I've been going here for a few years now, and I have to say the Medium Hot Kicker is complete perfection. Not the large, or the small, or any other drink --the MEDIUM HOT KICKER. Got the best service ever! Went for the first time with my friends and the girl taking our order was so nice and helped us choose what we wanted. She was also very personable and chatted with us. The other employees there were also so nice and chatted with us and gave the best service. Additionally, the drinks were on the house because it was our first time. So I usually go to the one on Rural and Lemon in Tempe but ended up going to this location and I ordered a Lg Blended Vampire Slayer Rebel Blended and the blend was really watery, not what I had expected asking for another one. And the product was still unsatisfying. I don't know if you've had a Blended ANYTHING before, but if you have I'm sure you wouldn't be satisfied either :( . Sucks. read more

I run on 2-4 cups of coffee a day (full time job + grad school + part time job = no sleep EVER) and as much as I love my Keurig sometimes you just need some real espresso. What makes Dutch Bros so special is the customer service. You would not expect a coffee place that seems to be run mostly by young college kids to take customer rapport seriously. They're all friendly, easy to talk to, and make sure you get your punch card stamped before you leave. I love the taste of their drinks, even though you might be waiting in a crazy long line to get to them. I think it's always worth tipping the workers because a medium drink and a tip here is still less than a grande drink at Starbs. read more

I come here A LOT. The broistas are awesome and warrant the drive by two other stands just to come to this one. It's the highlight of my day normally because they care and ask about my life while serving me delicious coffee. My ONLY complaint is in the last month or so, I've bought Mocha based drinks and the milk has been sour. SO GROSS, but they always make it right - I just wish they would get that issue under control bc my kids drink it and its literally so gross. read more

I really do love Dutch Bros. Hands down the best coffee in the valley. Sadly, I live right next to this location and I've just had so many problems. I order the same thing each time (my favorite frozen cocomo with peppermint!) and more often than not, it's either an inconsistent flavor or not what I ordered at all. This is my "go-to" place for a great cup of coffee on the run! I love that they have a drive-thru, and the service is always fast and accurate. I've loved every drink that I've had, and the employees are always really great with providing suggestions to make drinks even tastier! They also offer tons of alternatives for food allergies, such as coconut milk or sugar-free syrups in multiple flavors. Terrible place. First the customer service is the worse I've ever had. The person who made my coffee didn't cap my drink correctly and the soon as I picked it up the cap came off and it spilled all over. when I went back the lady taking orders just said "oh that sucks". And then the quality of the product was horrible. When I got my second coffee it was full of ice to the brim so not only was my coffee watered down it was gone after 5 sips. I will always chose Dutch Bros over Starbucks if I can. I particularly love this location because I used to live down the street and would stop here EVERY morning for my white mocha hot or on ice. I have gone through so many stamp cards and was a hard core regular. I signed up for email and text alerts and benefited from tons of discounts and specials. The staff is also very friendly and trained very well. They always greet you genuinely and carry great conversation. Oh yeah, and the coffee is AMAZING! I am lucky enough to have a Dutch Bros. right around the corner from my house and i love it. When they first opened i would buy a coffee every single day and sometimes two. I was never really that big of a coffee person because i like my drinks a little sweeter and suck at preparing them. When i go here they already have drinks that they make that taste wonderful. They can make them hot or iced, sugar free, or regular, decaf or regular or even half caf which is what i order because i'm pregnant. They are always super happy and on top of things. I've written a review before but i am really happy with his place and i am pretty bummed because i will be moving and they don't have them in Orange County yet.
