I've been wanting to try their Italian Soda for awhile & had just left a painful doc appt, so I felt I earned it. I drove up & placed my order, showing a pic id found on their FB page. The gal gladly punched it into her tablet. I reached for my wallet & found my debit card wasn't there! I asked her to cancel the order explaining I needed to find my card first. I started to pull away & she said my order was placed & not to worry that it happens. I was mortified! She insisted I drive up to the window for my drink. 2 days later I found my card & returned to pay for my previous drink & order one for that day too. The gentleman said absolutely not & took payment for that drink only. I arrived at the window & it was the young gal from the first day. Long time Dutch customer. Had the pleasure of sitting behind a female college student from George Fox, with no cars in front of her, who chatted for a solid 5 minutes with an off shift female Dutch employee. The male Dutch employee, also part of the conversation, finally sauntered over to my vehicle, took my order and walked back. After about 5 minutes, the college student pulled forward 5 feet, stopped and continued the conversation for another 2-3 minutes! The female employee finally went inside the shack and thought, great, now I can get my $12 drinks. I would be wrong! The college student got her drink and proceeded to sit at the window for another 5 minutes chatting with the female handing out the orders. It got so bad, that after about 3 minutes, and already having already sat for over 10 minutes with only the college student in front of me. . . for the first time in my entire life, I actually honked my horn! Nope, she wasn't going to move until they were done talking! She finally left and, in her side view mirror, you could clearly see she was looking back at me and grinning from ear to ear. I pulled up, got my drinks, and told the teenage female that she and her co-worker should do their gossip sessions somewhere besides the drive through. She giggled and though it was quite funny; handed me two straws and said "have a nice day." So, since Dutch Brothers clearly does not respect me or my business, I am now an ex-long time Dutch customer. Before Dutch bros was a giant thing in my area I drank Starbucks pretty often. However, I would say that while they don't have ALL the same selections, they are pretty good. They are fast, cheap, and will remake your orders if they're wrong (and let you keep them too ). They also have great customer service read more

Great Dutch location with fast service. There's two drive up windows and if there's a really long time there will be runner a who come out and takes your order so you can just pay and get your coffee at the window. Great staff. Really busy for a hot 107 degree day. Blended kickers were very good, though a little on the sweet side. But, we were chasing the cool rather than the sweet anyway. Hit the spot and got me smiling. This coffee shop is all over Oregon and I have yet to stop at one that the staff isn't super pleasant and happy! This to me means this company values its employees! I go to this Dutch bros location frequently and they usually are so friendly and fast. The last 2 times I went they have a new guy taking drive up orders outside . Well, this guy both times is not even friendly . I went on 10/21 in the AM (he's a slender guy with dark hair ) , anyway he didn't even greet me just came up to my window and stood there and said nothing . So I'm like I guess I'll order , so I told him what I wanted then he just held the tablet out for me to pay . He said nothing else just walked to the next car. He seems so out of place at this location because everyone else is so friendly , don't know why he was even hired . If I see him I'll go to a different line or just skip my coffee trip there altogether. read more

My kids love this place. Their drinks are pretty sweet but tasty. I do like that I can get a flavored ice tea. The kids love the frost drinks. The young staff are always upbeat, love their job and are super friendly. Make sure to take advantage of their stamp cards. Make sure to join the text alerts. I'm always happier after I leave the Sherwood Dutch Brothers. Such a nice staff who is always happy to see you. Some of them even recognize me and ask me how my kids are. Dutch Brothers has been a important place for us to stop on busy, stressful, or special days. We stopped here on the way to our wedding venue and the girl who took our order screamed with excitement because we were getting married. Absolutely best coffee house! Customer service is quick, baristas have positive attitudes, and the coffee is wonderfully crafted!!! They give dog treats and have options for little ones...I have two kids that look forward to the drive thru. If lines are long, you can park and walk up to the window. I love this location! They are always so nice and so fast! My favorite girl is this blonde cutie named Camille she's so sweet! Makes my day every time she gives me my ras Pom rebel. Sometimes their line is so long I think there's no way I'm going to get to work on time, but I'm always amazed the line is gone by the time I pull my stamp card out. Definitely recommend. read more

I love Durch Brothers! I love how much fun the staff has and how quickly they get me delicious coffee. What I didn't like about this location was that there was no fun music playing and that there were 4 friends of the staff hanging around outside actually playing catch with the staff inside using products from inside the store. If I was the owner, I'd be really annoyed that my staff had such little respect for my investment and their jobs. The coffee was as good as ever, but i won't be back to this location. read more

OK, I confess I am a first-time customer. I came here because this is my sons favorite place. When I pulled into the parking lot and saw the line I was ready to bail and he said no wait mom they have people coming out that will take care of everything. Sure enough, a young gal came out handled my order guided me through the menu because this is my first time and now we are just moments away from paying and I must confess, I get it, great first time experience!
