I've been to Dutch brothers probably well over 100 times in a lot of places and this was by FAR the worst experience I've had...over 45 minutes from the time we pulled into the parking lot until we got to the window and almost 10 more minutes for them to make or remake or 'find' what they had already made and we already paid for. Most Dutch I have been to have 2-4 people at most inside making drinks and even when there's a line of cars the line moves quick....this place had 6-SIX! people making drinks and they blamed the wait on being short staffed. Went here hoping for a quick coffee trip, drive thru line was terrible, but figured if we got done to order in person it would be quicker, not the case. Drive thru line went around 3 times before we got our order. Super disappointed, also when i asked for how long our order would be still after waiting for 20 minutes, girl said another 5-10. Was excited to come here since we don't have this where we live, but Id rather go to Starbucks for a better service. We drove 20 minutes out the way for this and definitely disappointed. My husband has a severe dairy allergy and the girl that gave us our drinks i just wanted to confirm that my husband's drink was oat milk and the younger, smaller girl making the drinks said "yes" in a very ill manner. For someone who has a severe dairy allergy, it's okay to confirm. Drink didn't have enough syrup, I've had Dutch Bros in California multiple times and service and drink taste is definitely much better. I used to love Dutch bros. They quickly went down hill. My drinks no longer taste good and is consistently different in flavor each time. Also the line takes LITERALLY FOREVER. They took away mobile ordering for a bit (which gives false times for pickup, drinks didn't take as long as it said so drinks were no good when we arrived and they had to remake them which took again forever). I would come once a day, I don't come at all anymore, I switched back to Starbucks and dunkin. Also cannot stand it that they shove the iPad in your face for a tip. We were directed to go in their express line. They asked if we needed recommendations, took our order and brought it to us bc our line didn't arrive at a window. Had the nitro iced white with lavender and a smoothie. The smoothie had lots of ice pieces in it. Good strawberry flavor. Iced coffee was decent.
