I am officially addicted to Nekter Juice Bar. There, I said it. The bowls are insanely good. My personal obsession is the peanut butter & jelly bowl -- it's basically perfection in a cup. Think: creamy, protein-packed peanut butter chia pudding, fresh fruit smoothies layered on top, sweet diced strawberries, crunchy granola, and then those dreamy drizzles of peanut butter and jelly tying it all together. It's the kind of thing you start craving at random times of day. My family is equally hooked -- the dragon fruit bowl and protein power bowl are constant requests, and the smoothies are consistently delicious across the board. Everything about this place is amazing... except the wait time. And I say that with love. I was there on a Thursday afternoon, and the staff looked really busy, juggling orders while making smoothies and bowls, but they still remained very cordial and attentive. We had the Dragon Bowl and the Super Greens, and both tasted great. I especially liked the freshness of the Dragon Bowl. The Super Greens bowl was satisfying and filling. Every time that we became to place an order in person it's taken at least over 20 minutes, we downloaded the app and order ahead of time and the app said it would be ready at 11: 24 and by 1: 44 it was still not ready and they had completely forgotten about the order. Went here as a first time experience. The place is so cute and tidy. It was easy to locate in the shopping center and an adorable look to it. I had never got anything from here, so I think I would've liked the option of having someone assist me. When I entered, there were only a few people waiting for their items, but while I sat there I noticed a good amount of people came in after me, so I assumed they were swamped. I used the kiosk as the staff member told me to use. I ordered an açaí superfood bowl. I do want to name, I liked my bowl, but I had some concerns. One thing I was confused if I did it wrong or my order got messed up. I put in for toppings- mangos (inside). I had assumed since it was under toppings, that meant mango pieces would be added, but I'm not sure if it got blended into the açaí bowl or not, but I had no mangos. I think next time I would want a staff member to help assist me. Also, while waiting for my order, they finished 3-4 orders and gave them out to customers who ordered after me. They definitely forgot my order. I arrived 28 minutes until closing and left about 5 minutes until closing. This isn't just a bowl of Corn Flakes Cereal. It's Açaí, Granola, Strawberry, Blueberry, Banana, and housemade Cashew milk. Cashew really reminds me of Macadamia. It's not another Almond or Oat milk. It had Agave Syrup drizzled on top of it. I needed something like this today. I like how this was packaged, I can see all the Açaí. I can't forget about the Tumeric Citrus Lemonade. I took my daughter here after she got out of school like we do often, and had a scary experience. She found a piece of sharp metal in her Acai Bowl. We were clear across town upon finding the metal in her bowl, and I took the time to drive back across town to show what we found. The last thing we wanted was someone else to have this experience or swallow metal. They were apologetic, but what was surprising is that they did not do anything to ensure we would come back. Me and my wife decided to try Nekter Juice Bar before going shopping. We ended up ordering the Strawberry Banana Protein Smoothie with Pea Protein. Hannah answered all what felt like hundreds of questions about the menu, the drink we ordered, type of milks, protein. She was extremely friendly and very helpful. The drink had a super tasty chia, strawberry mix at the bottom and the banana strawberry was really good. No chalky after taste, or strong taste of cashew from the house made milk. I love Nekter and this one is located in a nice shopping center. My friend and I both ordered açaí bowls and we were told they were out of granola. There is a Trader Joes steps away... maybe go buy some granola next time?!? As it turns out, the staff were able to scrape the bottom of the bag for some granola crumbs. No discount offered but they offered us other toppings. There were 3 workers and it was slow even though we were the only ones eating in. As soon as we received our order, a delivery truck pulled up and the staff propped open the door. It was a blustery day outside and now cold inside. I asked them if they would close the door and they refused while the delivery truck was present. Skip it if there's a delivery truck outside and maybe purchase a frozen açaí bowl from Trader Joes for 1/3 the price. read more

Terrible service, awful app experience, store electronics weren't working, employees weren't helpful

Unfortunately the Nekter Napa location needs some serious help. Every time I go in there I am waiting 30, sometimes 45 minutes for my order. Today I placed an online order that took 45 min... 30 min longer than it was supposed to. While waiting, I saw several people coming in placing orders and getting their orders in a timely manner. In addition, my requests and specifications are 8 times out of 10 ignored (adding ginger to a juice, leaving agave out of a bowl). It's a shame because I love Nekter juices and smoothies, but I don't think I will be able to return if the store continues to operate like this. I don't like leaving negative reviews but I am trying to flag the attention of the franchise owners - please get more involved and help this place out! read more

My goodness... this place used to be so amazing and had the best freshest ingredients. Now a days, they lack customer service and ingredients So I come in today for 2 açaí bowls and the Manager (who kind you should not be a manager and was awful from the start) stopped me by saying they are only doing bowls and smoothies... well that's basically what I'm coming in for and if she had patience and greeted me properly she would have known I was coming in for 2 açaí bowls. So I start my order which was a mango açaí bowl and then a regular one for my mom and I told her what I wanted added on and she said she didn't have green apple. She then explained to me why... so I stood there (Whole Foods is right across the way for fresh fruits and she was going to leave to get something else... ) anywho... I said okay ... and proceeded with my order and she got mad and was like "I have the right to refuse service to you" which there is no signage acknowledging that... and o put my card in to pay for my bowls and she was sitting there arguing with me because they DO NOT. Have product. I am sorry, as a manager you must be kind and empathetic, you must have your store completely stocked and you also should notify upper management about the supplies ahead of time. She should really go to classes about management because she did not have a clue... she also was rude to begin with and all in all made my experience very poor to the point where I probably won't return... and I already message their website to let them know how Alyssa made me feel and I will be calling the BBB on Monday to complain about the cleanliness of the store, the lack of product and the poor management. read more

The first time in this year the pumpkin spice smoothie was good. But the second time whoever did this one didn't blend the dates all the way and left pieces of dates and ice. The flavor is bland and not sweet. It got diluted probably with the ice. read more

I hate to come on here complaining but I've been here probably 3 times, and all 3 times have taken an extremely long time to make some juice. I have literally never experienced juice taking this long. Today, I ordered online, about 20 mins ahead of time, thinking I was mitigating the long wait times I've experienced previously. My 2 juices would be ready at 2:30pm. I arrived at that time and was told it would another 10-15 mins. How sway?! You're literally pressing fruit through a juicer. I waited probably 20 mins, and watched the whole operation. It's highly inefficient. There was 3 employees - all seemed stressed. None of them were dedicated to the register so people would come in and wait to have someone come up to them. 2 of them were making bowls, and the other juice. It seemed like they only had 1 blender and 1 juicer, and after each turn they had to go all the way to the back of the store to wash said blender. About 15 mins into being there I heard they ran out of blueberries - kind of insane for a juice / smoothie / açaí place. I honestly feel bad for the employees, they're doing their best. The owner of manager really needs to get their business in order. I'm not saying it's easy or that I have the answers but there seem to be some very obvious issues that could be easily fixed. I've never had to wait 30 mins for a juice anywhere. Will definitely never be going back, and I'd honestly recommend every one else to spend their money elsewhere. read more

First time visitor. Ordered a large greeny 32 ounce juice, no ice, no boost or protein it was $11.65. And I asked them to put in some fresh pineapple which they happily obliged. It was fantastic! I ordered the tropical cooler 16 ounce smoothie. It was way too sweet for me. I make smoothies at home every day all the time so maybe it was the coconut water that was super sweet? They take forever, drinks always seem to be off, and the hiring manager needs to take a look in the mirror because customer service is nonexistent. The app sucks as well, not easy to use, and "when you sign up, you get a free bowl," still haven't seen that. I've been to this location a handful of times hoping it would be different, but it's been consistently awful. Last time I went the garbage was filled to the brim, with multiple employees behind the counter. God forbid your army of aged 16-18 employees take it out. Local here. I come here quite often and I'm usually always waiting minimum 10-15 minutes for one smoothie. Today was another experience in there was four people working and took 20 minutes for two smoothies. Once I got them they tasted like water and almost as if they forgot ingredients. Everyone acted hung over and moved so slow. I didn't even bother to ask them to remake it as I didn't have the time to wait another 15 minutes. I ordered the Berry Banana Blast and the fruit tasted rotten. I had this before and it was delicious. Please don't use rotten fruit. I already waited outside due to max capacity inside due to Covid and was not told my drink was ready. When I finally got inside it was in the freezer already made. I was in a hurry so I could not go back and have them remake my drink. Very dispointed and with tip I spent over $10.00. This place is not consistent at all. Last time I had the Orange Crush and it was only ice and juice. It is not even considered a smoothie. I even questioned it and hey said that is the way it comes out.
