As someone who was new to the area, that first impression meant a lot. Three years later, the same warm atmosphere keeps me coming back. Their hours have always worked perfectly with my schedule, giving me a comfortable place to study after work. There is plenty of seating, and best of all, lots of outlets, which has been a lifesaver for someone like me with an ancient laptop that seems to lose battery the moment I turn it on! Beyond the amazing coffee and cozy ambiance, what really sets this place apart is its commitment to the community. They regularly host events that are open to the public and even keep an event calendar posted so customers can stay informed. I've also seen them partner with organizations like Prisma HealthCare to offer free health screenings, which speaks volumes about how much they care about the people they serve. This isn't just a coffee shop. It's a place where you feel welcomed, supported, and connected. Between the wonderful employees, delicious coffee, inviting atmosphere, and genuine sense of community, it's easy to see why I've been a loyal customer for so long. There's also a lending library, which I think is for people to use during their visits to the coffee shop! There were lots of delicious looking pastries, breakfast items and drinks to choose from. I chose one of the summer specials called Beach Day latte. It was good! My friends also liked what they got. There were stickers and merch for purchase too. A book by a local author was also for sale and I ended up buying a copy since it looked like a good read! I will definitely be back!

Also stopped in a few more times on my evening walks for a Lavender Haze (seasonal earl grey sage honey drink: EXCELLENT!) and their seasonal energy drink- it was a Sunset Spritz (energy with grapefruit pink cordial): both delicious. Happy to say service has improved greatly. Employees are on task and happy to answer my questions. The drinks on the seasonal menu are very good, and their classics are also great. My friend and I went right at opening time on a Sunday, it got really crowded within about 30 min of that. They have a cute photo booth on the premises too. You can use your credit card in it (so, no cash needed) and you get to choose color or black and white for your photos. It initially charged my card but didn't let us take photos. We had to wait for a manager to come help reset the machine. Aside from that, it was a great visit!

This isn't the spot I'd choose if I needed to sit down and work -- it's a bit too dark for me -- but that's almost the point. It's cool, calm, and genuinely chill. The kind of place you come when you want to slow down, sip something good, and let the stress melt off. The staff were friendly and kind, which made the whole experience even better. It was definitely unique but not overwhelming at all. I also asked for less sweet and it was perfect. The coffee shop interior was clean, quiet, and welcoming. Would be a perfect spot to work and study.

I have been specifically to this Dutch bros alot, the drinks are very good, cold or hot. I drink alot of coffee and been to MANY different coffee shops, I stopped going because I noticed the coffee gives me a stomach ache, no where else does, not sure why, I like the Cocomo and have tried others but the last 2 years they all taste similar. I wanted to give higher stars, but personally the training of the staff bugs me. Its neat that they are all friendly, and they are very efficient, but I really dont want to be always asked by the staff member where Im off to, as they half stick themselves in the car and look around for something to ask me about, it is a bit much, and frankly Im glad the staff is happy and hyper on coffee, but can I just have my coffee to wake up and catch up being as up, before Im intergated about where Im going where do I work. read more

I go to this Dutch bros a lot, and have never had any issues until today. I ordered a Golden Eagle, and the lady asked if I wanted ice or not, and I said "no, thanks" she proceeded to give me a look, almost like I was unintelligent for answering her question? Then she said "how would you like your golden eagle then" so I just said to put ice in it, thinking it was blended or something that would require the ice, but no. When they handed it out it was literally just an iced coffee it wouldn't have been that hard to just omit the ice without the disrespectful side eye. On top of that, all of the caramel was at the bottom of the drink. 2 stars, because service in the past was amazing but today was not it. read more

Having lived in Oregon for quite awhile, I became accustomed to the ridiculously stellar Dutch Bros service, as well as never having to get off my ass to grab a cup of coffee on the way to work. When I left, I was heart broken by the idea that I would have to either make my own coffee, get out of my car and wait 15 minutes somewhere, or just give it up all together (pretty much defaulted to the last option FYI). Coming to Phoenix, I was delighted to see there are quite a few locations! I will say, this location did a fairly good job of keeping up with the long line, but there is some room to grow in that respect. I LOVE Dutch Bros Coffee :) It's inexpensive ($4.75 for a large), fast, drive-through, and the staff is always super peppy and friendly! :) It's conveniently located on my drive to work, and never have to wait more than 5 minutes. It doesn't taste burnt like Starbucks, and they don't charge extra for flavors, even if you go crazy and get a Raspberry, Vanilla, Carmel Mocha. WARNING: Do NOT use the Order Ahead option I paid for an order that was never fulfilled due to the Dutch bro's app going down (out of my control, fully on Dutch Bros). The store manager told me to contact HQ for a refund, but after two weeks all I've received from Dutch Bros support is the same canned response. No refund, No resolution. This is by far way better coffee than Starbucks! I never had coffee till I tried Dutch bros! Since I've been hooked! What I mean by "hooked" is on their coffee! I drink it everyday! Dutch Bros is my favorite! They have weekly drink specials if you sign up for their email/text club and their staff is always super friendly. The best part? STAMP CARDS! Buy 10 drinks, the 11th is free, and don't forget about Two Stamp Tuesday!
