My first time in Gatlinburg and we wanted to try a coffee shop. I got the biscoff latte and garden/vegetable smoothie first and then a strawberry peach smoothie. Delish!! The latte was amazing! My husband got the strawberry smoothie and breakfast burrito and then later the biscoff latte. He enjoyed everything as well. I definitely recommend and I will return when I'm in the area again.

Such a lovely place! the ambience was superb, with the nicest outdoor seating as well. The food was amazing; we got the eggs Benedict and ham & cheese croissant. the croissant was so perfectly flaky and buttery, and the eggs Benedict was absolutely delicious especially the house-made hollandaise sauce. The barista was so kind and knowledgeable, and super welcoming! The chef came out and dropped off our food and made sure everything was good for us, extremely attentive. this is a place we will be returning to very often, and we recommend this place to anyone who enjoys quality coffee (the latte's were to die for) , and tasty food!

Owner is great, sweet sweet lady. Inside is very relaxing, love the ambiance...such a peaceful vibe! They have chairs with tables and couches with coffee tables. Take your pick! Prices are usual for a coffee house, but the quality is great! By the way, they have a large selection of coffee/latte flavors, don't be afraid to ask! We were on vacation this past fall, so I was only able to stop in twice when we first arrived, but it is in town on the Gatlinburg Strip, so I was able to walk there from my hotel. The bf was under the weather so she showed me her tea offerings and made her suggestions. I ordered a pumpkin spice latte both times, and it was so good! I did try their chocolate croissant, nothing special. It was a croissant with Hershey syrup on top. Not what I expected, so it was eh to me. Their food offerings looked amazing though, especially the avocado toast, I will definitely give it a try on my next trip.

Be careful and double-check your receipt. Stopped in for a quick breakfast and noticed the cashier tried to upcharge both the coffee and the omelet--despite prices being clearly printed on the menu. The omelet was listed at $11.99, but she kept ringing it up as $12.49. When we politely pointed it out, she acted confused and didn't really acknowledge the issue. Also, just a heads-up: adding syrup to a $6 small latte will cost you an extra dollar (not mentioned anywhere). The food and coffee were decent, but the pricing games left a bad taste. Triple check what you're being charged for before paying.

Last stop on our recent trip to Gatlinburg. Some interesting options on the menu, wish I could've tried all of them! The smoothies were delicious and refreshing. Espresso was amazing. The oat orange cortado was a little too exotic for me but good nonetheless. Could definitely see how this is a local favorite. Pro tip: parking lot across the street is free for 2 hrs if you're visiting the coffee shop.

Really enjoyed this coffee shop! The workers were super kind and the coffee was great. Spacious if you want to eat there. We took it to go and got croissant sandwiches. It was a little pricey ($10 per sandwich) for breakfast but it was tasty.

This was one of the first places my wife and I stopped on our vacation to the GSMNP area. We were looking for something that fit the idea of being a nice spot for a quick coffee and breakfast sandwich without tying us down to one spot for too long for everything else we had planned for our day. The location itself is a little inconvenient to get to much like most places in Gatlinburg. It's located on a corner in the heart of town. Luckily, there are both surface lot and parking garages across the street, but be prepared to give up limb ($10 for garage for the day or $20 for the lot) just for the sake of parking if you're only grabbing breakfast. On getting inside, the place is quite small. I'd imagine it could get crowded pretty quickly on the weekends, but it wasn't bad during our visit. Our meals and coffees came out in around average time. Though they were tasty, I was a little disappointed in terms of the value for what we received. This place is worth a try, but you may be better off going to an actual sit-down place if you're looking for similar quality at a fairer price.

My husband and I had the best, super relaxed breakfast at Cuppa Gatlin this morning! The coffee was wonderful and the breakfast was delicious! My husband was actually shocked by how good the food was. The lady running the counter was super sweet and made us feel right at home! We will definitely be returning!

The coffee shop looks nice and promising, however, I didn't enjoy the taste of the coffee. The latte was very milky and I didn't taste the espresso. Also parking seems to be challenging in that area. There are plenty of sitting area inside though if you are looking for a quick break from the crowd or walking.

Delicious coffee and breakfast food! I was staying at a hotel nearby and this came up in my search for coffee. It had good reviews on Google but not much information, I think it's newer. I love that they carry Monin syrups here (my personal fave) and that they have alternative milk options! I ordered a lavender cinnamon latte with Oatmilk and it was perfect! I also like that they offer breakfast plate options. I went with a bacon and cheese omelette and it was tasty. What I liked most was the potatoes! They had so much savory and salty flavor! Service was quick and friendly. Cafe was very cozy and quiet as long as large families weren't there. Would recommend!

I was super excited to try to place due to the reviews. Upon entry it has a cute and cozy feel but it's definitely very small inside. It was clean. They are definitely not ready for the crowds because there was a very long line just to order. Then from there it got worse because the lady that was taking the orders Could not speak English very well and it was taking a ridiculous amount of time to be able to place the most simple orders. Then I do not like places to have a policy that states that if you order something, you can't make a change and it has some other really restrictive policies, which is typical of a very small Business. But to me if people order something and they don't like it, they should be able to exchange it or return it. After we finally ordered it took a long time just to get the food as well and it came out in waves instead of all together. The biscoff hot latte was very good, but they made mine the wrong size. It had taken so long to get it that I didn't even go back up there to complain . The omelette was OK .... nothing special and very small. They serve it with a pitiful little salad that they could have just kept. The peach smoothie was very good. My son absolutely loved the Oreo Frappuccino. The bacon and cheese toast sandwich was good. We also liked the avocado toast. Again, because of the very small space people were bumping us as we were sitting at the table and it just made for an uncomfortable environment. While the food was pretty good, this is not somewhere that I will return until they can improve the speeds of ordering and quality of service.

Great Coffee and Food. Cool atmosphere. Parking is tough if you're not staying close, but that's true for all of Gatlinburg.

This was a door dash order. So I can't comment on anything but the food. The food was great and exactly as I ordered it.

In fact, we walked about a mile from our hotel specifically to come here because we remembered it from a previous trip. That's a pretty strong endorsement considering there are approximately 7,000 places in Gatlinburg willing to sell you coffee, fudge, pancakes, taffy, or some combination of all four. Tucked away inside The Village, Coffee & Company has that hidden gem feel that makes you wonder how many people walk right past it without realizing what's waiting inside. The coffee itself is solid. One thing I appreciated was the balance. Too many coffee shops seem to believe that foam should either completely dominate the drink or be absent altogether. Here, the ratio of coffee to froth was right where it should be, allowing the coffee itself to remain the star of the show. I ordered a flavored coffee, and while I wasn't completely in love with the particular caramel syrup they use, that's more personal preference than criticism. Coffee flavors are a bit like pizza toppings... ask ten people and you'll get twelve opinions. The drink was still enjoyable and well made. The staff deserves credit as well. Friendly, efficient, and quick without making the experience feel rushed. They seemed genuinely happy to be there, which isn't always guaranteed when dealing with tourists before they've had their caffeine. What I like most about Coffee & Company is that it knows exactly what it is. It's not trying to be a trendy coffee laboratory where your drink arrives after a 15-minute explanation of bean origins and atmospheric conditions during harvest season. It's simply a really good coffee shop serving really good coffee in a charming location. Would I walk a mile for it? Absolutely. Would I walk five miles? Let's not get carried away. Four stars. A hidden gem that's worth seeking out, especially if you're wandering through The Village Shops and need a quality cup of coffee to fuel your next round of Gatlinburg adventures.
