Really cute, small business coffeeshop. They have the basic cafe drinks you'd want - and they serve them with a smile. Their bakery items are not to be missed. They also have some unique drinks - like flavored lemonades and Red Bull infusions. Minimal indoor seating. I didn't see any way to get reusable mugs/cups to drink "here", but I'd imagine they'll be happy to pour your drink into your own mugs if you're trying to cut down on waste. They encourage you to try your coffee before you leave the shop as they're happy to remake it if you don't like what you received. PROS: -Lots of great coffee flavors. Their hot lattes are delicious without being sugar bombs. The flavors definitely come through, but you don't feel like you've had dessert for breakfast. Well, until you have their bakery items. -Every single bakery treat we've taken from here has been "out of this world" good. The cinnamon rolls literally melt in your mouth when you warm them up. The strawberry cream cheese danish is lusciously melty and sweet. As a small business, they don't make every bakery option every day (from what we could see), but this is one of the cafes where we picked up a bakery treat almost every day we went. We never do that. -Staff was super friendly, and it looks like this place is probably staffed by 3 people. They greeted us every morning and remembered us. They also had a lot of great information about the area, and they were happy to talk about the nearby trails and things to do in the area. -Really adorable ambiance. Lots of "Coffee" decor. -Located inside a little bit of an outdoor small business "mall". You can get your coffee to-go and walk around all of the businesses here (including a cool-looking old timey photo studio and other craft/art studios selling their wares). -Super cute "little free library" inside. If you are a reader on vacation, you can grab a book, read it, and return it before you head home. CONS: -Really small single room. I've seen hotel bathrooms larger than this place is. It isn't a big problem if you're the only people ordering, but if there's more than your own party, this gets crowded fast. Luckily, they have a covered awning right outside, and it's easy to stand outside while you wait for your drinks. -It really is staffed by a single person at any given time. This can make for a wait if another family or couple gets there before you. There's only a single person making drinks and taking orders. It also means the cafe was randomly closed one day we were here because the employee for the day was sick. -Parking backs directly into the two-lane road. This road has gotten decently busy with all of the housing in the area. If you're okay with a baby bit of a walk on gravel (less than a block), park near the Trolley Stop a building down for much-easier in and out.

Amazing drinks and bakery goods!! The two guys in there were so sweet and made our drinks perfectly. He poured the sweet cream over us like a demonstration and was just so nice. The price was amazing and so cheap for what we got. Highly recommend to anyone in the area, especially if you're here on vacation like us!

Sugar and sugar alternative selections available. Syrup pumps Available in Sugar Free Flavors! Smells nice inside. Smells like coffee Small and quaint. Outside seating for the mountain views

We are staying in a cozy cabin in Sevierville, and this popped up as the closest coffee shop. It's a small place, but they've got all the things. They use locally roasted beans and the cold brew was on point!! The homemade cinnamon rolls are also amazing. Don't sleep on this gem if you're in the area!

Dry small with seating at a window bar for three. Selection of handcrafted coffee and bakery items. Coffee was good. Cinnamon roll was also good. Neither are worth a drive to get here, but worth stopping if you're touring Crafters Loop. Service was friendly.

We stopped by on our way out of gatlinburg and saw the awesome reviews. The barista was not very friendly or talkative which was kind of a bummer. I ordered the apple cider latte and it was not my favorite, my boyfriend ordered an iced mocha and really enjoyed it, and we got a really good pistachio muffin. Probably wouldn't come back due to the lack of warmth from the barista.

    A very delicious cinnamon roll!

Drove out of our way, wish we wouldn't have. Was not a great latte, do Joe offer blended lattes. Service wasn't very warm.

I always get excited when I find a coffee shop that has Lavender anything. The rest of my family was equally happy with their Vanilla Latte and Americano. I also grabbed a bag of chocolate covered espresso beans which were yummy and perked me up a bit. It's a tiny shop, so if you have a big party, you won't all be able to fit. They also sell house-made vanilla extract in cute little bottles, coconut and lemon sugar, adorable mugs, and a variety of teas and trinkets. I wish I could buy everything in this shop, it's so cute. I definitely recommend the coffee connoisseur check out Coffee & Company.

Finding Coffee & Company in The Village Shops of Gatlinburg feels a little like being let in on a…read morelocal secret. You don't just accidentally stumble into it. You seek it out. In fact, we walked about a mile from our hotel specifically to come here because we remembered it from a previous trip. That's a pretty strong endorsement considering there are approximately 7,000 places in Gatlinburg willing to sell you coffee, fudge, pancakes, taffy, or some combination of all four. Tucked away inside The Village, Coffee & Company has that hidden gem feel that makes you wonder how many people walk right past it without realizing what's waiting inside. The coffee itself is solid. One thing I appreciated was the balance. Too many coffee shops seem to believe that foam should either completely dominate the drink or be absent altogether. Here, the ratio of coffee to froth was right where it should be, allowing the coffee itself to remain the star of the show. I ordered a flavored coffee, and while I wasn't completely in love with the particular caramel syrup they use, that's more personal preference than criticism. Coffee flavors are a bit like pizza toppings... ask ten people and you'll get twelve opinions. The drink was still enjoyable and well made. The staff deserves credit as well. Friendly, efficient, and quick without making the experience feel rushed. They seemed genuinely happy to be there, which isn't always guaranteed when dealing with tourists before they've had their caffeine. What I like most about Coffee & Company is that it knows exactly what it is. It's not trying to be a trendy coffee laboratory where your drink arrives after a 15-minute explanation of bean origins and atmospheric conditions during harvest season. It's simply a really good coffee shop serving really good coffee in a charming location. Would I walk a mile for it? Absolutely. Would I walk five miles? Let's not get carried away. Four stars. A hidden gem that's worth seeking out, especially if you're wandering through The Village Shops and need a quality cup of coffee to fuel your next round of Gatlinburg adventures.

After watching 3 tables that ordered after us receive their food, I asked where ours was at and was told it was next. About 4-5 minutes later our food came out. Cold. Like it's been sitting for 20 minutes cold :/ if they left it on accident, they could've taken 5 minutes to remake and BLT and some French toast. Go a few feet further to Split Rail Eats, you won't regret it! Although the food came out cold, I will say the potatoes, BLT, potato salad and tavern toast were good. But they were all cold. I don't enjoy cold eggs or bacon so they were just a waste of money :/ Paying $50 for a BLT, Tavern Toast adding Eggs, getting our own drinks AND tipping 15% for them to take 35 minutes to deliver our food to us cold IMHO, isn't the characteristics of restaurant I'd promote to others. Had they stated they left it in the window too long and needed to make it fresh and we'd have to wait another 5-10, I'd be leaving a different review. We don't complain, that's why we didn't say anything at the time. We get things get busy and forgotten. Our food was definitely served cold so it was either intentionally left or forgotten. Either way, I don't ask for refunds for this reason. I share my experiences and let others decide how to vote with their wallets and choices. I'm not rude and demand to be refunded. I just don't function like that. Also no one ever asked if our food was good or we would've said something God Bless.
