Today is his birthday, and because I just had a baby, I was unable to see him today. I called ahead to this shop around 8:45am and asked if I placed an order from Grubhub, if they could write "Happy Birthday" and she was so sweet and excited to do so--and It wasn't a fake attitude like you can experience over the phone sometimes. I felt as if I was talking to her in person! She even went above and beyond to tell me what was ready to be ordered at that moment and what wasn't ready, which was nice of her to do. If you look on the box, it even says "we love you", which had me feeling so appreciative because that's something extra from the heart she/ her team did for us without asking!
