This place serves great drinks, and serves happiness along with them. If you ever need a mood pick me up, as well as an energy boost, this is the place to go. I have never come across a cross Barista here, they are always blasting cheery tunes, and serving smiles with espresso on the side. I am so glad we found this cute drive through coffee place in an old gas station. Their menu is huge! We were shortly overwhelmed, we went with a classic iced latte and a regular one. The workers are always so friendly, they are the fastest out of all the places I have gone, and always have the shortest line. Something unique about this location is on the side of the building they have all the flavors written out, it also includes favorite drinks from the baristas. Something I found out from this spot is they have a large selection of sugar free syrups. They were not the sugar free that leave a weird after taste in your mouth either. I went here right before they closed to clean because someone tested positive for covid. I was there during the shift (morning of June 28th) when the first person who tested positive was working. Shortly after, a second person tested positive. I'm actually REALLY not surprised and here's why: the girl working the shift that morning told me when I got to the drive thru window, that masks were not required in Sonoma and I did NOT need to wear one. This was really concerning... don't you want me to care about your health??? I am so glad that both the passenger and I were wearing masks however. I proceeded to tell her that I wear my mask for both my and her safety and that I was not comfortable taking it off even if I was in a drive thru. I will not be returning to this location... But I do want to say that love Dutch Bro's. I love how friendly they were to me and talkative, and I love the drinks. This is is why I'm not going to give it the absolute worst rating. So today I went and the girl, I believe her name was Austin, gave superb service. She helped me make decisions and gave great suggestions. Interesting reclamation of clearly what was a gas station and its mi i mart. Much more spacious than the normal Dutch Bros kiosk. Its only got the one drive up and the other side is a walk up window. They also have a seating area where the gas pumps used to be. Same friendly service while getting my large chai. Dutch Bros Coffee Shop employees truly want to know their customers by name and do a good job too. So eager to go check out some local wineries, I almost missed Dutch Bros., when I realized I did, I immediately turned back 'cause my wife and I really need to try it plus we haven't had our caffeine fix for a while that day. It's a nice little drive-thru spot in the corner of Broadway and France Streets. Since it is our first time we didn't know what to get. I asked the Brandon Boyd look-alike dude who helped us what's his recommendation. He asked us how we usually drink our coffees and he described each choices they offer. He mentioned that we can have it in any way we want, cold, blended or hot, extra shot etc. Brandon Boyd was very informative and helpful, he also made our first time a good experience. I got a hot Kicker (their most popular according to him) and was pretty satisfied with the sweetness and the "kick" while my wife had a cold Caramelizer, which was tasty but not too sweet. I was going to hand my debit card when Brandon Boyd said that our drinks are on the house because it is our first time, I laughed thinking he was joking, and insisted on handing him my card, and he said, "no, the drink is on us, enjoy!"
