I have no idea why this place has almost a 5 star rating. One of my coworkers told me they had a German Chocolate Shake and I was so excited to try it so I came by right after work. I was the only customer there and when I first pulled up the two girls working there were on their phones or chatting and didn't even notice I was there for a minute. Once I got the shake I was quickly disappointed. I'm not sure why they call it a German Chocolate shake, there is no caramel or coconut flavor at all. There were also big chunks of ice in the shake. Not speedy but they were doing a great job of trying to move people as quickly as possible. Two queues and a girl with an iPad was walking the queue to take orders. Ordered the Avalanche medium iced, Irish Dream medium iced and Vanilla Almond oatmeal. Cashiers were super friendly and considerate. Location is drive thru only but has 2 sides for ordering/pick up. Location is small but very efficient in the way they handle the orders. Vanilla almond oatmeal was good. It just has to be mixed well to get the sweetness from the bottom to all of the bowl. read more

Happy one year! I've been wanting to try this place forever (one year I guess) and today I finally committed! They were celebrating the birthday and so we got a ton of rewards points which was awesome. The coffee is affordable and delish! I ordered a medium avalanche with coconut milk and the bf got a basejumper and both of us are happy! Not only that but the service was really nice. We'll be back! read more

If you're in a rush this may not be the place for you. The line can get pretty lengthy since you order at the window or from someone walking the line with an iPad taking orders. It was my first time so I just got a hot caramel macchiato, heavy on the caramel :) I thoroughly enjoyed my drink and i always prefer to try smaller businesses when I can. This was my first time trying clutch and honestly I'm sad... SAD THAT I WAITED SO LONG! This place is awesome. I was greeted by someone walking up to my window, which honestly scared me half to death. As a new person I had no idea someone would walk up beside me, ha! I explained to him that this was my first time and he helped me make a decision. I got a sugar free cloud 9 and it was so delicious. I'm so impressed by the amount of sugar free flavors they had. I like to call coffee my "life bean" because coffee is the the bean of life. Clutch has "saved my life" many mornings, afternoons, and evenings. First, they have a drive-thru method. Which is super convenient and time saving. Even when there's a line of cars, someone will come out with an iPad to get your order started and by the time you reach the window with tour money, the drink is in your hand. A++ customer service. Second, their coffee flavors are heavenly. Trifecta, which I like to call Perfecta is amazing! One of my go to drinks when I roll up. They also don't make a fuss (like other coffee shops) when I ask for a large cup of ice for a double shot of espresso. I like to add a protein shake to it some mornings when I need a extra boost. Everyone is always super friendly and willing to have a conversation with you no matter what time of day it is. Ok, first I want to say who ever does the hiring of these amazing kids, is either really lucky, or has an incredible talent for picking them. Over the years I would get bummed out when one of them would move on to school or some other next step in their live. Then the next new hires would start, and they were as sweet and wonderful as the last! We're from out of town and came to Clutch twice this weekend to get coffee since our friends aren't coffee drinkers. Both times, I ordered speciality coffees (I always like to do this from local shops) and both of them were absolutely delicious. I really appreciated that they carried oat milk, which I recognize is very pretentious of me. I got the Trifecta and the Dream Bar and My husband got regular drip coffee both times and it was really smooth and flavorful. Even the guy taking our order in the rain was super cheerful! My husband had the Amped Frozen Charger which consisted of smooth bourbon caramel with a jolt.
