Love Dutch Brothers, they always seem very good at keeping the lines moving no matter how many vehicles are in the line, other coffee shops need to copy this! Waited in the drive through for over 20 mins with only two cars in front of us. As we drive off, now late for an appointment, we realize they didn't add any syrup or any other sweeter as ordered. They apologized for the wait but never offered a refund. As we are driving away I try to call the location to let them know they screwed our order and it goes straight to corporate which is closed. Been to this location many times, as it's close to where I live. I've had good experiences at Dutch Bros in the past, but this particular one is very hit or miss. Most of the employees are a bit disconnected and seem over worked. My girlfriend and me just picked up some coffee and they both tasted odd, not like what we ordered at all. I get that there is a line of cars, each desperately wanting their hit of caffeine, but maybe the employees should take greater care and time for quality purposes. read more

I'm just passing through on my way for a stay in Bend and I needed some decent coffee (the stuff in our hotel tasted like water). When I pulled off of 97 the line was extremely long, but thanks to the helpful and masked up team it moved fast. My order was taken in line by one friendly young woman with a tablet, and payment was handled at the window. The sweet young lady at the window mentioned that she couldn't stamp my loyalty card because of the virus. When I said it was no problem at all and said I appreciate the precaution, she seemed shocked. It seems that a lot of people have been less than kind to her in the past. It's really not that hard to be kind. So, next time you get your favorite DB drink during this pandemic, just put on your mask, say thank you, and try to be understanding of the situation. I pulled up to get coffee around 6:30 pm for my drive to Portland to meet my wife and 11 day old baby at Randall children's hospital after they were life flighted over from St Charles. We didn't sleep at all the night before. I could barely decide what to get as my mind was on my son and the drive. I was asked immediately how my day was and I'm pretty sure my answer was not what they were expecting. They made my coffee, handed it over to me and refused to take any money for it. I was told it was on them and to take care. I wish I could tell everyone there how much that simple gesture meant to me. I'm writing this in the hospital but I couldn't let another day pass and not tell everyone how amazing they were. read more

I ordered a Irish cream Carmel iced latte no whip no carmel. I'm usually just a light or medium roast coffee with just a small splash of cream and this was a tasty treat. read more

Second time in a row I went to this location. Not only did I wait in line for 15 minutes but both times, but the coffee is garbage too. Both times I ordered a hazelnut latte the first time the expresso was burnt, and this morning I don't even know how to explain the flavor. It's as if the milk is bad or they added protein. Worst Dutch bros they used to be great but the new employees are not! I bought a coffee for my wife today May 3rd around 3:00 o'clock and it was half way full.
