I came in to the store around 7pm on a Tuesday to do some studying at and it was great. The cashier was insanely friendly and helpful, probably the best staff I've encountered at a Starbucks here in AZ. They were nice to everyone, brought the food to my table, and were in a great mood that made the store have a positive energy. I got my food and drink in just a couple of minutes, and they were both delicious. I got a chocolate croissant and caramel Frappuccino and both were made great. There are several tables inside the store, so I was able to find a table to study at. They have computer chargers, but for some reason my MacBook charger didn't fit in the plug. There were a few other people there studying as well which was nice. I stayed til about 9pm. The store was clean and vibes were good. Would come again! read more

The partners are super friendly and drinks have been great, but every visit the bathrooms have been worse than most local gas stations. So bad that I have decided I didn't need to urinate that bad, though the stop was solely to use the restroom and grab a drink at the same time. Surprised as the bathrooms require codes, and barista walks you to the bathroom... I would be shocked if they clean it on a daily cadence. read more

SB well located just a few?blocks North of Baseline on Rural road. The staff is excellent , friendly, accurate and professional. There's some nice seating. It is smaller than average and the AC is too cold but I still give them 5 stars overall for the outstanding Baristas. I also met this really cool customer there lol(see photo). read more

Used to be my go to starbucks but they haven't been making drinks right lately- over-foamy lattes and drinks without their usual sweetness. This could be due to the new hires but I'm not enjoying this new service at all. Incredibly moody and dry on top of everything else. Sad to say that I won't be back after this. read more

Love this location. It's newer and open later than one just down the street in a plaza. They'll get your order right and make it right if something seems off/wrong. Friendly faces and a very inviting and clean inside with plenty of tables and chairs. Lots of personal touches on message boards next to the counter and on a wall in the shopping area - filled with mugs and other merchandise. Terrific selection of gift cards. My only complaint is more of a concern for guest/employee safety. The lighting in the parking lot just North of the store is non-existent at night. We watched an employee taking out the trash (located quite a distance from the store) and we anxiously watched while he tried to make it to the trash without being hit by cars pulling into the lot. Guests are often seen using their cell phone flashlights to safely reach their cars on the additional parking spots. read more

4.5/5 When you've gotten only a few hours of sleep and have a full day of work early in the morning, then driving close to 30 miles to cater an event right afterwards, you're gonna need CAFFEINE! This Starbucks was a godsend since it was 1. Open early in the morning (Apparently they are open as early as 4 AM here), 2. Had a drive through for quick service and 3. Right next to the US 60. I ordered an iced almond milk caramel macchiato. I've had them hot at Starbucks but never iced so I thought I'd give the cold version a try. It was ready for me shortly after pulling up to the pay window and the gentleman at the window was very nice and friendly. The actual iced caramel macchiato was so good! It's probably one of the best tasting Starbucks coffee drinks I've had. Props to the barista who made my drink. The caramel flavor meshed really well with the milk and espresso and the espresso itself was so smooth with no harshness that I feel a lot of Starbucks coffee can have. It wasn't overpoweringly sweet either. That jolt of java was just what I needed to fuel the rest of my busy day. I'd definitely go back to get coffee from this location again. read more

I came here to study with a colleague. The baristas are not friendly at all. I thought this was a one-time occurrence with one barista, but my friend had the same experience with her. I asked a different barista for the code to the restroom, and had to be let in. I understand this, but with the attitude given as if I was a problem for asking to use the restroom was not acceptable customer service in my eyes. Popped in here for a coffee date. I decided to try on of the refreshers. Wow! Was that good! I had the dragonfruit one and it was amazing in taste and appearance. Lots of ice how I like my drinks and little pieces of fruit floating around. I love it! Don't be like me and get the jumbo size, it's too sweet for that. But it is very yummy for a special treat. Not a huge fan of the guy they have been putting in the drive thru. Usually isn't the most friendly, will take orders instead of greet you and has an attitude. Lately he just ignores you at the window and hands you your drinks without saying a word. Not sure what happened to the other staff, they had all been friendly in the past or at least wouldn't ignore you. Not the best way to start your day. I had a really terrible experience this morning. This location has always been great, I grab coffee on my way to work at least 2-3 times a week. The young girl in the drive-thru is always nice & smiling. However, today was rather busy so I chose to go inside. I ordered a drink which the girl quickly began to make, but I was shocked by the rude, demeaning and unprofessional woman who said something along the lines of, "NO you can't do that... you'll have to ask her if she wants a blonde or a dark roast! *scoff & eye roll*" She also said something about the coffee being bitter and making another pot. The girl repeats (who I'm assuming is the general manager because she's not in uniform), and asks what I would prefer. All the while, not one of the 3 girls working has cracked a smile, and the GM is moving around (what I would consider) aggressively, literally slamming lids on w/ multiple loud slaps. While I was pouring cream into my coffee I also heard her tell the same girl, "Just go over and do that, I've got this!" Very snarky, very loud, and very unnecessary. The only reason I've decided to write this review is because I feel bad for the poor team who has to work under that snob of a manager. The sad thing is, if they were as offended as I was, they probably won't speak out for risk of being reprimanded. I've also considered that maybe that particular barista isn't good at her job, that's still no excuse to patronize someone in front of their co-workers AND customers. I was embarrassed just standing there, and she wasn't even scolding me! This woman had a short black bob, striped white & blue button-up, dark jeans, and tan saddle shoes. If you read this, I hope you know how unpleasant you made my morning. Maybe you were just having a bad day or need a cup of coffee (which is readily available), but there's no excuse for a 'professional' to treat their employees like that. 1 stars won't affect your rating, but I hope it makes a change. read more

Online ordering is really convenient to pick up for certain time and also for others when they aren't available to pick up. It's so frustrating when you walk in to pick up for a coworker before work and the employees so calmly say "oh the machines are being cleaned out" it will take another 15-20 mins. Like whyyy have items available for pickup with a 5min wait available online. It's so frustrating specially if you have work and you just want a coffee for the day or even do a favor for someone else. And even after apparently they can't cancel the order when it's not the customer fault the order is not ready for the time expected!!
