Hmmmm....Dutch Bros Coffee. What to say? Here's what I know from having teenagers. They have a odd addiction to this place and it has nothing to do with coffee. It's all about the Rebels. So I finally broke down and took the kids here to see what all the rave was about. I've seen the lines at any location, seemingly packed all day long and was intrigued. I'm not a energy drink fan and from the name of place I'm thinking they must have some awesome coffee. But that is not what people come here for. It's the Rebels by the looks of what my kids and everyone else seems to get. So I have tried my kids drinks on numerous occasions and have not felt the DBC loyalty like so many people do. The menu seems plain and pricey, but being an out of touch dad, not hip by any means, I did not know about the "Secret Menu". I'm standing in line listening to a teenager order a "Double Rainbro, Electric Berry, Sex on the Beach Rebel." I'm looking at the menu sign and it's pretty simple. Nowhere do I see what this kid just ordered, then my kids start ordering. I'm thinking to myself..."what the hell did he just say and where did he find that on the menu?" My kids order and I'm hearing more weird drink orders that I'm clearly not seeing; Unicorn Blood Rebel, Trixie Rebel, Vampire Rebel, Gummy Bear Rebel???? I'm still looking at the menu and realize I don't see coffee or anything these kids are ordering. I'm feeling overwhelmed at this point. Funky Beats blaring from the speakers, happy crew bee-bopping in the tiny work space mixing drinks, laid back window kid just chilling and taking orders and I'm confused. I finally get a grip and ask for a large coffee. Well, they don't have coffee I'm informed. "Bro, you want an Americano" is the reply I get. This is where I felt really out of touch as I just want to get a coffee. I go to Quik Trip, I can pick small, medium or large with a couple varieties of coffee as options. I can go to a restaurant and order a coffee. Where I come from coffee is hot. It's brewed and you can add milk, creamer or sugar. Not here! My daughter quickly let's me know that is the coffee. So I'm thinking "wtf ever, just give me what you just said bro." At this point I realize I'm becoming trendy as I'm calling the laid back order kid a "bro". Then he quickly snaps me back to reality with another trick question, "Yo, you want that iced my man?" Did I just hear that right? I want a freaking coffee!!! But instead I'm getting an Americano, which is a coffee, and why the hell call it an Americano and why would I want it iced? So I calmly asked if they have something that resembles coffee and is hot? Laid back window kid gets it this time and let's me know it's coming up. So I got my Large coffee ($3.50) and paid for our drinks. Coffee was ok. Tasted like last cup I had at McDonalds. Menu is a mystery to me and the lines are a pain in the ass. At this point I've learned to park where you can get out and not be stuck behind lines, I'd rather make my own coffee, enjoy the tunes as having kids this is one thing we all seem to share an interest in and I just sit back and let them order their drinks and enjoy the happy all around vibe of the place. No, I don't understand the draw and craze one bit. But if all the kids are this happy getting a "Dutch Experience" then I'm down with. I still think the place should be call Dutch Bros Confusion but I've adapted and learn to take in the experience. read more

The employees are AWESOME!!! And the coffee is awesome too. MUCH better than Starbucks. And the service is far, far better than Starbucks whose lost my business if I have the choice of Dutch Bros. They are always super busy but the orders are correct & the employees always have a smile & super nice. read more

Me and my friend decided to go to Dutch Brothers coffee today, I got a punch card that allows me to get one coffee for free. I told the lady at the window to use it on the person behind me (which was my friend) so that her coffee can be for free. My friend still ended up paying for it so I basically just gave away a free punchcard. Why I have these punchcards if you don't honor them? Oh and don't try calling them because all of the numbers they have on their website are incorrect or disconnected (I tried calling multiple locations to get the number to this location and none of them worked) read more

This is my favorite Dutch Bros by far!! I was having a really bad day and the workers there helped me and even gave me a big hug. The customer service is beyond amazing and they are genuinely kind and caring. Not to mention, the coffee and everything really is AMAZING! Justin helped me today and he really made me feel like I had someone to talk to by helping me when I was down and by suggesting an amazing drink. I love this place!! read more

I love Dutch Bro's, although I had forgotten what the drink I like was called, The girl was not helpful at all! I told her it was kind of like a drink with redbull in it, and her reply was "I don't know what you want". Then I asked what kind of couple flavors she had and all she said was "We have a lot". I ended up Figuring it out and the drink was really good!l. But Very bad service and I will not be returning to this location. read more

Saturday night 3/26 was my first time trying Dutch Bros. What great energy and customer service from all that helped me. I won't even say customer service that too corporate. Let's say awesome attitudes, I felt like I was personally invited to their get together. Being my first time (i am familiar with Starbucks) and not seeing it on the menu I asked if they had chai tea latte, not only do they but I have never had one so delicious as I did Saturday night. The atmosphere the ingredients keep it up, do not change. I am not a coffee drinker but I like like teas and smoothies and can say Dutch Bros has just gained a new customer. I went again this morning but to Greenfield location they also received 5 stars and a yelp. read more

Omg! Excellent customer service at its finest! I had a long day and was craving something warm and delicious. Starbucks were all closed so I looked for other coffee shops. I have heard many great things about Dutch Bros, and decided to give it a try since they were open until 10pm. I am so glad I did! There was a friendly employee outside taking orders. He used a cell phone to let the employees inside know the orders. He asked me what I would like and I told him it was my first time in and he recommended all types of drinks. He gave me options with the type of milk I would like, the toppings, and even how warm I would like my beverage. I paid with him since I was using credit card. The system they have going is very efficient, and the line went by fast. I get to the window, and another sweet employee greeted me. She knew it was my first time and started to explain to me their rewards program. The atmosphere was very laid back,and every employee was all smiles. The Chai tastes amazing. My only regret is not trying Dutch Bros. sooner. read more

This is not the best of all Dutch bros. The lines are longer than most here. They don't use enough caramel lol. But the staff like at all Dutch bros are fantastic. Their drinks aren't the best but the attitude is on point. I love this place. read more

Love this place! My friend wanted to meet up here and I'd never been to a Dutch Bros before. I stared at the menu forever, before I finally confessed to the guy that I usually go to Starbucks. He asked what I got there, and then made me their equivalent of a macchiato. It was the best ever. On top of that, he gave me a stamp card and filled it in a bunch, so I'm only a couple away from a free drink. I'm a customer for life now. read more

Living in Chandler for 17 years, I would occasionally drive by those funny little Dutch-looking buildings and wonder what it was and why were so many cars in line at such a small building. It was much later that I saw someone with a clear cup of coffee with pretty tulips on it and wished I could get one. My husband and I really enjoyed the new show, "Undercover Boss" when it came on TV. After seeing the owner/CEO (?) give the Dutch Bros franchise to an employee in Gilbert, we were so impressed that we went in search of a franchise! Our first drink there was their blended coffee and it was so good and different than any thing we've had before! I try to look for reasons to go out of my way for their frozen coffee! Today I went with friends and wanted to try something different so asked the cheery young girl standing in their driveway for drink ideas. I got a mocha blended coffee and it was delicious! The Dutch Bros team are super friendly and really want you to love your drink before you drive away. Great customer-satisfaction! They're smiling and helpful and you can't help but smile back. This location is the best one near me. The people who work here are very friendly, upbeat and efficient! I've tried other locations, and of course they are all good, but the one on Alma School is GREAT! Never had a bad drink! Thank you guys! Keep up the great work!!! read more
