The cappuccino packs a punch with four shots of espresso, but somehow manages to be both bold and incredibly smooth at the same time. The caramel latte was equally delicious and nicely balanced without being overly sweet. While Lola offers a variety of hot breakfast options, we decided to stick with pastries. The cheese danish was flaky with just the right amount of sweet. The blueberry scone was moist, flavorful, and loaded with blueberry goodness. Between the friendly atmosphere, excellent coffee, and tasty pastries, it's easy to see why locals keep coming back. Lola feels less like a coffee shop and more like a gathering place for the neighborhood.

Never had a problem with Dutch bros customer service until today. I used to come to Dutch bros all the time and then when COVID hit I had to move back to Kansas to be with my family. I was so excited to come back in town and use my stamp cards I had saved up (I had bought 30 coffee drinks from this company so I had 3 free drinks). I was told I can't use my free drinks that I definitely earned by being a loyal customer. I am so disappointed that they were not able to honor my stamp cards that by the way have no expiration date on them. And the girl serving me wasn't even nice about it or understanding. I will no longer be a Dutch bros regular. Also, If you're offering a tip option, it should be up to the customer to choose the amount with a certain level of confidentiality. When I reached my hand out to choose a tip option, she jerked away and said "I can push it for you." Just all around a total turn off of an experience. read more

I've been visiting this Dutch Bros location recently and have consistently had great experiences. The drive-thru is always clean, service is fast, and the staff is friendly and upbeat. The lighting makes it feel inviting, and the drinks always taste fresh and well-made. I enjoyed getting my free birthday drink, though I only found out about it through the app rather than from the staff. It would be helpful if team members mentioned birthday rewards or could confirm that option when customers visit. WARNING: Do NOT use the Order Ahead option I paid for an order that was never fulfilled due to the Dutch bro's app going down (out of my control, fully on Dutch Bros). The store manager told me to contact HQ for a refund, but after two weeks all I've received from Dutch Bros support is the same canned response. No refund, No resolution. They repeatedly tell you to contact their Customer Experience Team, who doesn't help at all. They don't actually read your emails and just send the same message repeatedly. Very disappointing for a longtime customer. I'll be getting my espresso elsewhere. read more

I drive past this location a lot but today the line was bearable, It was 10:00pm and when I got to the window the barista at the window gave me an attitude like, 'why are you here'.
