Went to order at window and waited 20 minutes for a single iced rebel. By the time she started making mine, I see she fills the entire cup with ice up to the top so I ask for half the ice. $6 for a medium drink that is all ice. So she removes half the ice and now my drink is not even full to the top. When I asked her to fill it, she said theres an extra charge for a full drink! Please explain how this is not deceptive? I have been a customer here for a long time but it is time to move on somewhere that values customers and product quality. read more

I've never had my order wrong and it is always high quality. They have been quite consistent and have been stellar when I have placed mobile orders. Always on time and frequently early! Coming from the East Coast, I am always excited to get Dutch Bros when I am visiting family in Arizona. Knowing how popular Dutch is, I totally understand how busy the lines are. When I pulled in the line was pretty long but our order was taken quickly. When we pulled up to the window to pay, I am used to being greeted with happy, upbeat conversation. Unfortunately, the person who took our order was not very friendly. Given, she might have not been having a great day which I totally understand. She immediately asked if we wanted to tip, which I personally have not been asked, usually they turn the tablet around and I tip. After we paid, she did not speak a word to us even when we said "bye have a good one" she just nodded her head. It might have just been an off day, but the interaction made it a slightly uncomfortable experience. The drinks were good though. I got my classic iced Golden Eagle with soft top, it had a little less ice than usual which made it warm, so next time I will just ask for extra ice. Honestly the best duct bros I've seen in awhile. Ever sense they opened up their second location, time and service has been way better. Never have to wait to long and drinks have been made exactly as they should have. Don't normally write reviews but I had to give them one . The duct next to this one is definitely falling behind. read more

Yesterday was the last time I'm going to this dutch. They screwed up two of my drinks and got upset when i asked them nicely to fix them. It's pretty bad when the person who took your order is the same person who makes them, and there are still issues. The workers there are rude. They all seem to hate their jobs and it makes it a stressful environment for the customers. After the last two times being a negative experience, I unfortunately can't justify the money for it anymore. read more
