Typical looking Nékter store. Front lobby is a bit bare and cold looking, nothing in the side fridge area and lights are turned off. I ordered a Mini Blueberry Almond Butter Smoothie. Drink was pretty good but not the best. She offered to remake it but I didn't want to be wasteful. Every time I have went into these stores except Scottsdale the staff is constantly eating and then trying to take your order. It's really uncomfortable and they do look a bit annoyed to stop snacking. read more

Came in on a Saturday around 1p.m. There are 14 seats available to sit at. Two of which are directly in the sun. There were only two workers working and 15 people waiting for there ordered items. The parking can be difficult as there are only a few 15 min. parking spots. They do offers two seats outside but on a hot day who wants to sit outside. Order was taken quickly but there was a lot waiting for there order. Floor was a bit dirty with trash and fridge selling items was a bit empty. Update once I try my bowl. read more

Been here a dozen times and the service and quality of product is consistent. I usually order online for pick up and it's ready by the time I get there. This is one of my daughters favorite spots to get a treat or breakfast. We love the protein açaí bowl and love to add more peanut butter on top. Bowls are big so we split it and they charge $2 more (because you get the same about of fruit). So filling, refreshing and healthy. read more

The spot is tucked into the corner with several other eating establishments, parking can sometimes be a concern but definitely nothing Nektar can control. The place is very clean and well staffed. I saw at least 4 employees and all were very helpful and taking care of customers and drinks. We went with a group of four and all ended up with the same drink, the 'Pink Flamingo'. The drink was really good and refreshing, all the advertised flavors came through with the drink: dragonfruit, pineapple, strawberries, coconut water, and agave syrup. Not the best acai bowl I've had, but it wasn't terrible. To good: I ordered the Almond Butter Bowl online for pickup and it was ready on time, staff were friendly, and the place looked very clean. Flavors were good but not what I expected. The not so good: As a big acai bowl fan, I was a bit disappointed by this one. The acai base was a very light purple color. Most other places I've been to use a base that is a very deep purple, which indicates higher quality and a high concentration of acai purée. I would guess this base was mostly banana. It was blended well, smooth and creamy, and tasted good, but just not what I expect when I am looking for the acai flavor that I love. Additionally, I could not taste much almond butter. Maybe because it's not a strong flavor, but I've been to places in the past where they add almond butter on top, which in my opinion is preferable. The menu description also said it came with pineapple but it came with apple instead. The granola was plentiful and crunchy, but overall I wish more toppings were included for the price. Other places I've been to also add coconut flakes, cacao nibs, bee pollen, more fruit, etc. I'd probably try them again because there aren't a lot of options in the area and it honestly didn't taste bad, but I'd really prefer a more authentic acai bowl for the price. read more

Everyone working was nice and order came out correctly. As far as juice bars go, prices are comparable to others and the Acai bowls will set you back a little over $8.00. Just dealt with a really rude manager here. My daughter was recording a short video because she loves making smoothies at home so we wants to see how a professional business does it and the manager stepped out and rudely told her to stop. She's 9 totally innocent and the manager accused us of stealing proprietary information. It's a smoothie bowl that I can make at home and they list all the ingredients there's nothing proprietary about it. I still buy their bowls even though I could make it at home but they need to hire some better staff and train them how to treat people respectfully. Very disappointing as I am just feeding another giant money making business. Someone needs to start a small family owned smoothie business in the area and I would happily go there.
