Even though the drive-thru almost always has a line, the staff is always on point. They get the drinks out fast, so you never have to wait long at all. The employees usually come out to your car to take your orders and process payment by card ?pay with cash at the window). I am a definite fan of Dutch Bros. and will continue to come for these refreshing drinks as long as the heat hangs around. She makes up the names of the drinks, so just watch her reels to see how to order. You can't beat the price, either. These large waters are under $3 each!! Tia Watson is a disgrace to the company she is apparently a shift leader and they do not have management present for their night shifts which is dangerous on every level. ESPECIALLY when considering her disgusting disrespectful attitude, 30 minute wait time for one vehicles kids smoothie and inability to properly prepare a drink. Love my local Dutch Bros stand! They have the friendliest staff and make their drinks to perfection. The wait time is typical for Dutch Bros--a little bit of a wait. The drive thru doesn't have a ton of space for the line so it can sometimes feel a little chaotic especially on sticker drop days. read more

Honestly every single time I've come to this location my drink has tasted different. I get a simple pumpkin brûlée freeze, some days it taste like a pumpkin freeze, others it's straight coffee. As an ex barista myself, I'm not sure how this even happens when everything gets measured out for their drinks. I went here last week and today to get the best coffee I've ever tasted in my entire 16 years of existence (I've tried a lot) the cold brew was heavenly almost took me there with that amazing taste. and don't even get me started on the service they are so freaking nice and even when the lady next to me was yelling at them for not putting enough sugar in her coffee, the service was still cool. Normally I like this San Tan location- drinks are always good. Came here today and there are HUGE DEAD BUGS -crickets and little flies all around the walk up window and on the ledge you order at the walk up window. Before I ordered my drink I asked if they had recently sprayed and alerted them to all the dead bugs. I hoped that they would clean them up especially the HUGE DEAD CRICKET and all the little DEAD FLIES on the ledge where I ordered my drink. The employee, I assumed was shift supervisor, looked and commented on the DEAD BUGS but nothing was done about all these disgusting gross dead bugs. No- not tipping today!! Clean up those bugs!! I can understand not wanting to work outside in the heat because I work outside to but to just not take drive through orders till someone gets to the window is crazy. You can go outside for a couple minutes to take a car or twos order so at least your working at a faster pace than one person a time. I'm stuck in the drive through line for 30+ min now because I can't back up and they are only helping one person at a time at the window. There isn't even a sign till the front of the line where it's too late for you to leave. It takes at least 5 minutes two take one cars order and make the drinks and check them out and with ten plus cars in line you can not do this one at a time, find a better way! Also your walk up window is open so it's okay for your customers to be in the heat for an extended amount of time but not you guys. Pshhhhhh read more

We stopped here to grab drinks on our way home. We had the unfortunate opportunity to be behind a white car who seemed to be very important. A nice employee took our order while the other stood and talked to the white car for literally 5 minutes holding up the line. At the window, after receiving their drinks, 2 other employees went and talked to the white car also. My husband wanted to honk -bc it was holding up both lines, But he didn't. The male employee at the window was oblivious and we are blown away by the lack of customer service we received at this location. I had never been to a Dutch Bros coffee before but I had only heard good things! I also heard a rumor that if it was your first time ever going there, you get a free coffee! I was going to test this theory. I looked at their coffee menu before hand and it is very overwhelming. There are so many delicious options it's definitely hard to choose. One thing that I found intriguing was that they offer a coffee called Christmas morning. My husband and I are both obsessed with Christmas and I'm not really sure what Christmas morning tastes like but I really would like to find out. On the afternoon of Christmas Eve, I saw an hour window that I could buzz over there. I always see that the drive-through line is really long which is why it's taken me this long to give Dutch Bros a chance. I figured, no day but today. The drive-through line wasn't too bad and there were employees outside taking your order and payment so that when you got to the window your coffee was already ready. It was a very efficient way to handle a long drive through line. I ordered a decaf, Christmas morning latte made with oat milk. The girl was really great and the payment process was very easy. In less than five minutes, I was at the drive-through window. It seemed really fun in there. Very small, but everybody had music on and was dressed up for Christmas and it sounded like they were having a great time. The one employee was so jovial and excited, they offered my puppy who is sitting on my lap a Pup-A-Chino which is a bunch of whipped cream with milk bones. She was so excited! Who knew that running an errand with mommy would foster a treat? They made my Christmas morning coffee iced and I had asked for it hot, I was really sweet about it so they remade it in no time and also gave me that ice coffee on the house! It was really sweet! I enjoyed my entire experience here. The coffee was super yummy and smooth but also filling so I needed to drink in increments. I enjoyed heating my Christmas morning coffee up on Christmas morning and it tasted just like the sound of it! Dutch Bros did not disappoint. read more

I've been going to Dutch for at least 10 years now and I've always found the service to be exceptional and their drinks to be made wonderful every time I've went. Safe to say this is the worst Dutch bros I've ever been to. I've given them several chances to redeem themselves since they're the closest one to me and it seems to backfire on me every time. Their drinks are made poorly, the people are rude/dismissive, they hand me blended rebels that are half melted and the cherry on top they handed me a drink that made a huge mess in my cup holder today. Somehow leaked out half the drink. I would rather drive further to the Dutch near the new costco or the one off of Riggs. Will not be returning. read more

Horrible wait even if not many cars. Also, they need a better system they don't go in order. I was waiting for like 5minutes in a lane and then the other lane a bunch of cars moved up so that became much shorter. So then another vehicle pulls up and they took there order first while I'm still waiting behind a few cars. Those cars then move up and I was able to get in front of the car that had order before me but I had been there longer. She got mad and they ended up being her order outside to her so she was able to leave early. They need to pay more attention to the order of people waiting because of how the two lanes merge! read more

Expect to wait over an hour in the drive through during summer. I love dutch but wont be back unless people are taking orders because waiting to order at the window is just way to much. I expected maybe like 30 mins but arrived at 4:30pm its currently 5:35. I do understand its hot but I have never been to a place that didn't rotate the staff so they are not exposed to the heat for to long. read more

I seem to have a problem with ordering drinks at this specific dutch bros over all the other locations I go to. 50% of the time you end up with something you didn't order. An ice Breve is pretty simple. Sometimes it tastes like coconut. sometimes vanilla, sometimes it's indistinguishable. Sometimes it's right. Sometimes they try to give you a lemonade. What sucks is i usually don't know what they did to a simple order till i'm down the road. Train your people better or something, please. He took payment and did not place the correct order than when he got to the window they messed up the order ENTIRELY. They then said they would correct the mistake but a few minutes later asked my husband FOR HIS "BANK STATEMENTS".
