I love this location. Open 24/7. Fresh chocolate donut holes. Thai tea is excellent. I order a passion fruit iced tea and a veggie sandwich on croissant for lunch. They will make a veggie sandwich if you say "can I get a croissant sandwich with everything on it but no meat. All the veggies and cheese and mayo mustard" that's how I get it done. It's fabulous. And it's like $5 They're always giving out free donut holes you know the vibes. Idk why anyone says they're rude because they're never rude to me. Maybe they're just tired. I went to the Bosa Donuts that is open 24/7 every day before work. The variety of donut selections was second to none. I ordered 1 dozen for some staff members that are performing their jobs in such an incredible way. The cashier that took my order seemed to be working alone. She was taking drive thru orders and assisting me all at the same time. The inside of the restaurant was welcoming and had some condiments to choose from. The outside of the restaurant was clean and well kept. The only gripe I noticed was how dark the outside was. With the constant business this location gets, you would think the owners would spend some money on outside lights. Alone with my donuts I ordered a bagel breakfast sandwich and a mango flavored smoothie. The bagel was plain but large. The ingredients were decent but could have had more toppings. Both orders were very tasty. The only other concern was that Bosa employees' demeanor. If you like me work early and like the convenience of that location's hours, you're going to have to tolerate that employees' level of professionalism. I still tip her 20%. Bosa Donuts has a reputation for the best donuts in the Valley, but their Employees need a serious overhaul in Customer Service training. I recently visited on National Donut Day, June 7, 2024. I placed my order at the drive through speaker, then proceeded to the window. The woman at the drive through window refused to honor their own Donut Day promotion. The sign in the window (which was inches from her face) clearly stated "Get one free donut with any purchase June 7, 2024". (See photo.). She stated the promo was over, offering no reason. She did, however, quickly present me with a credit card machine with a prompt for a tip. Foolishly, I agreed to a tip. This was a poor move on my part, given her refusal to honor the promotion AND the fact I later learned she did not fill my order correctly and bagged the order incorrectly. Bosa, if you're reading this, please take appropriate corrective training action. If you don't, I just don't see how Customers will tolerate premium prices, incorrect order fulfillment and random decisions to not honor promotions. read more

Local breakfast spot in PHX, this has all the feels of a old-skool 80s ambience and decor. Dine-in tables/booths sectioned off as they renovate/refresh that area. It's not exactly upscale ambience, but perfect for drilling down and getting some work done. Thought I noticed a drive-thru, forgot to confirm though. Excellent turkey, egg, and cheese croissant made to order - warm, melted cheese, mmmmm, very tasty! For a sweet treat I got an apple fritter and had a bite of the sour cream donut. The apple fritter had a sweet canned apples taste - too much of a processed sugar sweet for me; I prefer legit apple chunks. My sour cream donut was decent but nothing to write home about. The croissant was the star of the show! This location was close to our Vrbo, so breakfast sandwiches were still warm when we got to the table. Now before, you ask yourself, why I decided to give bosa a 3. Let me tell you my story. I love bosa, pay a visit to bosa every other week. But today on 5/29/25 at 11:05 I was there getting a late morning sandwich and a drink. I was greeted immediately by a girl in a black sweat shirt, may have been Latina or Hawaiian, I could be wrong. I did not see a name tag so I cannot name the employee But the energy was already a bad one. I felt rushed and as I was ordering the drinks her questions and in the tone it was directed was just mean. I then asked for a turkey sandwich, and I only asked what was in the sandwich, and that's when she showed how annoyed she was, she then started to tap on the screen angry and began to read the list of ingredients, and the tone ensured me she was over it. I looked at the gentleman standing a few feet away, and even he was surprised, he then walked to the back and I paid for my food. I got my sandwich and it was cold, keep in Mind I asked for it to be hot/toasted. Not sure if that was intentional, but I won't be returning to this location. I'll drive a little further for better service. Hope the owners see this. Ambience is okay, but it's crowded, limited seating and there's a lot of appliances scattered all over the seating areas. read more

We love going to Bosa, but I would avoid this one like a plague. I have been here multiple times and when the female is at the drive thru taking orders, she has so much attitude. She NEVER remembers the orders and gets mad at the costumer for it. She has no business working with costumers with that horrible attitude. At first I thought she was having a bad day so I decided to ignore it, but this is a pattern and she has issues she needs to fix before working with costumers. My experience with this location has always been that the donuts are very fresh. My only qualm is that the space itself isn't the most welcoming. The coffee is strong and pairs well with donuts. Their teas are also pretty good, and they serve croissants and bagels and breakfast sandwiches. However, we all know donuts are the star here. You see this place everywhere in Phoenix. Open 24 Hours and usually the restroom is not available. Their donuts are so good. You have people who hang out there at certain times (you know). I usually order their large Vietnamese iced coffee which you can only get via drive thru or walk in. You won't see it when you order through Door Dash. One time an Officer saw me holding my iced coffee, he had a certain smile. All I'm going to say is know when to go...hahaha. Another time a customer came from one of the hi-rise apartments next door, she opened the door and saw me with a sigh of relief. Listen, you'll always get good donuts and drinks here. I came to Bosa to get my usual a ice tea with almond milk. I was very clearly the first person in line, but they proceeded to help a young family instead of me initially I was OK with it because I'm not in a rush nor was I trying to ruin this poorfamily's day. That said, once it was my turn I ordered my Thai iced tea and forgot to mention that I wanted almond milk because I was so flustered from waiting so long and from how rude the guy was behind the counter, I don't know if everyone was having an off day, but the lady who helped the family before me said what "do you want?" Which was offputting as well. I'm not sure what happened to customer service, but it is entirely lacking at this location. The guy brings back the Thai tea and I tell him I forgot to ask for almond milk and he proceeds to lie and say that they do not have almond milk and begins to bring up the drink with milk. I walked out to avoid an altercation because me and un-caffeinated and upset is never a pretty sight . Honestly, very disappointing and I won't be back. The staff at this location are not friendly at all. They never welcome you in with a "good morning " and rarely say "thank you". Also their customer service is pretty poor. It's Bosa donuts guys, basically everyone in Phoenix has had them at one point or another, but what makes this one special is their vegan donuts on the weekends!! I live in central phoenix and for some reason all the vegan donuts seem to be far north west or far south east side of town. I was surprised to see someone mention this location has vegan donuts. I just happened to be there on a Saturday morning and when I asked the staff about their vegan donuts, they said it was only available on the weekends and that not every bosa has them since not all bosa locations are operated by the same owner. Your mileage may vary when trying to find vegan donuts at other bosa locations, you probably want to call ahead if you're looking elsewhere. I'll certainly be back for donuts on the weekend more often than I have before! read more

A great late night option! Get the regular donut holes. We've only used the drive thru. Parking lot in okay condition, could use some work. Menu boards are in good condition. Personnel is somewhat friendly, sometimes they have an attitude, but they're appropriately dressed and seem to have good hygiene. The regular donut holes are fantastic; the chocolate ones are okay. The Thai tea is really good. The cookies and cream shake has a pretty good flavor but it's not very thick. The jelly filled donuts are tasty as well. Overall a great price for what you get. There are still a few favorites from the omni-world that haven't been replicated for the plant-based/vegan diet yet. We can scratch one of them off the list now! Bosa has created a line of raised (not cake) vegan donuts, and bless their hearts, they aren't even charging extra for them! Right now this is the only location that has them, but it's worth the drive! I got a half dozen today - chocolate frosted, vanilla frosted, strawberry frosted, maple frosted, and glazed. I've only tried the chocolate and glazed so far - moderation is important - but OMG! They are light and fluffy and your teeth just sink into them. I love that they are "normal" donuts - not crazy toppings. And did I mention how light and fluffy they are? Love love love! I know they were having a hard time finding vegan sprinkles - hopefully they'll get some soon and my vegan donuts dreams will be achieved! My Fat Covid Quarantine BUTT should NOT be patronizing any donut shops and I should definitely NOT be giving out 5-star reviews to a donut shop...BUT BOSA...You won my heart. I was on my way to the lab and I decided to grab some donut holes for my crew. As I waited my turn in line, I realized I was also hungry and I wanted a sandwich. I try to find something positive to say when leaving a review, but I'm struggling with this one. This a public health concern. During our family walk, my husband, son, and I stopped by this Central Avenue location. On the outside of the building, it looked unkept. A little dusty where you could tell the tables and patio floor hadn't been attended to regularly. When you walk in, there are boxes stacked up everywhere as if they're packing up to move. At this point, I was starting to feel like cleanliness wasn't a priority. However, my son wanted a donut and from a distance, they seemed to be fresh. My husband and I were trying to hurry up and choose a flavor for our toddler, when I saw gnats/bugs flying around in the donut case and landing on some of the donuts. I walked down to the other end of the case and there were more gnats/bugs walking on the donuts. We told the employee, a young lady, possibly a teenager or young adult, that bugs were flying around and landing on the donuts. She said, "Oh no, I'm so sorry!" As they continued to serve them to the drive through customers. We asked if they had anything freshly baked and she pointed to a rack of donuts that was sitting out in the open and said "You can have one of these. We baked all of these (rack and in the case) this morning." It was around 9:00pm, so nothing had been freshly baked for hours, which is their business. Gnats lay eggs.
