this location Dutch bros for the first time today. I'm already a huge fan, but I was excited they opened one up by my hair salon. I was already having a really bad day and I was on the phone stressed out when I ordered. When I got up to the window for my coffee, I completely forgot I did not tell them I wanted my coffee with coconut milk. I felt so bad I almost didn't want to tell them, but I knew I was not going to drink regular milk. I told them about my mistake as they were trying to hand me my drink with the regular milk. They were so nice about it. They chatted with me as we waiting for the correct drink to be made. They were apologetic even though it was my fault, but I left the location in a better mood. First time ever going to this location, NO STARS!! very disappointed . First of all I don't feel I got what I ordered. I asked for a large green apple rebel with crushed ice and this thing looks like they just poured nothing but redbull in it.(and exactly what it tasted like) ‍‍‍ . $7.50 for a large and I even tipped $2 bucks and got this?? I would of been better off just buying 2 redbulls from the gas station with ice..... The elk Grove location seems to have better service and happier employees than this one. The experience here is like all the employees are just on whatever mood. I'll gladly continue to make the 20 min drive to Elk Grove instead of ever coming back to this one. its never been an issue when i ask for light ice on my drinks but this last time i had a horrible experience. they barely even filled up my cup it literally looked like if they did it on purpose. the barista that handed me my drink seems to be a lead. not sure how you could look at the drink and think its okay to still hand it out? never have I received a drink that horrible it looked like as if I got left overs. all she did was add some ice so that it could look filled up only bc I said something. the barista didn't even seem to care. if I am paying $6 for my drink i expect it to be what i ask for. the baristas who were working weren't even new so not sure why this happened. read more

Ive only had Dutch bros a few times, their blended drinks, mainly my friends or family like it. I guess the main thing thats good about dutch bros can be their environment, their always happy and sell the vibe of dutch bros. But lately during the pandemic ive been seeing all their customers crowded in the drive thru or parking lots making anyone else trying to pick up a to go order or anything chaotic and dangerous with the stacks of cars coming in this area. I was picking up an order last week and getting past the cars in dutch bros was chaotic and sketchy. And looking at everyone gathered in the parking lots, not wearing any ppe was another concern for how everyone ordering was then gathering unsafely is being effected and effecting others. The place i ordered from limited people inside to pick up and no one outside, and even ensured my order was safely cleaned, the boxes, and offered great customer service. I just want to make sure all businesses are protecting everyones health. And keeping up good work read more

The place is amazing, the employees are awesome, the drinks are great. The drive thru needs help for busy days. People try to come in any which way and then get mad if they are wrong. Tons of snot nose rude teenagers think they run the drive thru and inside. Again, nothing to do with the company. Maybe some painted lines or something to indicate where the lines start how they go. People are just jerks. I'll stick to coming when there's not a bunch of entitled hippie/hipster teens and old men with no patience. Damn people, learn how to be understanding. If I can give no stars I would! Poor customer service, I explained that this was our first time to a Dutch Bros coffee shop and I wanted something to drink similar to what I usually order at another coffee shop. They suggested a White Chocolate Freeze, it was good. My husband ordered the exact same drink but had it made with Almond Milk and his drink looked and tasted VERY different. I told the staff that this is not what he ordered and asked for what they made. They looked at me puzzled and confused. I understand that almond milk does give it a slightly different taste but we ordered the exact same item. I will NOT return to this shop or recommend it to any of my family or friends!!! Let me start off by saying that my mom and I accidentally ended up here while trying to find the in-n-out line, we're not from around here. We were slightly irritated but decided to try something instead of sitting awkwardly through the drive-thru the whole time. The lady who helped the line from the outside was super nice and very funny. I asked her if they had anything rose flavored, I didn't get my hopes high since it's hard finding any rose teas around. and she mentioned they had a tea called Rose City, I trusted her instincts and said ok. I wanted something sweet and she suggested a lemon poppy muffin. Let's just say it I'm very glad we stayed in line and grateful for the extraordinary service we received. The drink and muffin were demolished by the time we got back to our hotel. Definitely feel like coming back while we're still here. read more

I spent $25 on my sibling's drinks and one of them is not correct. We ordered a electric berry rebel. First we already identified with a server that its wrong because it has a yellow blended center then a new server came to the window and kept insisting its correct and refused to change it. We came to find out after my sibling tasted it, its not even a rebel because it did not have a fizzy taste to it. I used to go here a lot before work but the new younger workers are so rude. I'm so sad! Let me start by saying, I absolutely love Dutch Bros and have been more times than I care to admit. But today, I was so disappointed. I am home, 3 hours away. My 16 year old daughter took her first trip by herself (having newly got her license) to visit a friend. (Masks and all) all they wanted to do was go to Dutch Bros! They got in line, and ordered. After the girl said "we only take cards" my 16 year old said "oh I'm sorry, I only have cash" I mean.... she clearly looks 16, the girl might have mentioned the card thing before my daughter ordered and got blocked in. The girl rudely says "then I can't serve you" and literally walks away. My daughter called me crying because (A) she was embarrassed (B) she was now stuck in line... couldn't back out... new driver.. SERVICE: The young counter lady was quite helpful in recommending a machiatto style coffee for me, since I didn't really know what to order. One observation, from having managed a retail store decades ago, might be that the shop seemed overstaffed, but that is my subjective impression. COFFEE: Both my cup and that of my wife were superb, certainly the equal of Starbucks, although we will limit our visits because she is unemployed and I am retired, so generally our coffees will be home brewed. SANDWICHES: Uh-oh....the reason for 3-stars. Both of our orders contained strips of bacon, mine much more than hers. The bacon in my meal was so under-cooked it was rubbery and disgusting. I ate improperly prepared bacon only once, long ago, at a Shoney's restaurant in Texas, followed by a painful visit to the porcelain queen shortly after returning home, so I did not chance a recurrence of that event two days ago. As the Father of Modern Management famously said, "It is ALWAYS a management problem." Was more focused on the boys in the parking lot and their cars than taking peoples orders. We were all the way out in the parking lot when the drive thru was clear because she wanted to flirt with them. Yes, DB in town! I'll take DB over starbucks any day. My coffee and Americano is never burnt and the drive thru is extremely efficient. I love that they are pro law enforcement and have donated thousands of dollars to families of fallen officers. My only complaint is that they don't have a better selection of breakfast food other than sugary pastries. read more

I've been to about 7 different Dutch Bros and this location is by far the fastest no matter what day or time I show up. Plus, they're open 24 hours and that is a huge plus. Employees are friendly and have never gotten an order wrong. So many different drinks to choose from that it is just hard to settle on one without trying the others. My daughters (7&9) got gift cards here from Santa , so we thought we'd start off a fun little girls day with a stop at DB. We even bothered to park and get out on this freezing and super windy day because we had no idea what they served, what we wanted, and WE didn't want to inconvenience others in the drive through who probably knew their orders. So we walk in and there's a menu that says "Latte, Mocha, Freeze etc. AND THAT WAS IT. Let me be very clear here.... THERE IS NO MENU I thought I was crazy. Like, we're all just supposed to know about them so much already by now why bother putting a menu up??!! I was NOT amused. Knowing I have 7&9 year olds who want to browse the menu and see all the fun options in a panic I thought on my feet and asked the lady for their paper menu... they must have one of those!! Nope. No pepper menu either. Then the cashier proceed to just stand there and stare at me rather than offering ANY help. Meanwhile I'm still shock trying to understand if this is really happening lol how I'm going to get a young person to read off menu items to my littles because there's NO MENU. Did I mention there's no menu? She also never once said yo go online, which I would've done because I knew this wasn't going to end well. I think, ok whatever, we have gift cards so I'm not leaving. So after having to get my kids to try and focus long enough to hear her damn vocal description of shit I was loosing it (kinda like I am right now having to relive it ) and also feeling like an idiot and inconvenience to her. My kids finally order this horrendous (my opinion, they were super excited about it) chocolate on chocolate on chocolate topped with caramel type frozen drink because it was one of the only pictures they had in there. I was actually very optimistic after ordering cause you can watch them making it. We don't wait long, we get it and go - all was normal! Hop in the car drive away to start our day and I look over and my daughters BRAND NEW (Christmas gift) coat was COVERED in chocolate syrup. I get it's a messy drink but wipe the damn cup down. She was in tears when she realized what happened. I'm not kidding it was so bad she had to go all day in a short sleeve shirt, and this was Sat when a nasty storm was coming through - lucky for DB's it wasn't raining but unlucky for them, I was constantly reminded of their incompetence and our overall experience there all day, every time we stepped outside and she was freezing. Anyway - bottom line: I'll go there to use up my cards because our moneys already been spent but it was a terrible experience and no future funds will be waisted there. Makes me very sad because we were all so excited. Also, I'm very aware this is a newer establishment, I've been patiently waiting to try them out because I know it takes time for new places to get their bearings. I don't know their exact opening date but I feel like this is not a new business problem. I am a DB lover, and this was the first ever DB location I've been to with an indoor service area. While I love that about it, the location & setup is great, I did not feel the normal Dutch Bros friendly culture I have sensed at almost every other DB I've been to. That for me has been a large portion of why I continue to LOVE this coffee & business. The workers did not seem to be having a good time that day and maybe it was not good timing, but I hope things will change and at my next visit I can change my rating to something higher than 3 stars. read more

My second time coming here and the first time the girls were awesome and had a good attitude and got my order right. Today I waited awhile to get my order taken and the girl seen me unattended instead she just stood there then when she finally came over she was rude and didn't offer anything with my order which everyone else does. She stamped my card totally off the row didnt apologize or fixed it she even acknowledged how bad the stamped looked. I drove up to the window and I had to wait to pay because the guy wasn't done with his conversation with another employee finally paid grabbed my drink and it was the WRONG ORDER!!! All I got was a load of creamer in a cup it was disgusting didnt even take another sip and I ordered an horchata drink which I just got coffee with creamer.
