**update I'll say I've noticed some great improvements at this stand! Thank you! Lol** I was pretty excited this stand opened up in my neighborhood. I'm a regular at the Scottsdale McDowell location but this one is on the way to most of my adventures. But today we broke up. It's been open almost a year and I figured the kinks would be worked out but no. Every single time, every drink is always wrong. I've tried all my favorites and I've traded them in for something else or had them "fix" it. I started drinking DB 4 years ago because of the friendly-ness and consistency with their drinks. EVERY time this stand makes the wrong drink they respond some stands make it different. Odd since I've been to grey hawk, Scottsdale, Glendale/51 and 7th st location the exact same drink and it tastes just fine. They even tried to tell me my favorite stand doesn't have a frozen rebel machine and that's why. No they do and it's better. Just saying it takes 1,000 years to move 3 cars thru the drive thru and your drink is wrong 100% of the time. Drive the extra 3 miles to Scottsdale and McDowell. read more

This location SUCKS. I went and got two drinks, at 10PM on a Wednesday night, and waited over 15 minutes with only TWO cars in front of me. When I finally pulled up, I asked the the worker why it took so long and she tells me that one of the cars in front of me ordered 15 drinks... first off, when you have an order that big, you pull them to the side but nope, not this place. Plus there was 3 cars behind me so it wasn't just me waiting. To top it off, the staff was not friendly at all. I have NEVER been to a Dutch with unfriendly staff until I went to this location. We are visiting from Los Angeles, CA and wanted to try something other than Starbucks to get the most of our vacation. The girl helping us in the drive thru gave us great suggestions for drinks and was very friendly! When we pulled up to the window to pay the said the drinks were on them! Worst drive-thru experience. There were no signs whatsoever saying card ONLY, so we were told AFTER we ordered that the didn't take cash, and the girl did not take the order. So we had to wait in line for nothing and when we got to the front we just wanted a sticker for baby for having to wait in line and the girl said NO YOU HAVE TO PURCHASE SOMETHING yet we tried to purchase with cash and they didn't give us anything. read more

The service is good but the line takes forever. I usually get tea here so I recommend the teas for sure. For me it's anything green tea. I use to like the coffee here but not anymore idk why but I'll keep stopping for the tea. The pastries are okay as well. But yeah all in all it's a good place. read more

Go to Dutch bro's all the time and everyone is ALWAYS the absolute sweetest. Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience at this location . I went through the drive thru and as I was being given my drink I politely asked for a straw , the girl decided to roll her eyes, hand me a straw and decides to say "have fun ruining the planet " ... I was so bothered and shocked like if you absolutely feel so strongly about the planet maybe don't work for this type of business. Especially since you know nothing about customer service . I've been here a few times and waited to give my review but it's consistently bad service I receive from this location. Something in the atmosphere just provides all the workers to slack off. While I understand there is going to be a wait being that it's a Dutch brothers I would also like to see the workers but in a little effort into getting some orders done. This, I see no effort here. Not only that, but also I'm not sure all the workers are competent in making drinks as I have literally got a golden eagle with no coffee in it. How do you make a coffee without the coffee? I will take Dutch Bros over Starbucks any day. Hear me out, aside from just their drinks the main reason I'm so loyal to Dutch Bros is because of their workers they are always smiling really engaging with you in the drive thru and make sure to be super careful when customers like myself have an allergy. I can't tell you how many times Starbucks employees have messed up my order and left me in the bathroom dying for half of the day. I go to this Dutch Bros all the time and every time I tell them about my allergy they make sure to use new clean equipment and even go as far to steam my milk with a different steamer. I HAVE NOT GOTTEN SICK ONCE FROM DUTCH BROS. This is over the course of I would say at least 20 orders. We didn't have a Dutch Bros in Texas and so since moving I have found my new go to coffee place. If you don't want all the sugar in their drinks ask them about their sugar free options! I love Dutch! First thing we did when we got into town and it was the first of the month and year! BUT had a bad experience that makes me want to drive to a further location. Ordered 4 drinks, only got 2 stickers. After I ordered my drinks the worker had us move to the side to take the next order (ordered from walk-up area). She didn't do small chitchat as usual and it was New Year's Day, she could have asked me about my New Years resolution? She didn't bother. She was annoyed and it showed. Come here quite regularly. Today was not quite as good as other times... line in drive thru was out to Indian school... girl working drive thru was having EXTRA long conversations with EVERY car. Saw another girl come out.. GREAT! sadly for some reason she helped the people at the counter which was weird- you guys got 7-10 cars in the drive thru waiting!!! I recently moved from florida and have heard raving reviews from dutch bros but never been... Went around 8:30pm this Wednesday and was blown away by the customer service. Ive worked in a few places who prioritized customer happiness over everything but dutch bros went above and beyond. Lydia was my drive thru girl and she was so friendly and chipper that even if you were in a bad mood, you definitely werent when you left. She asked me about my day and what i was up to, related to us on doing schoolwork, had me pull up so she could describe in detail the entire menu, and was so incredible that i had to ask for her name because GIVE THAT GIRL A RAISE!! The dude running the drive thru window was equally as fabulous, they talked to me like i was a close friend and showed. genuine interest. Starbucks is great for customer service but dutch bros went 100% ABOVE AND BEYOND and i was so blown away. I work as a server up the street so i know customer service and Lydia was a total doll who left a lasting impression. I did not get the name of the guy doing drive thru but he offered me a stamp card and also showed genuine interest in me as a person and not just a customer. As a fellow service industry worker i tip my hat and let you know this is my new favorite coffee spot. your staff is more than just well trained, you can see they take joy in their work and genuinely made me feel at home. 11/10 first experience. :) thank you! read more
