I needed a little pick me up for feeling a bit under the weather today. Thanks to Yelp, I found this Juice It Up. I saw the rating was 4 stars which intrigued me more. Thank you fellow yelpers! I placed an order online through yelp (grub hub) for pick up. It was easy and pretty quick! I walked in and let them know I was there for pick up, gave the lovey lady my name and I recited my order within a minute. I got home and ate the delicious açaí berry bowl ($12.39) and avocado everything toast ($7.69) = $20.08. I'm definitely coming back! read more

Usually this place is great but today the protein shake I wanted wasn't on the menu anymore so I was hoping the girl behind the counter could help me figure it out. She said "oh was it this one" and I was like "well, no. It didn't have açaí in it" and she gave me a blank stare and I was like "ok I guess I can just get that one anyway" and she said "ok that'll be 11.99" - like it wasn't awful but she could have offered to help and didn't. The service was not the greatest. I tried this for the first-time yesterday and wanted a drink that had ginger in it and was told they're out of ginger, I was bummed but went with something else. As I'm waiting for my drink I hear another employee in the back talking about ginger needs to be washed so I asked the cashier that took my order if they were out just for the time being. The casher then says it needs to be washed and cleaned. I said okay I can wait, I'm in no rush. I made sure to let her know there is no rush and she can take her time as she said it will take 10-15 mins and again no problem. First of all being lied to and there was nobody in there. I was the only customer. She seemed upset when she handing my drink and I said, "thank you". The worst customer service. I've had. It's a juice it up how would you be out of ginger that most of the drinks have. She looked miserable. read more

I ordered my bowl and realized the banana was missing went back inside to let them know and they had said I ordered the granola but they said don't worry we will add banana I asked to pay the difference and they said no it was ok. PISSED. Came here to get a smoothie before work as I couldn't do breakfast today. I arrived 5 minutes early and got out my vehicle 5 minutes after what was supposed to be opening time. As I'm walking up things look suspicious because the business looks dark, however I'm comforted by the OPEN sign being lit and on. NOPE. I get closer to find a locked door. I know things happen blah blah blah but now I have to go to work hungry because the stated hours today were a lie. This is definitely a sign of the times as nobody wants to work anymore and customer service is going down hill. If I would have known that I was going to come to a CLOSED business during so called business hours I would have just taken my arse to work early. As I'm writing this review I see a man standing in front of Juice It Up dealing with the same fate as I. A closed door and an empty belly... SMH. I ordered two sesame bagels, toasted, with cream cheese on the side, and two everything bagels, toasted, with cream cheese on them. When the employee took my order, she repeated it back correctly as two sesame bagels and two everything bagels. However, when I received my order and checked it before leaving, I discovered that I had only been given two sesame bagels and one everything bagel. When I politely asked about the missing everything bagel, the employee insisted that I had only ordered one. She also refused to provide her name when asked. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, I was required to pay again for the missing bagel. The dismissive attitude and lack of customer service were disappointing. As a former New Yorker, I was equally disappointed with the bagels themselves. The restaurant promotes a New York-style bagel experience, but these bagels did not resemble the authentic New York bagels I grew up eating. They lacked the characteristic chew, texture, and flavor that make New York bagels famous. The bagels were also barely toasted. Rather than having a crisp exterior and warm center, they seemed only lightly warmed. A properly toasted bagel should have some crunch and color, and these simply did not. Mistakes happen in every restaurant, but how those mistakes are handled is what matters. My recommendation to future customers is to carefully inspect their order before leaving the counter. Unfortunately, based on this experience, both the customer service and product quality fell well below expectations.

I was finally able to figure out his last name. (It wasn't given out willingly and he made me guess after dropping a single hint). Will be on my way to collect my free bottle of wine for the month of June. Grafted Cellars is such a lovely place. I've met new friends as well as reunited with old ones. So glad I've found a place to be able to call "my hangout".

The drink disguises the flavor of spinach and would recommend anyone who struggles feeding their kid's veggies. This place includes variety of protein and boost choices.
