Coco Thai tea butterfly with 50% sugar 1/10: this drink was WAYY TOO SWEET. It tasted like 120%. It basically tasted like sugar water. If u were to get this drink for its aesthetics I don't blame you bc I also fell for the way it looked. But the drink itself was not good. I literally took 2 sips and had to throw it out. Signature milk tea with 0% sugar 5/10: despite the 0% sugar it was still sweet. There was nothing special about the drink. Despite the nice aesthetics of the shop and the drink, the taste was not there. I def do not think I would return. read more

I have visited twice since my first visit. Here is what I have ordered and my thoughts: I ordered the Jasmine Green Milk Tea! You can taste the jasmine flavor. It was so smooth and delicious. Definitely a classic! I have also ordered the King Brûlée with Almond Milk. This drink comes with boba. It was really sweet. Tasted like cinnamon pancakes. But after talking for 15 minutes and letting the drink sit, it became watery not sure if it was because I added the almond milk. I think so far my overall favorite is Strawberry Matcha Latte with Oat Milk. It's a great combination! read more

There are some interesting colorful drinks selections Including teas, coffees, and smoothies. I ended up ordering the Brown Sugar Boba Milk tea with pudding added. I downloaded the Krak Boba app to redeem the buy one get one free drink deal. For the second drink I got the Signature Milk tea. Both were about $7. The staff said there would be about an extra 5 min wait for the boba. It was pleasantly soft with a QQ texture. The pudding was also soft but didn't seem to have much flavor or it was masked by the sweetness of the brown sugar. It was served ice cold which was refreshing in the summer heat. An improvement I would suggest is to be able to customize the sweetness level like some other boba places allow. There were no other customers at the time. The space is clean with interesting decor. It is in the same plaza as the cinema so it would be a nice hangout while waiting for the movies to start or an after-movie party. read more

Two things to know: - the parking is horrible due to sharing parking with the movie theatre - they are always understaffed However, I keep coming back. The flavor is clean and consistent - no chemical headaches or off taste. The staff is friendly when they can get to you too. They have really good flavors and really differentiate with quality, they also play music and have a chill vibe going on that's a mix of busy and just right to work remotely. My complaint with some boba places it's that it's too quiet, too awkward...not enough of vibe curation, this place understands that and it's a place you want to chill/chat/work in. They recently re-did the in-store layout and there's a lot more places to plug in your laptop and work solo. read more

This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I am a regular customer at Krak Boba in Rialto and go there often. I always receive a military discount at that location. Coming here and being told they don't offer it was honestly upsetting. It's ridiculous that Krak Boba locations aren't consistent with their policies, especially when it comes to military discounts. Loyalty clearly doesn't matter if different locations just make up their own rules. As a service member, this felt disrespectful and dismissive. read more

Terrible service. We have krak boba every weekend but have never been to this one-and will not be back. We came because it was on our way home. They Did not greet me or my daughter as we stood at counter for a minute or so waiting to be Acknowledged so we went to kiosk to order and as soon as two other parties walked in they were helped immediately. Tried their butterfly passion fruit Fritz for the first time and surprisingly, it was good! Got it with lychee jelly and adjusted the sweetness to 70%. If you want something sour yet sweet, this is a must try. It is also bubbly so it's as if you're drinking a soda or something carbonated which was a surprise. The drink itself is pretty. Service was fast and the inside is pretty nice with a lot of seating. So I've ordered from here three times and had both the lychee and the mango tea...both of them were bitter and hard to drink. Maybe it's cuz they use some sort of "real fruit" and I just need the artificial stuff that makes everything taste good lol. But yeah, I found it harsh - like if you made lipton black tea, then added some unripe mango puree to it. Krak Boba is conveniently located off the 10 freeway. The parking lot nearby isn't that big and it was pretty full for a Sunday before noon. The staff was very friendly and the business was clean and had ample room to sit. Music was playing in the background and it would be a great place to hang out with friends if you were trying to meet up briefly. The tea was decent but nothing special. It was just a run of the mill tea/boba shop and I didn't find anything that would make me want to come back again unless they were the only place open at the time. We ended up getting new drinks from Magic Tea in La Verne. I thought it was great how they had a rewards system via their app. Even so, it isn't enough to make me become a regular here. I ordered the strawberry snow, and it was very similar to a strawberry smoothie. I was expecting it to taste more like strawberry since I could see there were strawberry bits blended in, but there was a lot of cream that overpowered the taste. This was my first time trying this drink, but I most likely will not be ordering it again. The strawberry matcha latte on the other hand, was much better than other ones I've had. It had a lot of strawberry purée on the bottom and a good amount of matcha on top. It was the perfect balance and was not too milky. The boba was also very chewy and complemented the drink well. It was very busy inside when I went, but the line went by quickly. There was a lot of seating inside for the customers, and really pretty decor which I enjoyed. My only issue was that I placed an order online, and it notified me that the drink was ready when it wasn't finished. This caused me to wait at the register for some time, which I found to be a bit inconvenient. I would suggest waiting a few minutes after the app says your order is ready to make sure that it actually is. read more

I've been here a few times now and I thoroughly enjoy it! The workers are extremely nice, work hard, and always greet you as you walk in. I like studying here because there are a lot of tables, outlets and free wifi! There aren't a lot of people who study here so there are always tables available. Thanks to a fellow Krak head, I finally was able to try this place! I didn't realize I had one so close to my home. When I showed up, I was the only one in here. I did a pre order, so it would be ready when I arrived. It's next to a theater so I wasn't sure if it was going to be busy or not. As I was taking pics and almost about to leave, several peeps started showing up. I also like that this is close to a favorite Thai restaurant of my daughter and me. Since I did an on line order, I was still able to do a bogo as it was said that the Android was not able to download the newer Krak app. This was true! Luckily, it still allowed me to do a sign up and benefit on the internet log in! This store was clean outside and inside. I like the theme inside and that they have plenty of room to sit and hang out if needed. The lady at the front counter was really nice and verified on my phone to make sure I was picking up order 64. For my bogo order, I got Large Mango Tango Non-Dairy and a Large King Brulée. Both drinks were super tasty and refreshing! Overall, this was a great first visit! I absolutely love Krak Boba. I love getting the king brulee which comes with pudding and Boba all in a creamy milk caramel. However this one did not reach the standards I've recently had for this drink.. The taste was spot on, but it lacked pudding and Boba. Normally there's a lot in there which has Boba and pudding with every drink but I felt that i was having to look for the pudding and Boba in my drink. Sad day.. Service was okay, they took it very quickly. I liked this spot because it had a large area to sit and you can have big parties there. They are also open late which is nice. Its located right in front of a movie theater so getting Boba after a movie would be nice to do. I was a little caught off guard by how quickly they were cleaning up. They close at 11pm but when we were putting away the chairs around 10pm. People were walking in and asking if they were open.. Great spot but could use more Boba. read more

We've been to other Krak Boba locations before, and can say that the experience is consistent with other locations, which is always great. Located in front of the movie theater, you have to park in the parking structure, or you can park to the side of the movie theater for the closest path to Krak Boba. It's a pretty good-sized Krak Boba, and can see it getting pretty busy when there's a lot of moviegoers that need a quick drink. I feel that it's a pain to get into this area, since you really only have the entrance at the front, and no side entrances off of a main street. You order at the cashier, and wait for your order after the transaction is done. They'll call out your number once ready. Employees were good; had no issue with ordering. Prices are okay; I think I've noticed that boba drinks is getting way more pricier than coffee drinks these days, though it is in larger sizes. I was able to get a few modifications done to my drink (e.g., not as sweet, add toppings) without too much of an issue (though they limit how non-sweet you can go), and it turned out great. The drink was what I wanted, so no issues there. Wait time wasn't too bad, but we only had one couple ahead of us. Overall, if we're in the area, would probably return! read more

Horrible experience. Classic bait and switch with their "anniversary promotion" that was advertised on Facebook. Their advertisement for today said that all drinks were buy one get one free and a bounce back voucher. We waited 20 mins just to get our order taken with about 5 parties ahead of us, and we're not given a discount as advertised and not given any vouchers. When I brought it up with the person taking orders he said it was only through their loyalty program in their app. We asked to speak with the manager and she had no idea about any promotions, the bounce back vouchers or buy one get one for the anniversary. If you're looking for a Tea or Boba drink in the area I would recommend Bobo the Boba on the north side of the freeway instead. read more

Checked Yelp to see what was nearby for a quick drink & this place popped up. It had a lot of reviews & highly ranked so off we went. It's located right by the edwards & I think might've been a ding tea before?! Since I saw some of ding tea's menus on the pictures through Yelp? Anyways, I got there and it was packed. Line to the door. Ordering was quick but waiting for our drinks took forever! I think there was about 3 people working in the back & only 1 person taking orders/payments/app orders. I got the Thai milk tea & it was pretty good. My husband got the lychee tea and he said it was okay, a little bit bitter but it wasn't too bad. The only issue we had was the wait.
