The Jamba Juice smooth talking mango didn't taste very strong to me. I thought that the flavor would be more powerful. Maybe it could use more mango. The ingredients includes oatmilk mangos pineapples organic agave. The ingredients were blended very finely and smoothly. I like it when my drinks don't have any chunks in them. The service at the register tends to be pretty quick which is good. It takes a little while for the drinks to come out but that is to be expected since it is freshly made. They have powders that can be added. The first powder is free. I don't like my drinks to taste powdery but most of the times you can't taste the powder. I like my drink to be sweet and not tangy. Some in my family like tangy drinks. Tangy drinks are a bit tart. I think I have just about tried all the different types of drinks they offer. They are very quick with everyone's orders. Though there is not much seating. Everything is clean. Most people get it to go anyway. Always a great healthy choice. New(er) Jamba Juice near the 60 freeway. It's a little tricky to get into the space and parking can be a drag during breakfast or lunch rush. You can opt to park towards the back and walk a little. Been awhile since I've stopped into a JJ and I noticed there are some new flavors available. It appears the Açaí craze has found its way to Jamba. I was here with my mom, who was feeling a little under the weather so she went straight to the Açaí smoothie and really enjoyed it You'll pay a premium price for those drinks but she seemed pleased with it. I went with the classic strawberry/banana smoothie. It was pretty darn good. Service was quick, even for how busy it was. The interior is small and just a 4-5 person queue can really make the place feel overly crowded. There are like 3-4 small 2-seat tables scattered about. There's a larger patio near the entrance and more seating if the weather permits. A good stop for smoothies, juices, and healthy drinks. I used to use JJ as a meal replacement on occasions- the larger sized drinks can easily fill you up. read more

We like Jamba Juice! We like it a lot! We like it so much, that when we couldn't get what we wanted, we wanted to exclaim sour grapes just like the fox did in Aesop's story "The Fox & The Grapes". Talk about a disappointment. During three different visits, in a month or so, we tried to use a $50 gift card my son was given and was told by Jamba Juice employees that we couldn't. Three times! He was recovering from major surgery and was sent a get well gift card from a family member because they heard he loved Jamba. It was the perfect gift...or so we thought... On the first visit, the young lady that was working was kind enough to comp his drink and explained that all Jamba Juice locations had a server update and that gift cards could not be used. Okay, that made sense and we appreciated how she handled it. The second time we were just SOL, the girl behind the counter said something similar about the system but did not offer us any other alternative than the pay for our items with our own money vs. the gift card. Um, that left a sour taste in our mouths. The third time we were told that the system was finally updated, but they didn't know how to use it. The young man offered us 50% off since he couldn't figure out how to utilize our gift card and acted put off about it. Said something like, "I'm going to have to call my GM to figure out how to process a gift card. We can give you 50% off this time..." Even the lady in line behind us asked the employee why he wasn't giving it to us for free? We had a gift card and we wanted to use it! He got mad and acted like we inconvenienced him for asking. That was terrible and we felt like he handled it very poorly. Funny part about it is that about a week later, we took the card to the Chandler location in the mall and was able to use it, no questions asked!
