This was my first time at Dutch Bros. Since I enjoy sweet lattes I was told I'd like this place. The drive-thru line on a Sunday afternoon was quite long, but I was at Altitude with the kiddos and thought I'd stop at the walk-up window to try a drink. I ordered a hot horchata chai latte with oat milk and added a shot of espresso. I asked for extra foam and cinnamon on top and it was a yummy choice. It was fairly sweet, as other reviews mention, but I expected that, and it was not overly sickly sweet or anything. (Did I mention I like sweet lattes? ) The service was quick and friendly. With a tip of $1 my order came to 9 bucks, so that's a bit more than I'm used to spending on a 16 oz coffee drink. I do prefer local coffee shops over chains and feel like at those places the coffee quality is superior, but this was a fun treat. I'd come back to try an iced coffee with a soft top (cold foam) next time I'm in the mood for something like that. read more

The staff are very friendly. The drinks are super sweet sugar overload. they have a free rewards program with a birthday perq. You can't go inside, so no ambiance so to speak of. They have a walk up counter and 2 drive through lines. Last Saturday they had a free drink promo and there were at least 20 cars in line when I got there, plus people at the walk up, It took somewhere between 20-30 minutes to get my order. The 2 employees making the drinks were going as fast as they could and apologizing for the delay. They mentioned something about a computer malfunction and losing all of the orders. We decided to stop at this location on the way home from Disney on night. We have been to other Dutch Bros in the past but recently saw this location off the freeway and figured a little closer to home so why not. It is hard to figure out what everyone wants so we actually sat in the parking lot so everyone could look at the menu and added to our mobile order. Quick and easy and our order was ready petty quickly. My daughter got a flavored soda water that she really enjoyed, my son got a frozen chocolate coffee drink which he enjoyed as well. I got large iced Americano, I really like their basic coffee drinks. It is almost nutty flavored and the large is huge. I also took large hot new mudslide mocha to take home. It was good but not as flavorful as I was hoping for. Next time I will go for the frozen version. As always the staff is very nice. Good sized drive thru and not as busy as the Oceanside location which is good. The only issue I had was that the server did not ask if I wanted it hot or cold. Maybe it only comes in cold but I was looking for a hot drink. Oh well, lesson learned for next time, but it did not take away from the flavor. We went to the drive-through so I really can't speak to the ambiance except for busy busy busy. Finally was able to head down to this new location. The one in Oceanside is always packed. Came on a Monday afternoon and only a few cars ahead of me but service was pretty quick. Ordered a iced lemonade for my daughter, lavender matcha latte with oat milk for myself, and a vanilla latte with oat milk for hubby. My lavender matcha latte was good, not overly sweet. My daughter enjoyed the lemonade but the cup was predominantly ice. Hubby has yet to try Dutch brothers but I'm sure he'll enjoy his coffee and I picked up a coffee for him to enjoy soon! Service was friendly and quick. There were two lanes in the drive through that eventually merged into one. An employee was taking orders in the drive through lane and you could pay with them via credit card or cash at the pick up window. Overall, coffee was good. Will be back if in the area! read more

Once we got to the window, service was quick and friendly. I ordered a Shark Attack with a little extra Orby's, and it was super refreshing. It's a great option if you want something other than coffee but still need an energy boost. The hint of Red Bull isn't overpowering at all just light, crisp, and refreshing. Sweet without being too much, even though the Shark definitely brings the sugar. I also grabbed an iced Cocomo Mocha, which paired perfectly with the warm weather. Overall, both drinks hit the spot, and the Shark Attack especially is a solid refresher if you're looking for something fun, energizing, and easy to drink. The wait was way longer than expected which is fine, i get it you're busy and thats okay but the staff seemed rushed and not very attentive. My drink was overly sweet and didn't taste like what I ordered at all. I was super excited to finally try this new location as I love Dutch Bros and I'm so happy to finally have so many near me again after years of only having them in central CA and NorCal. I also love having Dutch Bros as options now on every drive since this one is right off of the 78 and their other locations are along the 5 or main roads. This location is super easy to get to! Every time I've gone so far, they haven't been crazy busy and the wait has been 5 minutes or less. This has made my day each time! All of the baristas have been so kind and welcoming too! Everyone just seems really happy to be there and their kind and thoughtful words always brighten my day. Now this location does a fantastic job at keeping the quality of Dutch Bro drinks. I absolutely love the golden eagle and certain locations seem to have a hard time making it, but this one has made it perfect every time I've ordered it. I've honestly been extremely impressed.
