I thought I was being pranked-- a SINGLE STRAWBERRY on my parfait? Along with yogurt and granola, you get 3 toppings. I chose strawberries, blueberries, and chia seeds. There was a very small sprinkle of chia seeds, 6 blueberries, and a single strawberry on top of about a tablespoon of granola and a BUNCH of vanilla yogurt. I asked the man behind the counter, and he calmly told me I could order extra strawberries, but it would cost extra. To his credit, he did give me one more strawberry . . . I have come here before and had good service and good food. This time, I ordered an acai superfood bowl and ended up with a lot of liquid and a lot of frozen strawberries. I just do not know where else to go for a smoothie or bowl. Nobody was in there, a sign that the lackluster blending abilities of the staff are leading to nobody ordering the overpriced blended fruits. I guess I will just drive somewhere else. Without anyone in there, and with chairs on top of tables at 3:30 PM, the ambiance is terrible. May you have better luck w a smoothie or bowl if you go here. I suspect it is hit or miss. read more

I was strolling through the Claremont Packing House. Towards the end of my stroll, I saw this Nektar Juice Bar. I had already had a hot tea drink earlier. Why not have something cold to balance out the energy LOL so here I am... They looked like they were closing for the day because all the chairs were up, but they weren't closing. I think they were cleaning their floors. Anyway, they weren't too busy at the time. I got my usual acai smoothie. Funny, I just realized the name Popeye Acai has Popeye in it and now it all makes sense why my acai drink tasted different than my other acai drinks from other juice bars. Because it has the famous veggie in it... the spinach LOL! Wow, I still get healthy when I don't pay attention... only in my case, huh? LOL I liked the acai drink and I love the spinach idea, but I prefer it to be a little bit sweeter. I want to taste more fruit than veggie. =) Staff was okay. Service was okay. There was only one other customer in front of me, but I felt like I waited longer than I should have, but then again maybe they were working on online orders... who knows. I think I was the first customer of the day so the place was clean, but a little cold. I placed my order on the Nekter app so I could customize my Toxin Flush and check the ingredients in the Pumpkin Spice Cashew Chia Parfait. The employee made both quickly and perfectly. Their smoothies are great, but every time I come to the Nékter in Claremont, it takes 30 minutes to get my order. It's ridiculous. There's always just one employee behind the counter doing everything from taking the orders to making the orders. This is a popular location so I'm surprised they don't have more employees. So many different times when I get to this location and they close 30 minutes before closing October 9 girl & guy who works worst attitude can't even come to door I drive thinking your open for no reason wasting my time & gas really ain't cool if you don't want to work go get another job and if you want to go home early maybe get to work early or work an early shift for you don't have to close thanks. read more

Customer service could improve. Walked in one worker making the drinks the other just standing there not even greeting or taking orders. Had 3 drinks and all have been good. Mango, Popeye, and Pink Flamingo. Mango not too different from juice it up. The others have a cool unique taste. Came here with a friend and saw at least 6 people waiting for orders with 4 people still in line and just ONE employee! We thought maybe someone was on a break. Waited a long time to place our orders. I asked the employee if someone called off sick, she said no that she was the ONLY one scheduled to work . Really disappointing, I come in about 2-3 times a week when I am in town and the servings have been getting a lot smaller as of late. I don't mind that, but today the lady made both bowls wrong when I ordered them off the menu just by name she put none of the toppings of the fruits on it, just the açaí and Grenola but I couldn't see no fruit since grenola goes on top. Got home realized it was all wrong went back and she not only said she couldn't remake the 2 bowls but I had to pay 4 dollars now to get the fruit because I didn't specific ask for them on the açaí banana berry bowl.... I've been here twice, tried their Pink Flamingo, Mango Delight smoothies, and also the Banana Berry Acai Bowl. Bit let down by the Mango Delight smoothie because it wasn't very sweet at all - tasted like mango that hadn't ripened, and I wasn't a fan of how overwhelmingly coconut-y the Pink Flamingo tasted to me. As with all new businesses, the staff was still getting their bearings so my order took a bit longer than I'm sure it normally would.
