Probably the nicest drive through cashier in the world. That along with the drinks makes this one of the better drink places in the area. We had a golden eagle, a cocomo and a blended electric berry. All three were great looking and great tasting. Definitely a repeatable experience. Highly recommend! read more

This has always been my favorite Dutch Brothers. They ambiance is uplifting, high vibes and always fun! Service was extremely fast for the line being out the door because of free pin day. Went in to redeem my birthday drink which is always a plus I look forward to. Makes it a great date day. I buy my girlfriend's usual drink and get mine for free. Usually I wait until it my drink almost expires. Today I used it because of the free pin day. Was suprised even though my drink was technically free and paid for my girlfriend's drink. They gave us two pins! Even they wrote happy birthday on my cup! Really nice they open the windows on a sunny day where you can sit in the swings and enjoy the warmth. My favorite part is holding hands as we both swing, enjoying each other's company, listening to upbeat music. We normally support local coffee shops only but we make Dutch Brothers an exception! I go into the one closest to my home and the music is loud, just went in Saturday July 6 and one song was ending and another song started and I swear the new song was getting louder than the one that was ending. First review in our new Washington State digs & first to review this new Dutch Brothers Coffee location! I believe many of their locations are drive-thrus but this new location has a really nice interior lounge/seating area with sleek decor. The service was excellent & all the staff were friendly, very enthusiastic & upbeat. I guess if it is your first time visiting them your drink is free. Since I didn't mention we just moved to the area until after I paid for our 2 drinks, the guy was kind enough to give me 2 punch cards with all the punches so our next round will be free. :D The Americano & Dutch Cocoa we ordered wee quite tasty & a mere fraction of what you'd pay at some other coffee chains. This dutch is by far by favorite location. Everyone here is super friendly and efficient. When it gets super busy here they have two lines that are separated by cones that people sometimes have a problem following. People get mad at the workers but its not their fault. They do the best with what they have and they do a pretty decent job. Its always nice to see the same faces too. They also follow all the covid restrictions and what not which is good. read more

Ordered small double torture freeze. Charged $5.38. Waited 30mins in the line. They handed me a medium picture perfect freeze. I said that's not my drink. I told them what I ordered. They said well we don't have that on our order and will have to charge. I said you guys already charged me. The lady was rude and said well we don't have it do you have proof. I showed the account history on the app. She's like well it could have been charged this morning and you will have to pay for this one. I'm done with Dutch bros. Been drinking here for over 8years like everyday. I stoped going here like two months ago because I told the guy no tip and I seen him do 20% tip and was charged for it. read more

I had no issues with this dutch up until August 30th. I was told by the worker who was outside that my transaction was approved and they'd get my drink at the window. I got to the window and was told i still owe 6.47. And i told them i didnt. I showed the bank statement and the manager argued and said wrll its still pending itll drop off. Its a prepaid card. If the transaction fails my money gets put right back. I also have the screenshot showing i got my points for paying for my drink. And i showed her that and she proceded to argue and say i have to pay still. Why should i have to pay TWICE?!. When my bank posts the transaction I will be emailing feedback@dutchbros.com about this. This was my previous review. And I had all 5 stars. But the service is gonna have to be bumped down to a 2 star. Things need to start changing before I consider coming back to this one and I'm a regular here. So the regulars I see I'll miss, but I can't do the disrespect from the non regulars. Love this Dutch. Especially the swings inside. I'm autistic. So I come inside most times to order and I get to stim on the swing. Stimming is where I do repetitive things that relax me. read more

This review is for the owner/manager of this location. Normally I got good services from Dutch Bros, but not this location. This is not the 1st time having a issue. After a long drive-thru line, I ordered my large hot latte. Everything was fine until at the pickup window. After I inserted a card, she handed me my coffee. I grabbed it (as I did in last 20 yrs!). When I was slowly put it into my cup holder, the lid came off and coffee spilled all over my BMW console! I was frightened and upset as hot coffee was all over my hand and the car iDrive console. The girl asked if the lid broke, I told her that 'No, the lid did not closed well.' I told her it never happened before. After she gave me some paper towel, she said "well, you need to grab the bottom, instead of the top!!" Are you kidding me! First, if the handler handed you a hot cup by grabbing the bottom, where would you grab it? Second, if you need to put a cup into the cup holder, where and how do you grab it?!?" Jeezz... No apology or sympathy gesture. Not sure if the owner provides a training or instruction for these young people. They seemed having so much fun with loud music on the background. I will need to get a detail on my car with the dealer! My friends suggest calling a manager, but not sure if anything would happen. read more

Other than the music being lowed for the majority of the time, I really think that this is an wonderful place to hang out. Perfect for teenagers!
