Did you know that mint gets its name from Menthe, a Greek mythical character? Menthe (or Minthe) is a nymph from Greek mythology, a lover of Hades who was transformed into the mint plant by the jealous goddess Persephone after boasting she was more beautiful than the queen of the underworld. I made myself get something other than their "Best Drink Ever" and I'm not mad. I ordered the Mint Infused Iced Coffee, 3/4 sweet and with oat milk and I was satisfied. Will I say it's minty? Not at all. I couldn't detect any mint. Regardless, it was a nice iced coffee but I think I'll stick to their Best Drink Ever. What else needs to be said about this San Diego coffee chain? I have passed this place so many times and they always looked crazy busy. This morning I made it point to check it out and let me tell you that it did not disappoint.... Inside the deco is hip (Do we still use that word? LOL), anyway loved the atmosphere, customer service was amazing, service was quick, food is pretty much made to order. The food options were great, lots of healthy choices. I had the Egg bites with poblano peppers and carnitas, my drink was the "Coconut Macadamia Nut Best Drink Ever" I customized the sweetness to 1/4 and it was perfect! Done giving this place chances. I order the Three Seed Avocado Toast all the time, and it comes with a lemon wedge. Every single time it's missing, and when I ask, I'm told they're out of lemons. This time I asked before I ordered if they had lemon wedges because I wasn't buying the toast without one. They said yes, told me they'd make sure it came with it, took my payment, and then handed me the toast with no lemon. When I asked again, suddenly they were "out of lemons." It's not about the lemon, it's about repeatedly telling customers one thing, taking their money, and then saying something completely different after they've already paid. If you don't have an ingredient, just say so before the order is placed. After this happening over and over, I'm done coming here. read more

When I saw this place open a while ago, I said I wanted to check it out. Finally had the time to go by. It was a really nice record on the inside with all of their merchandise and everything which makes them a little different which I kind of liked. They had a pretty good coffee may use selection as well as food and pastries, which the pastries coming out fresh every day. My coffee was very good. Had to swang by this joint to see what all the 'BuZz' was about...after seein' a few of y'alls favorable reviews I thought, 'Why not?' ~ I'm happy to announce that Better Buzz is now officially on my 'go to' list of Favorite Places! Gotta give this joint an aboslute, without question,100% on everythang! We stopped through as 1st timers to take our oldest daughter for her birthday and Ladies and Gentlemen you gotta here me: We got to BuZzin' as soon as we stepped through the door! WoWahh! The mere esthetics of the joint was on a different level! One of the 1st things I noticed (being a Graphic Artist) was the Better Buzz bee logo! I've been creating logos/designs for a couple of decades, but I find that the BB logo is top notch! That along with the feng shui of the place was very cozy and inviting! As soon as we stepped in we were greeted with at least 2 or 3 'Welcome Ins' and it was all hits and no misses from there! Our Barista (JoAnna) was VERY informative, kind and patient! We were new to the whole Buzzin' experience and literally, after we walked in, the line grew to over 10 thirsty/hungry Peeps... all there to get their BuZz On, too! Once tasted, the coffees (and food) were dee-lisshh! You can see a pics of our coffees and food choices and I even threw inna pic of the lables! I've been to so many different locations and truly this is the worst one id say 9 times out of 10 I'm going to have an issue at this location it's unfortunate it's by far the closest to me. for example I went today and got the new cookies and cream matcha. got up to the window girl really didnt say much just handed me the drink so I drove off took the sticker and noticed there was no sprinkles, cookie crumbles or a cookie on top, I had my cat in the car so couldn't go inside to let them know and didnt want to go back through the drive thru looking greedy over some sprinkles and a cookie, its just disappointing when you get something as a little treat and it doesn't come out even close to what its supposed to be. im not sure if its an issue with training or laziness on the staffs end but this experience sums up just about every experience I have here. read more

I've stopped in here 3 times since they've opened recently. Every time has been good! I got their "Better Breakfast" sandwich and it was good, I would definitely get it again. I loved their vanilla latte but sadly the horchata latte was not for me. The interior is adorable and a great place to catch up with friends! The environment is extremely upbeat and welcoming. The shop is modernly-styled with charger ports at every wall. The food is freshly made and their coffee baristas nail their coffee everytime! Not feeling coffee? They also have smoothies, açaí bowls, sandwiches, wraps, teas and toasts. I personally wish they had an overnight oats option in their breakfast, but if you want to try a new start to your day, the Buzz is the place to get your motivation on. read more

We came on the second day that they were open. They were quite busy but very well staffed. There must've been at least 7 people working that week count, not counting the outside drive-through person. The place nicely decorated with a fun theme. The line went pretty quickly. They had a nice selection of pastries, we'll have to try one next visit. We ordered an Americano to go. We like that they have a choice of medium roast or dark roast beans for your cup of coffee. They also had a great selection of whole beans available, Everyone was friendly and the coffee was good. I had never heard of Better Buzz before, and it opened right by our grocery store. Around the same time as it opened, one of my colleagues said they love BB and they have delicious food and amazing coffee drinks. I looked online, and to my pleasant surprise, the coffee drinks all looked incredible. Although I'm pretty boring and drink my coffee, hot and black, I do like to try something new every now and again. I agreed, they had delicious looking breakfast options. I usually make my coffee at home, but my son and I were looking to get an açai bowl somewhere and I saw they had that on the menu. We ordered one for pick up. The place is immaculate/brand new. Parking is available in the lot. Prices are reasonable to high. The service was great-Friendly, kind, and quick. I'm looking forward to going back and trying a new coffee drink. Stopped by Better Buzz Queen Creek during a busy workday and ordered the Cinnamon Cream Cold Brew along with a Hawaii Açaí Bowl--both were outstanding. The Cinnamon Cream Cold Brew was smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced. The cinnamon flavor added just the right amount of warmth without overpowering the coffee, and the cream topping made every sip feel like a treat. The Hawaii Açaí Bowl was equally impressive. Fresh fruit, great texture, and a generous amount of toppings made it both refreshing and filling. It tasted fresh, looked great, and was the perfect complement to the cold brew. Fast service, friendly staff, and quality food and drinks keep bringing me back. Queen Creek continues to be one of my favorite Better Buzz locations. read more

I love trying new coffee, places and better buzz opened up on cancel near the sprouts market so I stopped in before I went grocery shopping. I went through the drive-in and honestly if I hadn't been looking at the signs, I swear I was at a Starbucks or a black rock or one of the other big chain coffee places. I was only there for coffee so my review is based on the fact that their hot Americano is just average and taste like everybody else's Americano. There was nothing special about the beans or the roast that was used and the pricing is just typical of this type of coffee shop. They seem to have a lot of food items on the menu, but I didn't partake in any of those. They also had a whole bunch of specialty iced coffee drinks with their own little spin trying to be different from every other place. I don't like iced coffee so none of that stuff ever matters to me. Like I said I just pulled in before going grocery shopping and I would do so again just based on the convenience but not really for the coffee. Just an average experience. read more

I've been to the one in Scottsdale so when I heard they were opening one in QC I wanted to go check it out! I got the croissant sandwich and better buzz sandwich for my kids for breakfast. They both liked it! And I ordered an iced honey latte! You can adjust the sweetness level which was nice. Service was great and it wasn't too busy inside. Their drive thru seemed busier. My first time at Better Buzz was pretty fair. I went in to study as it is one of the only coffee shops near me. I was a little overwhelmed by the menu since they have amazing options and I wanted to try everything! I decided to ask the cashier what she recommended and she said the Horchata Latte was a popular drink. To be honest, I probably wouldn't order it again because I tend to go for more sweeter drinks but it was still a great drink! As to the atmosphere, I wouldn't recommend coming in to work or study if you really have to focus. It was a bit loud, but nothing crazy. Luckily I only had quick and easy tasks to work on so the noise level didn't bother me at all. The second time I tried better buzz was through the drive through. The line was quite long but went by quickly! I tried their seasonal coconut matcha and have become obsessed! I 1000% recommend you try this drink out before it's gone. read more

Living in SD area we were spoiled with Better Buzzed near us! We are SO grateful to have one open minutes from us here in Queen Creek! We got to go at 4am on their opening day (hubbies birthday) and ALL the employees were buzzing amazing by keeping the crowd buzzing along! My all time favorite is their Honey Latte but this time we tried all new flavors, Horchata latte is my new favorite, it's iced only so perfect for the triple digit coming up! Hubby loves their Best Drink Ever, their Cookie Butter Cold Brew (seasonal) is delicious as well. Our kiddos liked the Burstin Blue Raspberry Energy drink, fun with the pop rocks candy in it, you can customize it to SF Red Bull or substitute the Red Bull with lemonade which we will try it with lemonade next time! We tried their Ham and Cheese croissant and that was our favorite, everything is fresh, buttery flaky-licious. The Chili Crunch wrap was good too, has slight kick but not to spicy. Their Pumpkin Muffin is my must have now, best pumpkin muffin ever, loved that they warmed it up, everything was fresh ingredients when it comes to pastry with great coffee! Every Better Buzzed location we've gone too is fun with their layout, always clean! First time for us here at the Better Buzz in QC, and what a first experience it was. When we walked in, we were first blown away by the aesthetics -- really well done. The color scheme, the choice of finishes, that black and white terrazzo style tile -- chefs kiss. A few team members said hello as soon as we walked in and then we met Kayla.
